Abstract
The invention relates to a method for accurately measuring toner consumption, a control system and a laser printer, and belongs to the technical field of laser printers. Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for accurately measuring toner consumption, a control system and a laser printer, and belongs to the technical field of laser printers.
Background
The laser printer is a non-impact output device combining a laser scanning technology and an electronic imaging technology, and the working principle of the laser printer basically comprises the following steps: the process of charging, exposing, developing, transferring, eliminating electricity, cleaning and fixing is seven, wherein the powdered toner (also called carbon powder) is the powdered substance for imaging and fixing on paper in the laser printer, and is mainly stored in an ink box of the selenium drum, when the toner is consumed quickly, the printed content can fade to influence the user experience, so that the consumption of the toner needs to be measured, and the user is prompted to supplement or replace the toner before the toner is consumed.
At present, the metering of the toner by the laser printer is generally realized by calculating the printing times, but in practice, the content in each printing operation is different, only a few sheets of paper are provided with a few lines, and a few sheets of paper are printed with dense hemp, so that the consumed toner is different, and the consumed toner is of course, so that the consumed toner can only be relaxed by the metering method in order to avoid the consumption of the toner before the user replaces the toner, and more toner is not consumed when the toner is replaced, so that the office expenditure of the user is increased, and the consumed toner also pollutes the environment.

Further, in step S1, different standard toner consumption amounts of different size sheets at different printing accuracies are calculated, respectively, and stored as p1, p2, p3 … … pn; in step S3, the toner consumption amounts P1, P2, P3 … … Pn of each piece of content to be printed are calculated; in step S4, the total toner consumption Σp1, Σp2, Σp3 … … Σpn of the printing is obtained.

A control system for accurately measuring toner consumption comprises a power supply driving plate, a processing chip, a memory and a measuring chip; the metering chip is arranged in the selenium drum, the power supply driving plate, the processing chip and the memory are arranged on the control circuit board, and the processing chip is electrically connected with the memory and the metering chip; the power supply driving board is connected with the mains supply and supplies the power supply to the processing chip, the memory and the metering chip after the power supply driving board is lifted/lowered, various instructions for driving the processing chip and standard toner consumption are stored in the memory, the processing chip reads the memory and sequentially executes the instructions from the step S1 to the step S4, and then the printing times and the total toner consumption of each printing are stored in the metering chip.
Further, the printing device also comprises an operation panel and a network communication interface, wherein the operation panel and the network communication interface are electrically connected with the processing chip, the operation panel is powered by the power supply driving board, and the network communication interface is connected with a wired or wireless network and then can transmit data of printing times and total toner consumption to other terminal equipment through the network.
Furthermore, the operation panel is a liquid crystal touch operation screen, and can directly display the data in the metering chip.
A laser printer capable of accurately measuring toner consumption comprises a selenium drum, a paper box, a paper feeding system, a laser scanning system, an imaging developing system and a control system; the control system is the control system for accurately measuring the consumption of the toner, and the control system controls the paper feeding system to finish printing and imaging of paper in the paper box through the laser scanning system and the imaging and developing system, accurately measures the consumption of the toner and stores data into the metering chip in the selenium drum.

The control system further comprises an operation panel 15 and a network communication interface 16, wherein the operation panel 15 and the network communication interface 16 are electrically connected with the processing chip, the operation panel 15 is powered by the power driving board 12, and the network communication interface 16 is connected with a wired or wireless network and then can transmit data of printing times and total toner consumption to other terminal equipment through the network.
The operation panel 15 is a liquid crystal touch type operation panel, and can directly display data in the metering chip.
A laser printer capable of accurately measuring toner consumption comprises a selenium drum, a paper box, a paper feeding system, a laser scanning system, an imaging developing system and a control system; the control system is the control system for accurately measuring the consumption of the toner, and the control system controls the paper feeding system to finish printing and imaging of paper in the paper box through the laser scanning system and the imaging and developing system, accurately measures the consumption of the toner and stores data into the metering chip in the selenium drum.

step S4, accumulating the toner consumption of each piece of content to be printed to obtain the total toner consumption Sigma P of the printing.

The method of accurately metering toner consumption of claim 1, wherein: in the step S1, respectively calculating different standard toner consumption amounts of different sizes of paper under different printing precision, and storing the standard toner consumption amounts as p1, p2 and p3 … … pn; in step S3, the toner consumption amounts P1, P2, P3 … … Pn of each piece of content to be printed are calculated; in step S4, the total toner consumption Σp1, Σp2, Σp3 … … Σpn of the printing is obtained.
