Insertion type splicing structure of knitted fabric and weaving method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a knitting fabric weaving structure, in particular to a knitting fabric plug-in type splicing structure and a knitting method thereof.
Background
In the traditional knitting fabric process, the splicing mode of two fabrics, particularly a braid and a knitted fabric sheet, is to directly carry out looping sewing on the edges of the two fabrics to achieve the splicing purpose. The sewing thread is required to be exposed at the splicing part, the problem that the sewing position is higher than the two side fabrics to form unevenness is easy to occur, the visual effect is influenced, the attaching effect of the product is also influenced, and the product quality is seriously influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides the knitting method of the inserted splicing structure of the knitted fabric, which ensures the connection firmness and simultaneously provides the smoothness of splicing parts.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention designs a plug-in splicing structure of knitted fabric, which comprises the knitted fabric, wherein the knitted fabric is formed by connecting at least two layers of tissues, and a socket formed by air layer tissues is arranged between the two layers of tissues. The structure is characterized in that the insertion opening formed by the air layer tissue is used as the main part of splicing, thereby forming the structure that the upper layer tissue and the lower layer tissue are connected with the connected fabric in a wrapping and clamping way.
The further proposal is that a connecting fabric is inserted into the insertion opening and is connected with the insertion opening by sewing, and the connecting fabric is generally a braid.
The knitting method of the knitting fabric plug-in splicing structure uses A, B yarn mouths to knit on a flat knitting machine with a pair of front and back needle beds which extend along the left and right direction and are opposite to each other in the front and back direction according to the following steps:
a) the yarn nozzle A selects needles to perform coil knitting according to the patterns in the right row, and the yarn nozzle B selects needles to perform coil knitting according to the patterns in the right row;
b) the yarn nozzle A performs the loop knitting by selecting the needle according to the pattern in the left row, and the yarn nozzle B performs the loop knitting by selecting the needle according to the pattern in the left row;
c) the yarn nozzle A is right-handed, except the jack structure, needle selection is carried out according to the pattern to carry out loop knitting, front needle bed loop knitting is carried out at the jack structure, the yarn nozzle B is right-handed, except the jack structure, needle selection is carried out according to the pattern to carry out loop knitting, and back needle bed loop knitting is carried out at the jack structure;
d) the yarn nozzle A moves left to select the needle according to the pattern except the jack structure to carry out the loop knitting, the front needle bed loop knitting is carried out at the jack structure, the yarn nozzle B moves left to select the needle according to the pattern except the jack structure to carry out the loop knitting, and the back needle bed loop knitting is carried out at the jack structure.
The knitting method is mainly characterized in that in the steps c) and d), the air layer tissue is formed by utilizing the movement of the yarn nozzle on the front needle bed and the back needle bed.
Further, the steps a) and b) are repeated to control the height of the body structure, and the steps c) and d) are repeated to control the height of the socket structure. The height of the body structure refers to the longitudinal length of a common multilayer weave, and the height of the socket structure can be regarded as the depth of the socket structure, namely the depth of the connected fabric extending into the connected fabric.
Compared with the prior art, the plug-in splicing structure of the knitted fabric and the knitting method thereof utilize the change of the knitting structure on the basis of the multilayer structure of the knitted fabric, and plug-in air layer tissues are inserted into the multilayer structure to form a socket structure, so that the structure that the existing knitted fabrics are sewed through edge sockets is changed into a plug-in structure, the smoothness of a connecting part is improved on the premise of ensuring the firmness of connection, and the quality of products is improved. Moreover, the plug-in splicing structure is particularly suitable for the ribbon splicing structure, and a wider imagination space is provided for the development and the market of knitting products.

Detailed Description
The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
Example 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the insertedly spliced structure of knitted fabric described in this embodiment includes a knitted fabric 1, where the knitted fabric 1 is formed by connecting two layers of stitches, and a socket 2 formed by an air layer stitch is disposed between the two layers of stitches. The connecting woven belt 3 is inserted into the inserting opening, and the connecting woven belt 3 is connected with the inserting opening 2 through a sewing structure.
As shown in fig. 2, the knitting method of the above-described knitted fabric drop-in stitch structure is a knitting method using A, B two yarn feeders on a flat knitting machine having a pair of front and rear needle beds extending in the left-right direction and facing each other in the front-rear direction, in which the knitting method includes the steps of:
a) the yarn nozzle A selects needles to perform coil knitting according to the patterns in the right row, and the yarn nozzle B selects needles to perform coil knitting according to the patterns in the right row;
b) the yarn nozzle A performs the loop knitting by selecting the needle according to the pattern in the left row, and the yarn nozzle B performs the loop knitting by selecting the needle according to the pattern in the left row;
c) the yarn nozzle A is right-handed, except the jack structure, needle selection is carried out according to the pattern to carry out loop knitting, front needle bed loop knitting is carried out at the jack structure, the yarn nozzle B is right-handed, except the jack structure, needle selection is carried out according to the pattern to carry out loop knitting, and back needle bed loop knitting is carried out at the jack structure;
d) the yarn nozzle A moves left to select the needle according to the pattern except the jack structure to carry out the loop knitting, the front needle bed loop knitting is carried out at the jack structure, the yarn nozzle B moves left to select the needle according to the pattern except the jack structure to carry out the loop knitting, and the back needle bed loop knitting is carried out at the jack structure.
Repeating steps a) and b) to control the height of the body structure, and repeating steps c) and d) to control the height of the socket structure.
The knitted fabric 1 of the present invention is not limited to the double-layered structure, and may be a multi-layered structure, in which one or more insertion openings 2 are provided to form the connection between the knitted fabric and the plurality of woven tapes.
