Abstract
The invention discloses a pipe connecting assembly which comprises a hollow pipe barrel, an end part plug-in unit and at least three jacking screws, wherein the end part plug-in unit is inserted in the end part of the pipe barrel, the end part plug-in unit is uniformly provided with at least three jacking screw holes which penetrate through the outer end surface of the end part plug-in unit and extend to the side wall of the end part plug-in unit, and the jacking screws are screwed and inserted into the jacking screw holes and abut against the inner wall of the pipe barrel so as to enable the end part plug-in unit to be embedded and fixed in the end part of the pipe barrel. The pipe barrel connecting component is simple to assemble when in use, saves the welding process and reduces the surface treatment cost, greatly saves the assembly forming cost, is easy to disassemble, and is beneficial to storage and transportation.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of connecting fittings, in particular to a pipe barrel connecting assembly.
Background
The existing support structure, such as a support of a table, is generally formed by welding metal pipes, and the surface treatment is integrally carried out after the welding forming, so that the processing cost is high; in addition, the space occupied after processing and molding is large, which is not beneficial to storage and transportation.

Preferably, the outer end face of the end plug-in unit is further provided with a fixing screw hole or a fixing stud in a protruding manner.
Preferably, the socket is square, correspondingly, the end part insert is also square, the number of the jacking screws and the number of the jacking screw holes are four, the jacking screw holes penetrate through the side wall of the corresponding corner from the position, close to the corresponding corner, of the outer end face of the end part insert, and the jacking screws are screwed and inserted through the jacking screw holes to abut against the inner wall of the corresponding corner of the socket, so that the end part insert is embedded and fixed in the end part of the socket.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1-3, the tube connection assembly 100 of the present invention includes a hollow tube 10, an end insert 20, and at least three compression screws 30. The end insert 20 is inserted into the end of the pipe barrel 10, and the end insert 20 is uniformly provided with at least three jacking screw holes 21 which extend from the outer end surface of the end insert 20 to the side wall of the end insert 20. The jacking screw 30 is screwed and inserted through the jacking screw hole 21 and is pressed against the inner wall of the pipe barrel 10, so that the end insert 20 is embedded and fixed in the end of the pipe barrel 10. In this embodiment, the socket 10 is square, correspondingly, the end plug 20 is also square, the number of the jacking screws 30 and the jacking screw holes 21 is four, and the jacking screw holes 21 penetrate from the outer end surface of the end plug 20 to the side wall of a corresponding corner near the corresponding corner. Referring to fig. 4 to 8, the table 1000 includes a table support and a table top 900 mounted on the table support, the table support includes four vertically disposed square connection pipes 200 and a plurality of pipe connection assemblies 100, and four side walls of the end of each square connection pipe 200 are respectively provided with a connection hole 210. The plurality of tube connecting assemblies 100 comprise four upper tube connecting assemblies 101, two lower tube connecting assemblies 102 and a middle tube connecting assembly 103, wherein the four upper tube connecting assemblies 101 are connected between two connecting holes 210 at the upper ends of two adjacent square connecting tubes 200, and the connecting mode refers to fig. 4 to 7; the two lower tube connecting assemblies 102 are parallel to each other and connected between two connecting holes 210 at the lower ends of two corresponding square connecting tubes 200, referring to fig. 4 to 7, two side walls of the tubes 10 of the two lower tube connecting assemblies 102 are respectively provided with middle connecting holes 11; the two ends of the middle tube connecting assembly 103 are respectively connected between the middle connecting holes 11 of the tubes 10 of the two lower tube connecting assemblies 102, and the connection mode refers to fig. 4 to 7.
The pipe barrel connecting component is simple to assemble when in use, saves the welding process and reduces the surface treatment cost, greatly saves the assembly forming cost, is easy to disassemble, and is beneficial to storage and transportation.
It should be noted that the shape of the tube is not limited to the square shape, but may also be other shapes such as circle, triangle, pentagon, hexagon, etc., and the number of the jacking screws and jacking screw holes is not limited to the four, but may also be three, five or other numbers, depending on the shape of the tube and the required stability; besides the outer end face of the end plug-in unit is provided with a fixing screw hole to be matched with a fixing screw to carry out fixed installation, the outer end face of the end plug-in unit can also be provided with a fixing stud in a protruding mode and then matched with a fixing nut to carry out installation or other fixed installation modes.
