the third communication module is in communication connection with the server and the user terminal respectively and is used for receiving the authorization information sent by the user terminal;
a socket member, which is fitted to a key inserted into a door mechanical lock, for preventing the key from being operated by an object other than a motor;
the motor is fixedly connected with the sleeving element and is used for controlling the sleeving element to rotate by a set angle so that the key can open the mechanical door lock; and
and the controller is used for starting the motor according to the authorization information received by the third communication module.
Fig. 4 shows a schematic structural diagram of an electronic lock according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the electronic lock may include a third communication module 300, a socket element 301, a motor 302, and a controller 303, where the socket element 301 is connected to a key inserted into a mechanical door lock, so as to prevent the key from being operated by an object other than the motor 302. The motor 302 is fixedly connected to the socket member for controlling the socket member 301 to rotate a set angle, so that the key can unlock the mechanical door lock. The third communication module 300 is in communication connection with the server and the user terminal, respectively, and is configured to receive authorization information sent by the user terminal, and the controller 303 is configured to start the motor 302 according to the authorization information, so that the motor 302 drives the socket element 301 to rotate to open the mechanical lock.
This socket element 301 in this electronic lock includes anti-skidding component, and this anti-skidding component can set up the contact surface position with the door key in socket element 301 inside to increase the frictional force between socket element 301 and the key, guarantee to socket the stability that this key of component operation rotated. Preferably, the anti-slip element may be of a flexible material to protect the key from being easily deformed during rotation.
In order to avoid the problem that the door is locked again after the door motor 302 is not pulled to drive the socket element 301 to reset after the door is opened by rotating the socket element 301 by the motor 302, the door may be set to rotate by a set angle and to stand still for a set time (e.g. 5 seconds), and the reset operation may be performed after the set time elapses.
The electronic lock may further comprise one or more pressure sensors 304 disposed on the contact surface of the socket element 301 and the key, and the pressure sensors 304 are connected to the controller 303, and in case that any one of the pressure sensors 304 disposed on the contact surface of the socket element 301 and the key detects a pressure value greater than a first set pressure value during unlocking, the controller 303 controls the motor 302 to stop rotating and controls the motor 302 to reset, so as to avoid damaging the key by continuing to rotate.
The one or more sensors may also be disposed at a fixed connection between the electronic lock and the door mechanical lock, and the one or more pressure sensors 304 are connected to the controller 303, wherein in case that a pressure value detected by any one of the pressure sensors 304 disposed at the fixed connection is less than a second set pressure value, the controller 303 controls the third communication module 300 to send an alarm signal about the electronic lock loosening to the server. Preferably, one pressure sensor 304 is arranged at each fixed connection position of the electronic lock and the door mechanical lock, for example, the electronic lock and the door mechanical lock are fixedly connected through bolts, one pressure sensor 304 is arranged near each bolt between the electronic lock and the door mechanical lock, and in the case that the pressure value detected by any one pressure sensor 304 is smaller than the second set pressure value, the controller 303 controls the third communication module 300 to send an alarm signal about the loosening of the electronic lock to the server. If the bolt is continuously removed maliciously by a person, the controller 303 controls the third communication module 300 to continuously send an alarm signal about the loosening of the electronic lock to the server. The server side can judge whether the electronic lock is maliciously damaged by people according to the continuous alarm signals and alarm in time.
The electronic lock may also include a reminder 305: the controller is connected with the controller and used for prompting the house watching state of the house;
wherein, the controller updates the room-viewing state of the prompter 305 to be in the room-viewing state according to the user operation.
In order to avoid the problem that different house-watching customers successively enter the house to watch the house in the same time period, the prompter can effectively solve the embarrassing problem, the controller 303 can update the house-watching state of the prompter 305 into the house-watching state after the mechanical lock of the electronic lock-controlled house door is opened, specifically, the prompter 305 can include a display unit, and the display unit is used for displaying the house-watching state of the house, and preferably, can prompt the house-watching state in a striking way by corresponding background colors, for example, the background color is red to represent that people watch the house, the background color is green to represent that no people watch the house, and the background color is orange to represent that the house is decorated.
The house-watching user can determine whether other house-watching users in the house are watching the house by watching the house-watching state of the prompter on the electronic lock before unlocking operation.
