The silicone rubber composition contains polyether organic silicon polysiloxane containing amino groups; wherein the polyorganosiloxane comprises a primary amino-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, and the main chain of the molecular chain of the polyorganosiloxane contains ether bonds; the polyorganosiloxane is synthesized by a bulk polymerization method, and is prepared by ring-opening polymerization reaction of a D4 monomer through an alkali catalyst; the solvent of the fabric-treated silicone rubber composition dissolves the polymer with water as a medium. The silicone rubber composition for fabric treatment and the preparation method thereof have the advantages of scientific and reasonable design, simple preparation process, easy operation and low manufacturing cost. In conclusion, the silicone rubber composition for fabric treatment prepared by the method can generate a soft and smooth effect on the surface of the fabric, so that the surface of the fabric generates elasticity and plumpness, and the fabric has a better using effect.
