Abstract

The invention discloses a method for quickly leveling a triangular bracket of a surveying instrument, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: firstly, drilling through holes at the lower parts of sleeves of three supporting legs of a triangular support, installing an air bag and an air inlet which extend along the axial direction in an inner cavity of the sleeve of the supporting leg, communicating the three air bags through a connecting part during field surveying and mapping, and then filling a certain amount of air into the air bag through inflating equipment for an inflating valve, wherein a support platform is in a suspension state; and pressing the support platform at different force application points by using a palm, observing the air level bubble, tightening the fastening screws to fix the three scale slide bars when the observation air level bubble reaches a horizontal state, and closing all the gate valves to keep the triangular support in a horizontal stable state.

At present, a triangular support of a surveying instrument applied to engineering surveying and mapping of buildings, mines, roads and bridges and the like comprises a platform assembly (comprising a support platform, a connecting bolt, a leveling bubble and the like) and three leg assemblies (comprising a staff gauge slide bar, a leg sleeve, a fastening screw, a pedal leg and the like), wherein the three leg assemblies are respectively connected with the platform assembly through hinge mechanisms; the height and the horizontal state of the support can be adjusted by adjusting the sliding length of the pull rod. The adjusting method has long adjusting process time and low precision, and is labor-consuming and time-consuming especially in the measuring environment with uneven slope and ground, and the measuring stability is also influenced to a certain extent.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defect of the manual pull rod adjusting mode of the conventional surveying instrument, and provides a method for quickly leveling a triangular bracket of the surveying instrument by adopting an air bag supporting device.
The technical scheme is that the method for quickly leveling the triangular bracket of the surveying instrument is characterized in that: an air bag supporting device is arranged on the triangular bracket of the surveying instrument; the air bag supporting device consists of three telescopic bags and a four-way air passage; the four-way air passage is constructed in a way that three pipe orifices of the four-way pipe are respectively connected with a gate valve, each gate valve is respectively connected with an upper ventilation hose, and the other pipe orifice of the four-way pipe is connected with an upper inflating valve; the specific leveling steps are as follows:
firstly, drilling through holes at the lower parts of three leg sleeves of a triangular support, respectively installing the three telescopic bags in inner cavities of the three leg sleeves, and exposing an air inlet of each telescopic bag from the through holes for later use;
secondly, loosening fastening screws on three support legs of the triangular support during field surveying and mapping, lifting the support platform, allowing sleeves of the support legs to fall to the ground, and righting the triangular support and adjusting the triangular support to a proper height after the pedal support legs 7 are plugged;
thirdly, connecting three air hoses of the four-way air passage to air inlets of three telescopic bags respectively, opening all gate valves, and filling a certain amount of air into the air bags through inflating equipment for inflating valves to ensure that the three telescopic bags extend to contact with the scale slide bars, wherein the three scale slide bars support the support platform which is in a suspension state better than the support platform; and pressing the support platform at different force application points by using a palm, observing the air level bubble, tightening the fastening screws to fix the three scale slide bars when the observation air level bubble reaches a horizontal state, and closing all the gate valves to keep the triangular support in a horizontal stable state.
When one surveying and mapping point finishes moving to the next surveying and mapping point, the air release and the leg collection are not needed to move together with the air bag supporting device in an original state, the inflating valve is still in a closed state and keeps original air, after the inflating valve moves to a new point, the fastening screws and all gate valves are loosened, the pedal supporting leg is inserted firmly, and the palm presses the support platform as above; when the air bag is collected, the air bag supporting device is disassembled again, and the air bag is put back into the collecting box.
The three expansion bags are tubular air bags which are manufactured according to the principles of expansion pipes and corrugated pipes and can expand along the axial direction, and the three expansion bags extend along the axial direction after being inflated and return to the original position after being deflated.
The inflation equipment comprises a vehicle-mounted inflator, a handheld inflation pump, an inflator and the like. Because the invention only needs to be filled with a small amount of gas and a trace amount of pressure, a small-sized inflator is generally used for carrying the invention.
The invention adopts the air supporting suspension principle to easily realize the horizontal adjustment of the triangular support, has high balance control precision and particularly has superiority on slope measurement and measurement of uneven ground working conditions.
The invention adopts a small inflator to inflate, is flexible and convenient, and can be used for one time and for a plurality of times.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, a method for quickly leveling a triangular bracket of a surveying instrument is to install an air bag supporting device on the triangular bracket of the surveying instrument; the air bag supporting device consists of three telescopic bags 5 and a four-way air passage; the four-way air path is constructed in a way that three port pipes of a four-way pipe 10 are respectively connected with an upper gate valve 9, each gate valve 9 is respectively connected with an air hose 8, and the other port pipe of the four-way pipe 10 is connected with an upper inflating valve 11; the specific leveling steps are as follows:
firstly, drilling through holes at the lower parts of three leg sleeves 1 of a triangular support, respectively installing the three telescopic bags 5 in inner cavities of the three leg sleeves 1, and exposing an air inlet 6 of each telescopic bag 5 from the corresponding through hole for later use;
secondly, loosening fastening screws 3 on three support legs of the triangular support during field surveying and mapping, lifting a support platform 4, allowing a support leg sleeve 1 to fall to the ground, and righting the triangular support and adjusting to a proper height after a pedal support leg 7 is plugged;
thirdly, connecting three air hoses 8 of the four-way air passage to air inlets 6 of three telescopic bags respectively, opening all gate valves 9, filling a certain amount of air into the telescopic bags 5 through inflating valves 11 and inflating equipment 12, extending and contacting the air hoses to the scale slide bars 2 on the supporting legs respectively, and enabling the support platform 4 to be in a suspension state better than the air hoses; and pressing the support platform 4 at different force application points by using a palm, observing the air level bubble 13, tightening the fastening screws 3 to fix the three staff slide bars 2 when the observation air level bubble 13 reaches a horizontal state, and closing all the gate valves 9 to keep the triangular support in a horizontal stable state.

firstly, drilling through holes at the lower parts of three leg sleeves of a triangular support, respectively installing the three telescopic bags in inner cavities of the three leg sleeves, and exposing an air inlet of each telescopic bag from the through holes for later use;
secondly, loosening fastening screws on three support legs of the triangular support during field surveying and mapping, lifting the support platform, allowing sleeves of the support legs to fall to the ground, and righting the triangular support and adjusting the triangular support to a proper height after the pedal support legs 7 are plugged;
thirdly, connecting three air hoses of the four-way air passage to air inlets of three telescopic bags respectively, opening all gate valves, and filling a certain amount of air into the air bags through inflating equipment for inflating valves to ensure that the three telescopic bags extend to contact with the scale slide bars, wherein the three scale slide bars support the support platform which is in a suspension state better than the support platform; and pressing the support platform at different force application points by using a palm, observing the air level bubble, tightening the fastening screws to fix the three scale slide bars when the observation air level bubble reaches a horizontal state, and closing all the gate valves to keep the triangular support in a horizontal stable state.