The prompter 305 may also include buttons: and the house-watching state of the prompter is updated to be unattended house-watching according to the user operation. In order to ensure the timely update of the house watching state, after the user finishes watching the house, the house watching travel can be finished by pressing a button on the prompter, and after the user presses the button, the house watching state of the prompter is updated to be unmanned house watching state. Before unlocking operation, a user can confirm that no other room-watching user is looking at the room when the room-watching state of watching the prompter on the electronic lock is that no person is looking at the room, and unlocking operation can be carried out to enter the room to see the room.
To avoid the problem that the user forgets to press the button of the reminder 305, the reminder may further include a timer, and the timer is connected to the controller, and after the user completes unlocking the door, the timer starts counting down, and after the room-viewing time is set (for example, 45min), if the user still does not press the button of the reminder 305 to end the room-viewing travel, the controller 303 controls the reminder 305 to update the room-viewing status to unattended. After the house-viewing state of the prompter is updated, the third communication module 300 may further send the updated house-viewing state information to the server, so that the server updates the house-viewing state of the system platform, and it is ensured that the actual house-viewing state of the house is consistent with the house-viewing state of the system platform.
The controller 303 of the electronic lock may be one of the following:
the electronic lock comprises a password electronic lock, a two-dimensional code electronic lock, a fingerprint identification electronic lock, a face identification electronic lock and a voice print identification electronic lock. In the case of the electronic lock being used by an individual, the controller 303 of the electronic lock may be any one of the above. The user can unlock the password by directly inputting the password or performing code scanning operation by using a special APP, or performing fingerprint, facial recognition or voiceprint unlocking.
In the case where the electronic lock is used commercially, for example, in the house renting and selling process of a house intermediary company, when a house-watching client is convenient to use when watching a house, the user receives authorization information fed back by the server after performing an unlocking request, and in the case where the controller 303 is a password electronic lock that needs to be manually input, the authorization information received by the user terminal may be a one-time password, and the user unlocks by inputting the one-time password. In the case that the controller 303 is a two-dimensional code electronic lock, the user terminal may send authorization information fed back by the server to the two-dimensional code electronic lock to perform an authorization unlocking operation, so as to complete unlocking.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic lock control system, which is characterized in that the system includes:
the above-mentioned server;
the above-mentioned user terminal; and
the electronic lock is provided.
Fig. 5 shows an electronic lock control system provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the system may include a user terminal, a server, and an electronic lock, and a high-efficiency room-viewing operation of a guest user looking at a room alone may be implemented by the electronic lock control system, which is specifically stated by the following embodiments:

The user terminal that the user held is the smart mobile phone, and the user clicks house intermediary's APP in the smart mobile phone and accomplishes system platform and logs in to sweep the code operation through the two-dimensional code of sweeping the code program on house electronic lock that has in house intermediary's APP, in order to send the unblock request to the server.
After receiving an unlocking request of a user terminal, a server performs identity authentication on a current user sending the unlocking request, determines that the current user is a room-viewing client according to current user information (viewer 123) in the unlocking request, further determines that the right of the room-viewing user is a second room-viewing user right (common credit user), sends a credit pledge transaction request to the user, and feeds back authorization information (one-time password) matched with the second room-viewing client right to the user terminal after determining that the user completes the credit pledge.
The house-watching user receives the one-time password sent by the server through the smart phone, and when the smart phone receives the one-time password, countdown of house-watching time is started in the APP of the house intermediary company and is counted down for 45 min. The house-watching user inputs the password through the password input key area of the electronic lock, after the house-watching user correctly inputs the password, the electronic lock drives the door key to rotate so as to open the door mechanical lock, and at the moment, the house-watching state of the prompter 305 of the electronic lock is updated to the house-watching state information 'in house-watching' displayed by a red background. And the timer of the prompter starts to count down for 45min, the controller 303 of the electronic lock sends the updated room-viewing state information "in the room-viewing" to the server through the third communication module 300, and the server updates the room-viewing state of the house in the system platform according to the received room-viewing state information.
After the user finishes watching the house, the user presses the button on the prompter 305 to finish the house watching travel, the controller 303 of the electronic lock updates the house watching state of the prompter 305 to be 'unattended house watching', the timer of the prompter 305 cancels countdown according to the pressing operation of the house watching user, the controller 303 controls the third communication module 300 to send the updated house watching state information 'unattended house watching' to the server, and the server updates the house watching state of the house in the system platform according to the received house watching state information.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a control method based on the server, which comprises the following steps:
receiving an unlocking request sent by the user terminal, wherein the unlocking request comprises an unlocking request instruction and current user information;
performing identity authentication according to the received current user information, wherein the identity authentication result comprises that the current user is a broker or a watching client;
determining the authority of the current user according to the identity authentication result, wherein the authority of the current user comprises a broker authority or a house-watching client authority; and
and feeding back authorization information matched with the authority of the current user to the user terminal according to the determined authority of the current user.
