Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of chain transmission, in particular to a chain transmission device of a sound wave vibration exciter. The invention provides a chain transmission device of a sound wave vibration exciter, which comprises a chain, and a driving chain wheel, a vibrating chain wheel A, a chain distance adjusting device, a vibrating chain wheel B, a driven chain wheel, a tensioning device and an installation bottom plate which are sequentially arranged; the second adjusting chain wheel can be movably adjusted in the direction vertical to the connecting line of the centers of the vibrating wheels through the chain distance adjusting device, so that the phase difference between the two vibrating shafts is finely adjusted; the whole chain is tensioned by the tensioning device, and the vibration during high-speed transmission is favorably eliminated.

Technical Field

Background
The acoustic power head drilling machine completes drilling operation by utilizing rotation of a drill bit and axial high-frequency vibration, can liquefy soil during drilling, and reduces disturbance to surrounding geology. When mechanical excitation is adopted, the vibration exciter consists of two groups of eccentric shafts with the same form, size, weight and eccentricity. In the aspect of the driving technology of the eccentric shaft, two modes of double-drive synchronization and single-drive synchronization are available. Finally, the rotation directions of the two eccentric shafts are opposite, the rotation speeds of the two eccentric shafts are the same, centrifugal forces on the eccentric shafts are mutually offset in the horizontal direction, and component forces in the vertical direction are superposed to form sinusoidal vibration. The vibration exciter has higher requirement on the consistency of the eccentric phases of the two eccentric shafts. Because the chain has a fixed pitch and the vibration chain wheel is usually connected with the eccentric shaft in a key mode, the phase difference of the two shafts can only be adjusted in a stepped mode to approximately meet the design requirement, and fine adjustment of the phase angle is inconvenient.

the tensioning device 9 comprises two guide wheels 8, a pressing wheel 91, a pressing wheel shaft 96, a rotating arm 92, a guide seat 95, a rotating shaft 93, a guide shaft 94 and a spring 97; the two guide wheels 8 are positioned on the same side of the loose edge of the chain 7 and are in contact with the chain 7; the pinch roller 91 is positioned between the two guide wheels 8 on the loose edge of the chain 7 and is opposite to the other side of the guide wheels; the pressing wheel 91 is mounted on the rotating arm 92 through the pressing wheel shaft 96; the rotating arm 92 is fixed on the mounting base plate 10 through the rotating shaft 93; the guide shaft 94 penetrates through the rotating arm 92 and the guide seat 95, one end of the guide shaft is fixedly connected with any one of the rotating arm 92 or the guide seat 95, and the other end of the guide shaft is in sliding connection; the guide seat 95 is fixed on the installation bottom plate 10; the spring 97 is provided between the guide holder 95 and the rotating arm 92, and presses the rotating arm 92 toward the chain 7 by an elastic force.

As shown in fig. 2, the first adjusting sprocket 3 includes a sprocket shaft, a bearing, and a sprocket as one embodiment of the present invention; the first adjusting sprocket 3 is mounted on the mounting base plate 10 through the sprocket shaft and the bearing.
As shown in fig. 2, as an embodiment of the present invention, the second adjusting sprocket 4 includes a sprocket holder 41, a sprocket shaft 42, a bearing 43, and a bolt 44; the second adjusting sprocket 4 is mounted on the sprocket seat 41 via the sprocket shaft 42 and the bearing 43.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the guide wheel 8 is a smooth wheel.
In the invention, the guide wheel 8 plays a role in positioning, the pinch roller 91 automatically compresses the chain 7 by using the elastic force of the spring 97, and the chain 7 is always kept in a tensioned state under the positioning action of the guide wheel 8.
The invention also provides a transmission method of the acoustic vibration exciter chain transmission device, which comprises the following steps:
in the present invention, the oscillating sprockets a2 and B5 are driving sprockets of two oscillating shafts. The chain 7 starts from the driving chain wheel 1, drives the vibrating chain wheel A2 and the vibrating chain wheel B5, and returns back to the driving chain wheel 1 through the driven chain wheel 6, so that a closed chain transmission system is formed. By the transmission system, the rotation directions of the vibrating chain wheel A2 and the vibrating chain wheel B5 are opposite, and the rotating speeds are the same. According to the transmission example provided by the attached drawing, the motor is adopted to drive the driving chain wheel to rotate anticlockwise, so that the vibration exciter can be driven to work.
When the driving sprocket 1 rotates counterclockwise, the upper part between the vibrating sprocket A2 and the vibrating sprocket B5 forms a chain tight edge. When the eccentric phase difference of the two vibration shafts needs to be adjusted, the adjusting direction of the second adjusting chain wheel 4 is determined according to the positive difference or the negative difference of the phase angle. The connecting bolts 44 of the sprocket seat 41 are loosened to move the sprocket seat 41 vertically upward or downward. Because chain 7 length between two vibration axles takes place the slight change, and the vibration axle is driven by sprocket 7 again, therefore chain 7 will drive the vibration axle and do the slight deflection, realizes the adjustment of phase difference, satisfies the same phase demand of sound wave excitation to the vibration axle.
When the driving sprocket rotates counterclockwise, a loose edge of the chain is formed at the lower portion between the vibrating sprocket A2 and the vibrating sprocket B5. By using the tensioning device 9 of the invention, the pinch roller 91 compresses the chain 7 by means of elastic force to realize automatic tensioning, and the tensioning length can be adjusted by adjusting the pre-pressure of the spring 97.

the tensioning device comprises two guide wheels, a pressing wheel shaft, a rotating arm, a guide seat, a rotating shaft, a guide shaft and a spring; the two guide wheels are positioned on the same side of the loose edge of the chain and are in contact with the chain; the pinch roller is positioned between the two guide wheels on the loose edge of the chain and is opposite to the other side of the guide wheels; the pinch roller is arranged on the rotating arm through the pinch roller shaft; the rotating arm is fixed on the mounting bottom plate through the rotating shaft; the guide shaft penetrates through the rotating arm and the guide seat, one end of the guide shaft is fixedly connected with any one of the rotating arm or the guide seat, and the other end of the guide shaft is in sliding connection; the guide seat is fixed on the mounting bottom plate; the spring is arranged between the guide seat and the rotating arm, and the rotating arm is pressed towards one side of the chain by means of elastic force.
