The invention discloses a framework of a single-axle bogie, which comprises a guide frame and a suspension; the guide frame comprises two guide frame side beams and two guide frame end beams which are in a square shape, and air spring mounting seats are arranged at four corners of the guide frame; the upper surface of the middle part of the side beam of the guide frame is provided with a shaft bridge mounting seat; the suspension comprises two suspension side beams and two suspension end beams, and air spring mounting seats are arranged at four corners of the suspension; the guide frame and the suspension are connected through an air spring, and the suspension is located above the guide frame. The framework of the invention adopts a mode of combining the guide frame, the air spring and the suspension, on one hand, a plate spring can be avoided, the riding comfort is improved, and the light weight is realized, and on the other hand, the height of the vehicle floor can be adjusted and kept horizontal by utilizing the advantage that the air spring can adjust the height.

Background
The public transportation type is diversified, and besides the traditional rail transportation, along with the development of intelligent transportation and unmanned technology, the apm (automated peer move systems) is also widely used. The rubber wheel rail system has the advantages of low noise, small vibration, high riding comfort and the like because the rubber wheel rail system adopts the tire technology of road traffic instead of the steel wheel rail in the traditional rail traffic field; meanwhile, the adhesive force is high, the climbing capability of the vehicle is strong, and the maximum gradient can reach 10%; the vehicle has higher capability of passing through a small curve radius and can adapt to complex terrains. The application is available in Guangzhou, Beijing and Tianjin cities in China. The existing rubber wheel vehicle bogie adopts a plate spring bearing mode, has heavier weight and higher rigidity and can not improve the riding comfort continuously; how to continuously improve the comfort and the light weight of the rubber-tyred vehicle becomes a technical problem to be solved urgently by technical personnel in the field.

the suspension comprises two suspension side beams and two suspension end beams, and air spring mounting seats are arranged at four corners of the suspension;
the guide frame and the suspension are connected through an air spring, and the suspension is located above the guide frame.
Furthermore, the guide frame side beam and the guide frame end beam are both box-shaped beams.
Furthermore, four corners of the guide frame are overhanging beams, and the overhanging beams are provided with the air spring mounting seats.
Furthermore, a guide wheel mounting seat for mounting a guide wheel is further arranged on the end beam of the guide frame.

Referring to fig. 1-4, a frame for a single axle bogie includes a bogie 1, an air spring 3, and a suspension 2.
The guide frame 1 comprises two guide frame side beams 1.1 and two guide frame end beams 1.2 which are in a square shape, four corners of the guide frame are approximately horizontal overhanging beams 1.3, and air spring mounting seats 4 are arranged on the overhanging beams 1.3; the guide frame side beam 1.1 and the guide frame end beam 1.2 are both box-shaped beam structures, the suspension beam 1.3 can be an independent box-shaped beam structure, and also can be a part of the guide frame side beam 1.1 or the guide frame end beam 1.2, and the guide frame side beam 1.1 and the guide frame end beam 1.2 are mutually connected in a welding mode; the middle part of the side beam 1.1 of the guide frame protrudes upwards, the upper surface of the protruded middle part is provided with an axle mounting seat 1.4, and the axle mounting seat 1.4 is used for mounting and fixing an axle device (not shown); the guide frame end beam 1.2 is also provided with a guide wheel mounting seat 6 for mounting a guide wheel, and the guide wheel is favorable for guiding and preventing the vehicle from overturning. The guide wheel mounting seat 6 is connected with the upper cover plate and the lower cover plate through butt welding seams on the basis of the upper cover plate and the lower cover plate of the guide frame end beam 1.2, so that the structural strength of the guide wheel mounting seat 6 is ensured.
The suspension 2 comprises two suspension side beams 2.1, two middle cross beams 2.3 and two suspension end beams 2.2, the suspension 2 is integrally in a shape of Chinese character mu, suspension extension beams 2.4 extending downwards are arranged at four corners of the suspension, and an air spring mounting seat 4 is arranged at the lower end of each suspension extension beam 2.4; the two middle cross beams 2.3 are parallel to the suspension frame end beam 2.2, the middle part of the suspension frame side beam 2.1 is provided with a rotary support mounting seat 7, and the middle cross beam 2.3 of the suspension frame is of an I-beam structure, so that the weight is favorably reduced.
A suspension end beam 2.2 of the suspension 2 is provided with a drawbar seat 8 at the downward overhanging part, one end of the drawbar 5 is connected with the drawbar seat 8 of the suspension, and the other end is connected with an axle device (not shown). The other suspension end beam 2.2 of the suspension 2 is provided with a motor mounting seat 9 for mounting a motor in a suspension manner.
The guide frame 1 is connected with the suspension 2 through four air springs 3, the suspension 2 is installed right above the guide frame 1 through the air springs 3, and vertical force is transmitted through the air springs 3. The traction force in the horizontal direction is transmitted through the traction rod 5.

the suspension (2) comprises two suspension side beams (2.1) and two suspension end beams (2.2), and air spring mounting seats (4) are arranged at four corners of the suspension (2);
the guide frame (1) and the suspension (2) are connected through an air spring, and the suspension (2) is positioned above the guide frame (1);
one suspension end beam (2.2) is provided with a motor mounting seat, and the other suspension end beam (2.2) is provided with a draw bar seat.
2. Framework for a single axle bogie according to claim 1, characterised in that the bogie side beams (1.1) and bogie end beams (1.2) are box beams.
3. The single axle bogie frame according to claim 1, characterized in that the four corners of the bogie (1) are overhanging beams, on which the air spring mounts (4) are arranged.
4. A single axle bogie frame as claimed in claim 1 wherein the bogie end beam (1.2) is further provided with a guide wheel mounting for mounting a guide wheel.

The frame of a single-axle bogie according to claim 1, characterised in that the suspension (2) further comprises two intermediate cross beams, which are parallel to the suspension end beams (2.2), the suspension side beams (2.1), the suspension end beams (2.2) and the intermediate cross beams of the suspension (2) being formed in a herringbone shape; and a rotary support mounting seat is arranged in the middle of the suspension side beam (2.1).
6. The frame for a single-axle bogie according to claim 1, characterized in that the four corners of the suspension (2) are downwardly extending suspension beams (2.4), the lower ends of the suspension beams (2.4) being provided with the air spring mounts (4).
