The invention provides a novel SBS quaternary grafting adhesive and a preparation method thereof, wherein the adhesive comprises the following components in parts by weight: 95-105 parts of SBS, 500 parts of mixed solvent 400-35 parts of styrene, 38-40 parts of methyl methacrylate, 13-15 parts of butyl acrylate, 0.5-1.5 parts of benzoyl peroxide and 1.0-2.0 parts of acrylic acid. The novel SBS adhesive prepared by the method is convenient and simple to prepare, environment-friendly, pollution-free, easy to obtain raw materials, low in equipment investment, high in purity and convenient to operate, and has the advantages of good using effect, high temperature resistance, viscosity adaptation, safety and reliability.
