Abstract
The invention discloses an oil collecting device of an aircraft engine cabin, which comprises: the oil collecting device comprises an oil collecting shell, a connecting bolt, a splash-proof plate, a pipe connector and an oil discharging valve; a connecting column is arranged in the oil collecting shell along the height direction of the oil collecting shell, and two ends of the connecting column respectively extend out of the bottom side face and the opening side face of the oil collecting shell; a threaded hole which is consistent with the length direction of the connecting column is processed in the connecting column; the connecting bolt is matched with the threaded hole, the head of the connecting bolt is positioned at the bottom of the oil collecting shell, and the tail of the connecting bolt penetrates through the threaded hole and then is matched with a threaded hole preset in the lower skin of the aircraft engine cabin to fix the oil collecting shell on the aircraft engine cabin; the invention can make up the defects of the traditional oil receiving box, and adds a structure for centralized oil receiving, on-board fixation and oil splashing prevention.

Background
The traditional oil receiving box can only be placed on the ground under an aircraft engine cabin, the oil receiving area is small, the splashing phenomenon is generated when oil drops, and the oil receiving efficiency is low. The traditional oil receiving box is not provided with an accessory oil leakage pipe oil leakage collecting function, so that the airplane fault phenomenon can not be found at the first time, and the potential safety hazard is brought to airplane flight.

In view of this, the invention provides an oil collecting device for an aircraft engine cabin, which can make up for the defects of the traditional oil receiving box, and add a structure for centralized oil collection, on-board fixation and oil splashing prevention.

an aircraft engine compartment oil catcher comprising: the oil collecting device comprises an oil collecting shell, a connecting bolt, a splash-proof plate, a pipe connector and an oil discharging valve;
the oil collecting shell is a strip-shaped hollow shell, the surface along the length direction of the hollow shell is a side surface, and the surface along the height direction of the hollow shell is an end surface; the side surface of the top of the oil collecting shell is provided with an opening;

the inner surface of the side surface of the oil collecting shell where the pipe connector is located is provided with a splash guard, the splash guard is of a three-section structure, the first section is arranged along the length direction of the oil collecting shell, the third section is arranged along the height direction of the oil collecting shell, two ends of the second section are respectively connected with the first section and the third section, and the pipe connector is located within the envelope range of the splash guard;
and the side surface of the bottom of the oil collecting shell is provided with an oil discharging valve which is communicated with the inner cavity of the oil collecting shell.
Furthermore, a connecting plate extends outwards from the side face of the opening of the oil collecting shell, two threaded holes are formed in the connecting plate, and the threaded holes of the connecting plate are connected with threaded holes preset in an aircraft engine cabin through screws.
Furthermore, a window is processed on the side surface of the oil collecting shell adjacent to the side surface of the opening, a liquid level indicator arranged along the height direction of the window is installed on the window, and the liquid level indicator is used for observing the height of oil in the oil collecting shell.
Furthermore, the outer side surface of the bottom of the oil collecting shell is provided with a support leg, and the height of the support leg is higher than that of the head of the connecting bolt.

(2) The liquid level indicator can be used for observing whether the oil leakage quantity of the aircraft accessory meets the technical requirement or not.
(3) The connecting bolt and the connecting plate are fixedly arranged with the aircraft engine cabin, so that the connecting bolt and the connecting plate are reliable in connection and simple in operation, can be fixed on the aircraft engine cabin for a long time, can be quickly taken down before an aircraft is tested and flies, and can be quickly installed and detached.

