Abstract
The invention discloses a structural scheme of a pure platinum needle water electrode with high connection and sealing reliability and a manufacturing method thereof. One end of the stainless steel insert of the water electrode is an electrode wiring terminal, and the end extends inwards from the end surface and is provided with an electrode connecting hole; the other end is a platinum needle mounting end, and the end is provided with a threaded hole for compressing and fixing the platinum needle. The platinum needle is inserted into the inner hole of the stainless steel loosening-stopping piece, and the platinum needle is tightly pressed through the loosening-stopping piece and the stainless steel embedded platinum needle mounting end in a matching manner; the pressing gasket has an inverted wedge-shaped structure after being preassembled, and the encapsulated injection molding electrode body has a structure anti-loosening effect, so that the encapsulation of injection molding during encapsulation can be ensured to be reliable. The inner O-shaped ring is positioned on the combined surface of the stainless steel insert and the electrode body, and has the function of further improving the waterproof sealing effect; the water electrode is obtained into an electrode body by an encapsulation injection molding method. The invention has the characteristics of high reliability of connection and sealing, and can ensure excellent electric contact performance and sealing performance of the water electrode in long-term use.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a structural scheme of a pure platinum needle water electrode with high connection and sealing reliability and a manufacturing method thereof, belonging to the technical field of platinum needle water electrodes.
Background
In some cooling systems of high-voltage power equipment, in order to clamp the potential difference of the cooling liquid, water electrodes are required to be arranged at different positions of a cooling pipeline to ensure that the potential differences of the cooling liquid at different positions are equal. Platinum metal is an excellent water electrode material because it has very excellent electrochemical inertness. Generally, to reduce the cost, platinum plating of stainless steel is used as the electrode portion material. However, for some demanding applications, pure platinum is still required as an electrode material for water electrodes.
At present, a thin-walled tube is processed at one end of a stainless steel electrode body, and a platinum needle is plugged into the thin-walled tube and then is shrunk through rolling processing to compress the platinum needle. The structure is very easy to cause the problem that the platinum needle is loosened in the using process. The main reasons for this analysis include two, the first: the stainless steel thin-walled tube can partially rebound after being rolled, so that the stainless steel thin-walled tube is not really pressed; secondly, the method comprises the following steps: the platinum material is soft and easy to deform, and can generate plastic deformation under the dynamic impact of flowing cooling liquid in long-term use, so that the platinum material is loosened from the stainless steel thin-wall pipe. Therefore, a pure platinum needle water electrode structure which can ensure the connection reliability of the platinum needle and the electrode body and has excellent sealing performance is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention discloses a pure platinum needle water electrode with high connection and sealing reliability and a manufacturing method thereof. The pure platinum needle water electrode with high connection and sealing reliability comprises a platinum needle, a stainless steel insert, an electrode encapsulation body, a locking piece, a compression gasket, an inner O-shaped ring and an outer O-shaped ring.
One end of the platinum needle is processed into a T-shaped structure, and the platinum needle is prevented from being pulled out or loosened by pressing the T-shaped structure of the platinum needle.
One end of the stainless steel insert is provided with a platinum needle fixing hole, and the other end of the stainless steel insert is provided with an electrode connecting hole; the peripheral surface of the electrode is provided with a gully structure to increase the length of a sealing surface after being combined with the encapsulated electrode body, and a fixing groove of an O-shaped ring in the electrode is processed.
Furthermore, the platinum needle fixing hole of the stainless steel insert is of an internal thread structure. The platinum needle is inserted into the inner hole of the anti-loosening element and is tightly pressed and fixed through the screwing of the external thread of the anti-loosening element and the internal thread of the stainless steel inlay. The fluoroplastic pressing gasket is sleeved on the platinum needle.
Furthermore, the electrode body is made of fluoroplastic materials, the insert is wrapped through the encapsulation injection molding process, and the electrode end of the platinum needle and the electrode connecting hole end of the insert are exposed.
Furthermore, the pressing gasket is in a circular truncated cone shape, and the diameter of the pressing gasket is gradually increased along with the approach of the loosening stopping piece.
Further, the device also comprises an inner O-shaped ring and an outer O-shaped ring; the inner O-shaped ring is sleeved in the groove of the stainless steel inlay and is used for improving the waterproof reliability of the joint surface of the stainless steel insert and the fluoroplastic rubber coated body; the external O-shaped ring is sleeved in the external groove of the electrode body and used for realizing the overall sealing performance of the water electrode after installation.
Further, the T-shaped end of the platinum needle remains at a positive tolerance. And a positive tolerance is kept after the T-shaped head of the platinum needle is processed, and the platinum needle is tightly attached to the insert body by compressing the head part of the platinum needle to generate plastic deformation during assembly.
A method for manufacturing a pure platinum needle water electrode with high connection and sealing reliability comprises
Step 1, forming and processing a platinum needle: a platinum needle penetrates into an inner hole of the loosening-stopping piece, and the forming processing of the T-shaped head structure of the platinum needle is completed through cold pressing processing or other similar processes; in addition, the loosening-stopping piece is processed during processing, so that the loosening-stopping piece and the platinum needle can be tightly attached to each other;
step 3, encapsulation and injection molding: putting the assembly body finished in the step 2 into an injection mold, and performing encapsulation and injection molding to obtain an electrode body;

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention can firstly ensure that the platinum needle has high connection reliability and connection strength: the platinum needle T-shaped head forms reliable structural looseness prevention and has large pull-out resistance; after the platinum needle is locked by the anti-loosening piece, the reverse-buckling structure is formed again through the compression gasket and the encapsulation injection molding to further prevent loosening.
Secondly, the invention can ensure high sealing reliability and avoid leakage phenomenon: the combination surface of the rubber-coated fluoroplastic body and the stainless steel insert is long and zigzag, so that the reliability of water sealing is improved; the O-shaped ring is additionally arranged inside the sealing ring, so that the sealing reliability is further improved. Further, the way of fixing the platinum pins does not reduce the length of the sealing surface of the water.
Finally, the invention can ensure excellent electric contact performance: the T-shaped end is integrally processed on the platinum needle and the loosening prevention piece, so that the platinum needle and the inner hole of the loosening prevention piece are tightly attached, and good electrical contact performance between the platinum needle and the loosening prevention piece is guaranteed; and a positive tolerance is left after the T-shaped head of the platinum needle is processed, and the platinum needle head is subjected to plastic deformation through assembly, so that the platinum needle is tightly attached to the insert body.

As shown in figure 1, the pure platinum needle water electrode with high connection and sealing reliability comprises an electrode body 6, wherein the electrode body 6 comprises two integrally formed parts, as shown in figures 1 and 2, the diameter of the right part is larger, the diameter of the left part is smaller, and the outer wall of the part with the smaller diameter is provided with threads. The joint of the two parts is provided with a circle of groove, and an external O-shaped ring for fastening is arranged in the groove. The electrode body 6 is formed by injection molding and pouring and is consistent with the shape of an injection mold. The electrode body 6 is a rubber coating body made of fluoroplastic materials.
The stainless steel inlay 3 is embedded in the electrode body 6. There is the interval in the one end of stainless steel inlay 3 and the left end of electrode body 6, and the other end protrusion is in the right-hand member of electrode body 6 in the retraction promptly in electrode body 6.

step 3, encapsulation and injection molding: putting the assembly body finished in the step 2 into an injection mold, and performing encapsulation and injection molding to obtain an electrode body;
step 4, assembling an external sealing ring: and sleeving an external O-shaped ring into the groove of the electrode body to complete the manufacture of the whole platinum needle water electrode.