The house-watching client permission comprises: the first house-watching client right and the second house-watching client right;

After the user finishes watching the house, the house watching travel is ended by pressing the button on the prompter 305, the house watching state is updated to be 'unmanned house watching', the timer cancels countdown according to the pressing operation of the house watching user, the updated house watching state information 'unmanned house watching' is sent to the server, and the house watching state of the house in the system platform is updated according to the received house watching state information.

1. A method of controlling an electronic lock, the method comprising:
receiving an unlocking request sent by a user terminal, wherein the unlocking request comprises an unlocking request instruction and current user information;
performing identity authentication according to the received current user information, wherein the identity authentication result comprises that the current user is a broker or a watching client;
determining the authority of the current user according to the identity authentication result, wherein the authority of the current user comprises a broker authority or a house-watching client authority; and
according to the determined authority of the current user, feeding back authorization information matched with the authority of the current user to the user terminal;
wherein the house-watching client permission comprises: the first house-watching client right and the second house-watching client right;
wherein, the following judgment operations are carried out according to the credit degree of the current user:
under the condition that the current user is determined to be a high-credit user, determining that the high-credit user has the first house-watching client right, and under the condition that the current user is determined to be a common credit user, determining that the common credit user has the second house-watching client right;
sending a credit pledge request to the user terminal before feeding back the authorization information matched with the second house-watching client permission to the user terminal under the condition that the permission determination result of the current user is the second house-watching client permission, and feeding back the authorization information matched with the second house-watching client permission to the user terminal after receiving the credit pledge; and
under the condition that the permission determination result of the current user is the first house-watching client permission, directly feeding back the authorization information matched with the first house-watching client permission to the user terminal;
wherein, still include:
receiving an electronic lock loosening alarm signal sent by an electronic lock; and
sending alarm information to a preset alarm terminal according to the electronic lock loosening alarm signal;
wherein, still include:
receiving room-watching state updating information sent by an electronic lock; and
and updating the house-watching state of the house on the system platform according to the house-watching state updating information.
2. An electronic lock control apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the communication module is in communication connection with the user terminal and is used for receiving an unlocking request sent by the user terminal, wherein the unlocking request comprises an unlocking request instruction and current user information;
a processing module to perform the following operations:
performing identity authentication according to the current user information received by the first communication module, wherein the identity authentication result comprises that the current user is a broker or a house-watching client;
determining the authority of the current user according to the identity authentication result, wherein the authority of the current user comprises a broker authority or a house-watching client authority; and
controlling the first communication module to feed back authorization information matched with the authority of the current user to the user terminal according to the determined authority of the current user;
wherein the house-watching client permission comprises: the first house-watching client right and the second house-watching client right;
wherein, the processing module further performs the following evaluation operations according to the credit degree of the current user:
under the condition that the current user is determined to be a high-credit user, determining that the high-credit user has the first house-watching client right, and under the condition that the current user is determined to be a common credit user, determining that the common credit user has the second house-watching client right;
the communication module is also used for controlling the communication module to send a credit pledge request to the user terminal before feeding back the authorization information matched with the second house-watching client permission to the user terminal under the condition that the permission determination result of the current user is the second house-watching client permission, and controlling the communication module to feed back the authorization information matched with the second house-watching client permission to the user terminal after receiving the credit pledge; and
under the condition that the permission determination result of the current user is the first house-watching client permission, controlling the communication module to directly feed back the authorization information matched with the first house-watching client permission to the user terminal;
the communication module is also used for receiving an electronic lock loosening alarm signal sent by the electronic lock;
the processing module is further used for controlling the communication module to send alarm information to a preset alarm terminal according to the electronic lock loosening alarm signal;
the communication module is also used for receiving room-watching state updating information sent by the electronic lock;
and the processing module is also used for updating the house-viewing state of the house on the system platform according to the house-viewing state updating information.
3. A machine-readable storage medium having stored thereon instructions for causing a machine to execute the method of controlling an electronic lock of claim 1.
4. An apparatus comprising at least one processor, and at least one memory, bus connected to the processor; the processor and the memory are communicated with each other through the bus; the processor is configured to call program instructions in the memory to execute the control method of the electronic lock of claim 1.
