The drum 20 is disposed obliquely on the stand 10. The rotary drum 20 is divided into a drying section 21 and a combustion section 22, and the drying section 21 is located above the combustion section 22. The drum support assembly 30 is disposed below the drum 20 for supporting the entire drum 20, and the drum 20 has a jacket 23 for containing a heat medium therein. Specifically, the rotating cylinder support assembly 30 includes a rolling ring 31 and a supporting roller 32, the rolling ring 31 is sleeved on the periphery of the rotating cylinder 20 and is fixedly connected with the rotating cylinder 20, and the supporting roller 32 is arranged on the support 10 and is in rolling contact with the rolling ring 31. The idler 32 in the drum support assembly 30 is in rolling contact with the rolling ring 31 and does not affect the rotation of the drum 20.
The kiln head cover 40 and the kiln tail cover 50 are respectively sleeved at the upper end and the lower end of the rotary drum 20 and are rotatably connected with the rotary drum 20. The rotary drum 20 is always sealed with the kiln head cover 40 and the kiln tail cover 50 when rotating. The kiln head cover 40 and the kiln tail cover 50 are both internally provided with an annular cavity 60, preferably, two sealing rings 90 are respectively sleeved in the kiln head cover 40 and the kiln tail cover 50, and the two sealing rings 90 are respectively positioned at two sides of the cavity 60, so that the cavity 60 is kept closed. The kiln head cover 40 is provided with a heat medium outlet 41 communicated with the cavity 60 and a feed port 42 communicated with the interior of the drum 20. The kiln tail cap 50 is provided with a heat medium inlet 51 communicating with the cavity 60 and a discharge port 52 communicating with the interior of the drum 20. The waste being combusted in the drum 20 as the heat medium passes through the combustion section 22 facilitates the temperature increase of the heat medium, thereby further facilitating drying of the waste by the heat medium in the drying section 21.
The hollow blade shaft 70 has a first cavity 74 extending in the axial direction and a second cavity 75 located at the periphery of the first cavity 74 in the interior thereof, and both hollow blade shafts 70 are disposed in the interior of the drum 20 in the axial direction of the drum 20. Two ends of two hollow blade shafts 70 respectively penetrate through the kiln head cover 40 and the kiln tail cover 50 to extend outwards and are rotatably connected with the support 10 through bearing seats 71. The parts of the two hollow blade shafts 70, which are positioned in the drying section 21, are provided with a plurality of hollow blades 72 at intervals, and the parts positioned in the combustion section 22 are not provided with the hollow blades 72, so that the combustion space is increased. The hollow blades 72 communicate with the second cavity 75 inside the corresponding hollow blade shaft 70 through a first conduit 120 and also communicate with the first cavity 74 inside the corresponding hollow blade shaft 70 through a second conduit 130. One end of each of the two hollow blade shafts 70 is provided with a heat medium rotary joint 73, and the hollow blades on the two hollow blade shafts 70 are arranged in a staggered manner.
The pressurized heat medium enters the second cavity 75 in the hollow blade shaft 70 from the heat medium rotary joint 73 at the one end, gradually flows to the hollow blade 72 through the first pipeline 120, then flows back to the first cavity 74 through the second pipeline 130, and finally is discharged from the rotary joint 73. Thus, the waste is internally heated from the inside and is matched with the external heating of the jacket 23 on the waste, and the drying efficiency is improved. An igniter 53 is disposed within the kiln hood 50 for igniting the waste within the combustion section 22.
The hollow blade shaft driving device 100 and the rotating drum driving device 110 each include a reduction motor and a gear set, and the reduction motor is controlled to drive the hollow blade shaft 70 and the rotating drum 20 to rotate at a low speed under the transmission of the gear set. The low speed rotation of the drum 20 facilitates the turning of the waste, increasing the contact area of the waste with the drum 20, and thus making the drying and burning of the waste more efficient.
Preferably, the drum driving means 110 includes a fixed frame 111, a pin 112, a motor 113, a fork blade 114, and a fork 115. The fixing frame 111 is sleeved on the rotating drum 20, and the plurality of pulling pins 112 are uniformly distributed on the fixing frame 111 along the circumferential direction of the fixing frame 111 and are detachably connected with the fixing frame 111. A groove is formed between the fixed frame 111 and two adjacent shift pins 112, the motor 113 is fixedly connected with one end of the shift fork 115, and the shift fork blade 114 is detachably connected with the other end of the shift fork 115. In one embodiment, an anti-reverse mechanism 140 is disposed on the holder for preventing the reverse rotation of the drum 20, and the anti-reverse mechanism 140 includes a base 141, a stopper 142, and a first spring 143.
The base 141 is fixedly mounted on the fixing frame and is located below the drum 20.
The stopper 142 has a lower end slidably coupled to the base 141 in a longitudinal direction, and an upper end of the stopper 142 has an inclined surface 144.
And a first spring 143 having both ends connected to the base 141 and the stopper 142, respectively.
In a natural state, when the pin 112 is not in contact with the inclined surface 144, the stopper 142 is located between two adjacent pins 112 due to the first spring 143.
When the drum 20 is rotating in the forward direction, the deadbolt 112 can slide past the inclined surface 144 on the stop 142;
when the drum 20 rotates in the reverse direction, the deadbolt 112 is blocked by the stop 142.
The anti-reverse mechanism 140 is provided to prevent the reverse rotation of the drum 20 during the interval in which the shift fork does not drive the pin 112 to rotate the drum 20. The anti-reverse mechanism 140 has a simple structure.