The present embodiment provides an aircraft engine compartment oil catcher, see fig. 1-3, comprising: the oil collecting device comprises support legs 1, an oil collecting shell 2, a liquid level indicator 3, a connecting bolt 4, a connecting plate 5, a splash board 6, a connector head 7, an oil discharging valve 8 and a handle 9;
the oil collecting shell 2 is a long-strip hollow shell, the surface along the length direction of the hollow shell is a side surface, and the surface along the height direction of the hollow shell is an end surface (namely a surface vertical to the length direction of the hollow shell); the side surface of the top of the oil collecting shell 2 is provided with an opening;
a connecting column is arranged in the oil collecting shell 2 along the height direction of the oil collecting shell, and two ends of the connecting column respectively extend out of the bottom side face and the opening side face of the oil collecting shell 2; threaded holes consistent with the length direction of the connecting columns are formed in the connecting columns, and the axes of the threaded holes are respectively vertical to the bottom side face and the opening side face of the oil collecting shell 2; the connecting bolt 4 is matched with the threaded hole, the head of the connecting bolt 4 is positioned at the bottom of the oil collecting shell 2, and the tail of the connecting bolt 4 is matched with a threaded hole preset on the lower skin of the aircraft engine cabin after penetrating through the threaded hole, so that the oil collecting shell 2 is fixed on the aircraft engine cabin;
the side surface of the opening of the oil collection shell 2 extends outwards to form a connecting plate 5, two threaded holes are processed in the connecting plate 5, the threaded holes of the connecting plate 5 are connected with threaded holes preset in an aircraft engine cabin through screws, and the connecting plate 5 is used for improving the connection stability of the oil collection shell 2 and a lower skin of the aircraft engine cabin;
a window is processed on the side surface of the oil collection shell 2 adjacent to the side surface of the opening, a liquid level indicator 3 arranged along the height direction of the window is arranged on the window, and the liquid level indicator 3 is used for observing the height of oil in the oil collection shell 2;
the outer side surface of the bottom of the oil collecting shell 2 is provided with a support leg 1, the height of the support leg 1 is higher than that of the head of the connecting bolt 4, and the support leg 1 is used for protecting the head of the connecting bolt 4 from being damaged;
a connector head 7 is arranged on the side surface of the oil collecting shell 2 adjacent to the side surface of the bottom, the oil outlet of the connector head 7 is communicated with the inner cavity of the oil collecting shell 2, and the oil inlet of the connector head 7 is respectively connected with the oil discharge hole of the hydraulic oil in the aircraft engine compartment and the oil leakage pipe of aircraft accessories through a hose;
the inner surface of the side surface of the oil collecting shell 2 where the pipe connector 7 is located is provided with a splash guard 6, the splash guard 6 is of a three-section structure, the first section is arranged along the length direction of the oil collecting shell 2, the third section is arranged along the height direction of the oil collecting shell 2, two ends of the second section are respectively connected with the first section and the third section, the pipe connector 7 is located in the envelope range of the splash guard 6, and the splash guard 6 is used for preventing oil liquid flowing into the oil collecting shell 2 through the pipe connector 7 from splashing out of the side surface of the opening of the oil collecting shell 2;
an oil discharge valve 8 is arranged on the side surface of the bottom of the oil collecting shell 2, and the oil discharge valve 8 is communicated with the inner cavity of the oil collecting shell 2;
the oil collecting shell 2 is made of stainless steel materials and has the functions of falling resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and the like.
The working principle is as follows: the oil collecting device is arranged on the lower skin of the aircraft engine cabin through a connecting bolt 4 and a connecting plate 5, and the pipe connector 7 is respectively connected with a hydraulic oil discharge hole of the aircraft engine cabin and an aircraft accessory oil leakage pipe through a hose; the impulsive force of the oil flowing into the oil collecting shell 2 through the pipe connector 7 is large, and the oil is easy to splash from the side surface of the opening of the oil collecting shell 2, so that the oil is prevented from splashing by the splash-proof plate 6; the unknown leakage point residual oil of the aircraft engine compartment drops into the oil collecting shell 2 through the opening side face of the oil collecting shell 2, and the residual oil is collected.

a connecting column along the height direction of the oil collecting shell (2) is arranged in the oil collecting shell, and two ends of the connecting column respectively extend out of the bottom side face and the opening side face of the oil collecting shell (2); threaded holes consistent with the length direction of the connecting columns are formed in the connecting columns, and the axes of the threaded holes are respectively vertical to the bottom side face and the opening side face of the oil collecting shell (2); the connecting bolt (4) is matched with the threaded hole, the head of the connecting bolt (4) is positioned at the bottom of the oil collecting shell (2), and the tail of the connecting bolt (4) penetrates through the threaded hole and then is matched with a threaded hole preset in the lower skin of the aircraft engine compartment to fix the oil collecting shell (2) on the aircraft engine compartment;
a pipe connector (7) is mounted on the side surface of the oil collecting shell (2) adjacent to the side surface of the bottom, the oil outlet of the pipe connector (7) is communicated with the inner cavity of the oil collecting shell (2), and the oil inlet of the pipe connector (7) is connected with the oil discharge hole of the hydraulic oil in the aircraft engine compartment and the oil leakage pipe of the aircraft accessory through hoses respectively;
the inner surface of the side surface of the oil collecting shell (2) where the pipe connector (7) is located is provided with a splash guard (6), the splash guard (6) is of a three-section structure, the first section is arranged along the length direction of the oil collecting shell (2), the third section is arranged along the height direction of the oil collecting shell (2), two ends of the second section are respectively connected with the first section and the third section, and the pipe connector (7) is located in the envelope range of the splash guard (6);
an oil discharge valve (8) is arranged on the side face of the bottom of the oil collecting shell (2), and the oil discharge valve (8) is communicated with the inner cavity of the oil collecting shell (2).

4. An oil collecting device for an aircraft engine compartment according to claim 1, characterised in that the oil collecting housing (2) is provided with feet (1) on the outer side of the bottom, and the feet (1) have a height higher than the height of the head of the connecting bolt (4).
5. An aircraft engine compartment oil catcher as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that handles (9) are mounted on both ends of the oil catcher housing (2).
