Abstract
The invention provides a bellows connecting rod gap eliminating mechanism for an altimeter, which comprises a bellows, a connecting rod, an elastic support and a pin shaft, wherein the bellows is arranged on the connecting rod; the diaphragm capsule center is provided with the auricle, the connecting rod passes through round pin axle and auricle rotatable connection, the elastic support sets up between round pin axle tip and diaphragm capsule to provide elastic thrust between round pin axle tip and diaphragm capsule, make round pin axle tip hug closely the auricle hole, eliminate the clearance between round pin axle tip and the auricle hole. The invention eliminates the gap between the diaphragm capsule and the pin shaft, improves the sensitivity and the accuracy of the mechanism, and eliminates the gap caused by assembly error and assembly design.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of structural design of altimeters, in particular to a bellows connecting rod gap eliminating mechanism for an altimeter.
Background
A vacuum diaphragm box is arranged in a sealed watch case and used for sensing atmospheric static pressure from a static pressure sensor, when the altitude changes in flight, the atmospheric static pressure changes along with the change, so that the vacuum diaphragm box expands or contracts to generate linear displacement, the linear displacement is converted into a crank angle through a crank link mechanism, the crank angle is converted into a pointer angle after being amplified through a gear train, and the altitude is displayed on a dial. According to the traditional design, the diaphragm capsule lug and the connecting rod are hinged through the lock pin, the skill requirement on operators is high, if a gap exists between the connecting rod and the lug when the diaphragm capsule is not properly hinged, when the diaphragm capsule generates linear displacement, the zero drift of a product is easily caused by the gap, and the indicating accuracy of the product is influenced.
