Abstract

本发明公开了一种钢带增强型中空缠绕结构壁的管材及其生产工艺,该管材包括由两端中空的加强筋和中间连接体构成,所述中间连接体也为中空结构的异型带材,Ω形钢增强带和包覆带组成。该管材是由含中空腔的管状塑料异型带材以螺旋方式缠绕并经熔胶熔合,再将增强Ω形钢带和包覆层放置在挤出异型带材中空腔之间的凹槽上,然后压轮将三者碾压熔合形成的,使所得到的塑料管具有缠绕在管壁外侧的三处中空加强筋,结合镶嵌密封在异型带材凹槽上的增强Ω形钢带,使得制造的钢带增强型外波纹塑料缠绕结构壁管具有很好的环刚度,这种管材的组成和结构使得管材不但具有较高的环刚度和强度,而且制造成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及钢带增强型中空缠绕结构壁的管材,还涉及这种管材的制造工艺。
背景技术
具有中空加强筋缠绕结构壁的管材,因为具有良好的环刚度,而被广泛应用于市政排污管建设中。现有技术中,围绕着中空螺旋缠绕管有很多结构的变化,看上去其结构基本相似,但是其产品的环刚度和成本相差很大。其中,环刚度与管材的结构有关;管材的成本与用料有关;管材结构的复杂程度会影响产量,成本也会增加。例如:一个直径500mm, 管长6m的成品管,其用料可能相差几十公斤,出厂价就会相差几百元,最终直接影响成品管的销售。
中国专利CN201620085001号实用新型专利,公开了一种内肋增强外波纹型塑料缠绕结构壁管。该专利产品的缺点是环刚度不够高,要增加环刚度,其成本就会增加。例如:当管材的直径500mm,长度1米的该专利产品,其用料为19.5kg, 测得实际环刚度为8,生产成本为19.5(kg)*14(元)=273元。如果将上述结构的产品的环钢度提高至12.5(千牛),则用料29公斤,生产成本为29(kg)*14(元)=420元。
中国CN201420135559.0号实用新型专利,公开了中空壁钢塑波纹管,该专利产品的缺点是结构复杂,制造成本高。
本发明要解决的技术问题是,既要降低生产成本;又要增加环刚度,确保环刚度在12.5(千牛)以上。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是提供一种钢带增强型中空缠绕结构壁的管材。
本发明的目的之一是这样实现的,一种钢带增强型中空缠绕结构壁的管材,所述管材是由塑料异型带材(1)螺旋缠绕成管材本体;所述塑料异型带材(1)的两侧具有中空腔的管状凸起(11);所述管状凸起之间为中间连接体(12);所述塑料异形带材(1)以螺旋缠绕方式缠绕,将相邻的相互靠近的两个中空腔经熔合后,形成中空加强筋;并在中空加强筋中部熔合部位,形成直立的增强内肋,形成带有中空加强筋的管材本体;再由Ω形钢带(2),以螺旋缠绕方式嵌入两侧中空腔(11)构成的凹槽(13)内;所述管材本体的两个中空加强筋(11)的顶峰之间,以螺旋缠绕方式,覆盖一层包覆层(3)。
所述中间连接体为平板型连接体结构。
所述中间连接体为中空状连接体结构。
本发明的目的之二是,提供一种增强型外波纹塑料缠绕结构壁的管材的生产工艺。
本发明的目的之二是这样实现的,一种生产上述管材的生产工艺,具体包括以下步骤:
(a)采用第一挤出机(41)挤出塑料异形带材(1);
(b)将步骤(a)所得的塑料异形带材(1)以螺旋缠绕方式缠绕在成型滚筒(44)上,使得塑料异形带材(1)以螺旋缠绕方式缠绕后,两个相邻的中空腔(11)之间,形成一空隙;
(c)采用熔胶挤出机(44),将熔胶,向步骤(b)形成的空隙内,连续地挤入熔融的熔胶;
(d)采用Ω形钢带成型机(44),将成型的Ω形钢带(2)嵌入到已经完成螺旋缠绕成管材本体的,两侧中空加强筋(11)构成的凹槽(12)内;
(e)将第二挤出机(47)挤出的包覆层(3),覆盖在Ω形钢带(2)上,其两端覆盖在两个中空加强筋(11)的顶峰之间。
由于本发明复合基带由左、右两个中空加强筋和一个中间连接体构成。经过螺旋缠绕,使两个使相邻两个中空加强筋和挤出的熔胶,组成一个成倍增强的中空增强筋。然而,两个中空加强筋之间的中间连接体为管材的凹部,是整个管材的最薄弱环节,其环刚度最低。由于管材的环刚度是根据最薄弱部位计算的。当在中间连接体的凹部,加入Ω形钢带后,使该部位的环刚度超过了中空加强筋部位,甚至大大超过了国家标准,还可以适当减少塑料的用料,具有较强的商业竞争力。采用上述结构后,其降低的费用计算如下:当在背景技术所述产品基础上,用料为: 塑料16kg,钢带6kg; 合计成本:16gk*14元/每公斤+6kg*5.5元/每公斤=257元。一个6m长的成品管材,其节约成本为(420-257)*6=978元。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图对本发明的构思、具体结构以及产生的技术效果,作进一步说明,以便充分理解本发明的目的、特征和有益效果。
本发明的一种钢带增强型中空缠绕结构壁的管材,参见图1所示。首先,所述管材是由塑料异型带材1螺旋缠绕成管材本体。所述塑料异型带材1的结构为:其两侧具有中空腔的管状凸起11;所述管状凸起之间为连接体12,所述连接体有两种结构:分别为平板型连接体或中空状连接体。所述塑料异形带材1螺旋缠绕方式为:以塑料异形带材1螺旋缠绕方式缠绕,将相邻的相互靠近的两个中空腔经熔合后,形成中空加强筋;并在中空加强筋中部熔合部位,形成直立的增强内肋,形成带有中空加强筋的管材本体。其次,再由Ω形钢带2,以螺旋缠绕方式嵌入两侧中空腔11构成的凹槽13内。最后,所述管材本体的两个中空加强筋11的顶峰之间,以螺旋缠绕方式,覆盖一层包覆层3。
一种钢带增强型中空缠绕结构壁的管材的生产工艺,具体包括以下步骤:
(f)采用第一挤出机41挤出塑料异形带材1;
(g)将步骤(a)所得的塑料异形带材1以螺旋缠绕方式缠绕在成型滚筒44上,使得塑料异形带材1以螺旋缠绕方式缠绕后,两个相邻的中空腔11之间,形成一空隙;
(h)采用熔胶挤出机44,将熔胶,向步骤(b)形成的空隙内,连续地挤入熔融的熔胶;
(i)采用Ω形钢带成型机44,将成型的Ω形钢带2嵌入到已经完成螺旋缠绕成管材本体的,两侧中空加强径111构成的凹槽13内;
(j)将第二挤出机47挤出的包覆层3,覆盖在Ω形钢带2上,其两端覆盖在两个中空加强筋11的顶峰之间;
如此,随着成型滚筒43不断在驱动力的作用下,连续旋转,生产出本发明的管材。
采用上述步骤的本发明一种钢带增强型中空缠绕结构壁的管材的生产工艺,不仅生产工艺简单,而且在不增加塑料原料的基础上,其是环刚度大大提高。

