The invention provides a method for preventing condensation of an air outlet of an air conditioner, an indoor unit of the air conditioner and the air conditioner. The invention comprises the following steps: covering a transparent hydrophilic film material layer on the frame of the air outlet; a water storage material layer with water absorption and storage functions is attached to the inner side of the front panel; connecting the transparent hydrophilic film material layer with the water storage material layer. The invention also provides an air conditioner indoor unit using the method and an air conditioner using the air conditioner indoor unit. The transparent hydrophilic film material layer can well infiltrate condensation around the air outlet of the air conditioner, the flowing resistance of dew on the surface of the transparent hydrophilic film material layer is small, the dew can be quickly infiltrated and spread, the condensation around the air outlet is transferred to the water storage material layer, and the water storage material can completely absorb water; the method for preventing the air outlet of the air conditioner from being condensed does not affect the appearance of the air conditioner, does not need to improve the structure, wiring and electric control mode of the air conditioner, does not have the risk of contacting an electrical element with water, and is low in cost, economical and practical.
