Description

Child seat base and child seat thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a seat for a child, in particular to a child seat base with adjustable sitting size and a child seat thereof.
Background
In general, a child seat placed in a car to provide a child with a seat is mainly used to give a child a proper protection, and the child seat is usually designed to have an adjustable seat angle to provide a comfortable seat posture. However, sometimes, the light adjustment of the seat angle still cannot provide a comfortable sitting posture because the sitting size of the typical child seat is fixed to several specifications, when a child higher or lower than the same age sits on the seat, the legs of the child seat are too long to stretch or too short to hang on the edges of the child seat, and the same child seat cannot satisfy the comfortable sitting of children of different ages.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention seeks to provide a child seat base and a child seat thereof, which can adjust the seating size of a child to adjust a comfortable seating posture.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a child seat base having a front seat; a rear seat sleeved on the front seat; the adjusting block is fixedly connected with the front seat, and the adjusting block is clamped at different positions of the rear seat to enable the front seat to be adjusted to a second position relative to the rear seat from a first position, so that the seating size of the child seat is adjusted. The "seating size" herein refers to a size of a child seat base on which a child seat can be seated, that is, an area of an upper surface of the child seat base, which is determined by a length and a width of the child seat base, an adjustment direction of the front seat is set to a width direction, and the front seat is adjusted from a first position to a second position with respect to the rear seat, that is, the width size of the child seat base is changed, thereby adjusting the seating size of the child seat. The term "accommodation space for seating" as used herein refers to the area of the child seat base and the seat back, which is defined by the area of the upper surface of the child seat base, the area of the side of the seat back facing the child seat base, and the angle between the child seat base and the seat back. Here and elsewhere, "front" and "rear" are defined in terms of the seat back of the child seat, with the base of the child seat attached to the seat back being rear at one end and front at the other end, even if the child seat is mounted on the back of a driver's seat. The first position and the second position herein do not refer to a specific one of the positions, but to two different positions.
Furthermore, the rear seat comprises a front rear seat section and a rear seat section, and the front seat is sleeved with the front seat section. The front section of the rear seat can be sleeved in the front seat or sleeved outside the front seat, and preferably, the front seat is sleeved in the front section of the rear seat so that the adjusting block can be operated conveniently.
Furthermore, the front section of the rear seat is provided with a plurality of engaging holes along the position adjusting direction of the front seat, and the adjusting block adjusts the seating size of the child seat by engaging with different engaging holes to adjust the front seat from the first position to the second position relative to the rear seat. The adjusting block is clamped in the clamping hole, so that the adjusting operation process becomes quicker and more convenient.
Furthermore, the middle part of the front section of the rear seat is provided with a groove, the groove is internally provided with a clamping piece, the clamping piece is provided with a plurality of concave parts, and the plurality of concave parts form a plurality of clamping holes.
Furthermore, the clamping pieces are arranged in a double number, the clamping pieces are distributed in the grooves at the same interval, and the clamping holes among the clamping pieces are distributed in a mirror image mode. The clamping holes are distributed in a mirror image manner, so that the adjusting blocks can be uniformly stressed in the clamping holes of the clamping pieces.
Furthermore, armrests are arranged on two sides of the rear section of the rear seat, so that children are prevented from falling off the child seat when the children sit on the seat.
Furthermore, the front seat comprises a front seat upper cover and a front seat lower cover fixedly connected with the front seat upper cover, and the adjusting block is fixedly connected with the front seat upper cover and/or the front seat lower cover. The front seat upper cover and the front seat lower cover can be fixed through bolts, and the adjusting block can be fixed on the front seat upper cover and/or the front seat lower cover through bolts.
Furthermore, the adjusting block is provided with a locking pin, an adjusting pull handle and a fixing piece, the locking pin is arranged in the adjusting pull handle and can be clamped on the rear seat, the adjusting pull handle is movably arranged on the fixing piece, and the fixing piece is fixedly connected with the front seat. When an occupant or other person applies an external force to the adjustment pull handle in the fixing member, the front seat fixedly connected with the fixing member starts to move relative to the rear seat under the influence of the external force, and the adjustment pull handle applies force to the locking pin to cause the locking pin to move to other positions of the rear seat so as to lock the position of the front seat after the movement.
Furthermore, the adjusting pull handle is provided with a pull rod body, one end of the pull rod body is provided with a locking pin, and the other end of the pull rod body is movably arranged on the fixing piece. One end of the pull rod body is provided with a driving inclined groove which penetrates through the pull rod body and inclines along the vertical direction, and the locking pin is movably arranged on the driving inclined groove. The front seat is provided with a fixing piece mounting hole, and the protrusion is embedded into the fixing piece mounting hole and fixed through a screw. The upper ear piece and the lower ear piece are beneficial for a force applier to better apply external force in the cavity.
Furthermore, the adjusting block is also provided with a resetting piece, one end of the resetting piece is fixedly connected with the adjusting pull handle, and the other end of the resetting piece is fixedly connected with the fixing piece. The reset piece can move upwards from the clamping position of the rear seat and release the lock, and then the reset piece can move downwards to lock and re-clamp the lock due to the reset function generated by the cancellation of external force.
Furthermore, the adjusting block is also provided with a reset piece which is a spring, one end of the spring is fixed at one end of the pull rod body provided with the locking pin, and the other end of the spring is fixed at the fixing piece. Because the adjusting pull handle is movably arranged on the fixing piece, when external force is applied, the movement of the adjusting pull handle relative to the fixing piece causes the compression of the spring, the locking pin moves upwards from the clamping position of the rear seat to release the lock, after the external force is cancelled, the spring extends to apply the extension force to the pull rod body, and therefore the locking pin is stressed to move downwards to lock and re-clamp.
The invention also provides a child seat which comprises the child seat base and a seat back connected with the child seat base, wherein the child seat base and the seat back form an accommodating space for seating.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the rear seat of the child seat base is sleeved on the front seat, and the front seat can be adjusted from the first position to the second position relative to the rear seat through the clamping of the adjusting block at different positions, so that the width size of the child seat base can be changed, the seating size of the child seat can be adjusted, and the comfortable seating requirements of children with different heights and ages can be met.