Claims (4)

1.一种钢带增强型中空缠绕结构壁的管材,所述管材是由塑料异型带材(1)螺旋缠绕成管材本体;所述塑料异型带材(1)的两侧具有中空腔的管状凸起(11);所述管状凸起之间为中间连接体(12);所述塑料异形带材(1)以螺旋缠绕方式缠绕,将相邻的相互靠近的两个中空腔经熔合后,形成中空加强筋;并在中空加强筋中部熔合部位,形成直立的增强内肋,形成带有中空加强筋的管材本体;再由Ω形钢带(2),以螺旋缠绕方式嵌入两侧中空腔(11)构成的凹槽(13)内;所述管材本体的两个中空加强筋(11)的顶峰之间,以螺旋缠绕方式,覆盖一层包覆层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢带增强型中空缠绕结构壁的管材,其特征在于:所述中间连接体为平板型连接体结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢带增强型中空缠绕结构壁的管材,其特征在于:所述中间连接体为中空状连接体结构。
4.一种生产上述管材的生产工艺,具体包括以下步骤:
(a)采用第一挤出机(41)挤出塑料异形带材(1);
(b)将步骤(a)所得的塑料异形带材(1)以螺旋缠绕方式缠绕在成型滚筒(44)上,使得塑料异形带材(1)以螺旋缠绕方式缠绕后,两个相邻的中空腔(11)之间,形成一空隙;
(c)采用熔胶挤出机(44),将熔胶,向步骤(b)形成的空隙内,连续地挤入熔融的熔胶;
(d)采用Ω形钢带成型机(44),将成型的Ω形钢带(2)嵌入到已经完成螺旋缠绕成管材本体的,两侧中空加强筋(111)构成的凹槽(13)内;
(e)将第二挤出机(47)挤出的包覆层(3),覆盖在Ω形钢带(2)上,其两端覆盖在两个中空加强筋(11)的顶峰之间。