In one embodiment, a pin sleeve 151 is sleeved on an outer peripheral surface of the pin 112, the pin sleeve 151 is rotatably connected with the pin 112, a first receiving groove 153 which is annular and coaxial with the pin sleeve 151 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the pin sleeve 151, and the number of the first receiving grooves 153 is at least one. The first receiving groove 153 is provided with a shock pad 152, and the shock pad 152 is preferably made of rubber. A plurality of second accommodating grooves 156 are formed in the circumferential direction of the groove bottom of the first accommodating groove 153, a second spring 155 and a pushing member 154 are arranged in the second accommodating groove 156, two ends of the second spring 155 are respectively abutted to the groove bottom of the second accommodating groove 156 and one end of the pushing member 154, the pushing member 154 is connected with the second accommodating groove 156 in a sliding manner, and the other end of the pushing member 154 extends out of the second accommodating groove 156 and is abutted to the inner circumferential surface of the shock pad 152;
in a natural state, a portion of the shock pad 152, which abuts against the pushing member 154, protrudes out of the outer circumferential surface of the pin sleeve 151, and when the fork abuts against the shock pad 152 and the pushing member 154 moves into the second receiving groove 156, the portion of the shock pad 152, which abuts against the fork, is completely received in the first receiving groove 153.
In this embodiment, in a natural state, since the second spring 155 pushes the pushing member 154 out of the second receiving groove 156, the pushing member 154 also pushes the shock pad 152 out, and a portion of the shock pad 152 pushed up by the pushing member 154 protrudes out of the outer peripheral surface of the pin sleeve 151. Due to the arrangement, the rotating shifting forks are firstly abutted with the parts of the shock absorption pads 152 protruding out of the outer peripheral surfaces of the pin bushings 151, so that the shifting forks are prevented from contacting with the pin bushings 151, and noise and vibration generated in the contact process are reduced. After the shifting fork contacts the portion of the shock pad 152 protruding from the outer peripheral surface of the pin sleeve 151, the pushing member 154 moves toward the bottom of the second receiving groove 156, so that the shock pad 152 gradually moves into the first receiving groove 153 until the portion contacting the shifting fork is completely located in the first receiving groove 153. The fork then makes rolling contact with the pin sleeve 151, and the pin sleeve 151 is rotatably connected to the pin 112, thereby avoiding wear of both the pin 112 and the cushion 152.
In one embodiment, a draft tube 80 is disposed within the cavity 60. Preferably, the guide shell 80 is of an H-shaped structure, and two sides of the guide shell 80 are fixedly connected with the kiln head cover 40 or the kiln tail cover 50. The guide cylinder 80 divides the cavity 60 into a third cavity 61 and a fourth cavity 62 located inside the third cavity 61. A plurality of first through holes 81 for communicating the third cavity 61 with the fourth cavity 62 are uniformly distributed on the guide cylinder 80 along the circumferential direction, and a plurality of second through holes 24 for communicating the fourth cavity 62 with the jacket 23 are arranged on the rotary cylinder 20.
The heat medium enters the cavity 60 at the kiln tail cover 50 from the heat medium inlet 51, is diffused to the whole third cavity 61, passes through the first through hole 81 on the guide cylinder 80, is further diffused to the fourth cavity 62, passes through the second through hole 24 on the jacket 23 at the kiln tail cover 50, and finally enters the jacket 23, so as to exchange heat with the material in the rotary cylinder 20. The heat medium that completes the heat exchange passes through the reverse path and finally flows out from the heat medium outlet 41 on the kiln head cover 40. The guide cylinder 80 plays a role in guiding the flow of the heat medium, and the heat medium is uniformly diffused to the third cavity 61 and the fourth cavity 62 after being guided by the guide cylinder 80, so that the rate of the heat medium entering and exiting the jacket 23 is more stable, and the drying effect on the waste is better.
In one embodiment, the hollow blade 72 includes two hollow fan blades 721. The two hollow fan blades 721 are symmetrically disposed on the corresponding hollow blade shaft 70 and communicate with the corresponding hollow blade shaft 70. The hollow blade 72 is divided into two hollow fan-shaped blades 721, so that a gap is formed between the two hollow fan-shaped blades 721, the gap facilitates the downward flow of the waste, and the blockage of the waste is reduced.
In one embodiment, the hollow fan blades 721 have a fan angle of 120-140. Under the condition, the waste can smoothly flow downwards, a large contact area between the heat medium in the hollow fan-shaped blades 721 and the waste can be kept, and the drying efficiency of the waste is improved.
In one embodiment, the hollow fan blades 721 are provided with a scraper 722 at the end remote from the hollow blade shaft 70. When the hollow blade shafts 70 are rotated, the scrapers 722 of the adjacent hollow fan-shaped blades 721 on the two hollow blade shafts 70 alternate with each other, thereby scraping off the waste adhering to the hollow fan-shaped blades 721. Preferably, the shovelling plates 221 and the ball chains 222 are mounted on the inner wall of the drum 20 of the combustion section 22. The shoveling plate 221 is fixedly connected with the rotary drum 20, and the ball chain 222 is hinged with the rotary drum 20. The shoveling plate 221 facilitates stirring and scattering of the waste in the combustion section 22, and promotes combustion of the waste. When the ball chain 222 rotates to the top, it sags under the action of gravity, and the free end of the sagging ball chain 222 strikes the inner wall of the drum 20 in the combustion section 22, so that the waste adhered to the inner wall of the drum 20 falls off, and the combustion of the waste is further promoted.
In one embodiment, the drum driving device 110 includes a fixed frame 111, a pin 112, a motor 113, a fork blade 114, and a fork 115. The fork blade 114 can be inserted into and removed from the recess.
