Abstract
A glue removing device comprising: an air inlet joint; clear gluey mechanism includes: the glue cleaning assembly is connected with the air inlet connector and is used for: accommodating the dispensing needle; converting the air fed by the air inlet joint to form an air knife; and controlling the air knife to clean the dispensing needle head. The invention also provides an air knife forming method and a glue cleaning method of the glue cleaning device. According to the glue cleaning device, the air knife forming method and the glue cleaning method, air flow is connected through the air inlet joint and is converted into the air knife through the glue cleaning assembly, residual glue on the glue dispensing needle head is cleaned through the air knife, the glue cleaning device is convenient and quick, damage of a firing pin cannot occur, the structure is simple, the cost is low, and the efficiency is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a glue cleaning device, an air knife forming method and a glue cleaning method.
Background
In the dispensing process, the needle of the dispensing needle is easily blocked, and the dispensing needle is often required to be cleaned of residual glue, so as to ensure the normal dispensing operation. The existing glue cleaning device mostly adopts mechanical clamping and wiping to clean, and because of direct contact with a needle point, the phenomenon that a glue dispensing needle head is collided and bent easily occurs, and unnecessary damage is caused.

The glue removing device 100 comprises a moving mechanism 10, a glue dispensing mechanism 20 and a glue removing mechanism 40. The dispensing mechanism 20 is disposed on the moving mechanism 10. The dispensing mechanism 20 is used for installing the dispensing needle 200 and controlling the dispensing needle 200 to dispense. The moving mechanism 10 is used for controlling the dispensing needle 200 on the dispensing mechanism 20 to move. The glue cleaning mechanism 40 is used for removing the residual waste glue after the glue dispensing of the glue dispensing needle 200.
The moving mechanism 10 includes a first driving member 11, a second driving member 12, and a third driving member 13. The second driving member 12 is disposed on the first driving member 11. Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, the glue removing mechanism 40 includes a base 41, a collecting box 42, an air inlet connector 43, and a glue removing assembly 44. The glue cleaning assembly 44 is disposed on the base 41. The glue removal assembly 44 is used to remove the residual waste glue from the dispensing needle 200. The collecting box 42 is disposed on the base 41 and below the glue cleaning assembly 44. The collecting box 42 is used for collecting the waste glue removed by the glue cleaning component 44. The air inlet connector 43 is arranged on the glue cleaning assembly 44. One end of the air inlet connector 43 is connected to a high-pressure air source to provide high-pressure air to the glue cleaning assembly 44.
Specifically, the glue cleaning assembly 44 includes a wind blade holder 441 and a wind blade cover 442. The wind blade base 441 is disposed on the base 41. The air knife cover 442 is disposed on the air knife base 441. The air knife holder 441 is provided with a glue dropping hole 4411. The air knife cover 442 is provided with a glue cleaning hole 4421 corresponding to the glue dropping hole 4411. The glue cleaning hole 4421 is used for accommodating the dispensing needle 200 to extend into. An annular air guide groove 4422 is formed on one surface of the air knife cover 442 facing the air knife seat 441 and surrounds the glue cleaning hole 4421. The annular side wall of the air guide groove 4422 close to the glue cleaning hole 4421 forms an acute angle with the hole wall of the glue cleaning hole 4421. The diameter of the glue dropping hole 4411 towards one end of the air knife cover 442 is gradually increased along the direction close to the air knife cover 442, so as to form an annular gas channel which is inclined downwards and faces the central axis of the glue dropping hole 4411 by being matched with the annular side wall of the air guide groove 4422. The side of the blade holder 441 facing the blade cover 442 is provided with a matching groove 4412 corresponding to the air guiding groove 4422. The wall surface of the matching groove 4412 is provided with an air guide hole 4413, one end of the air guide hole 4413 is communicated with the air inlet joint 43, and the other end is communicated with the matching groove 4412.
The gas from the high pressure gas source enters the air guide groove 4422 and the matching groove 4412 through the air inlet joint 43 and the air guide hole 4413, and then passes through the annular side wall of the air guide groove 4422 and the hole wall of the glue dropping hole 4411 to form an annular air knife which is inclined downwards and faces the central axis of the glue dropping hole 4411, so that the glue dispensing needle 200 extending into the glue dropping hole 4411 can be cleaned.
Preferably, the acute angle formed between the side wall of the air guide groove 4422 and the hole wall of the glue cleaning hole 4421 ranges from 30 ° to 60 °. When the acute angle is 30 degrees, the formed annular air knife is longer along the central axis of the glue dropping hole 4411, has weaker strength, and is suitable for cleaning the dispensing needle head 200 with thinner diameter. When the acute angle is 60 degrees, the formed annular air knife is shorter along the central axis of the glue falling hole 4411, has stronger strength and is suitable for cleaning the glue dispensing needle head 200 with thicker diameter. In a typical case, the air knife formed at an acute angle of 45 ° provides good cleaning of most dispensing needles 200.
A collecting hole 411 is formed on one surface of the base 41 facing the wind blade holder 441 and is opposite to the glue dropping hole 4411. The collecting box 42 is located below the collecting hole 411.
An annular flow-preventing groove 412 is formed in one surface of the collecting hole 411 facing the collecting box 42. The flow-preventing groove 412 is used to prevent the residual glue falling from the collecting hole 411 from flowing down along the wall surface of the base 41 and not dropping into the collecting box 42.
Referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a method for forming an air knife, including:
a high-pressure air source is connected through an air inlet connector 43;
controlling the flow of air into the air inlet connection 43;
guiding the air flow into the air guiding groove 4422 through the air guiding hole 4413 and the matching groove 4412;
the air flow is converted into an annular air knife which is inclined downwards and faces the central axis of the glue falling hole 4411 through the annular side wall of the air guide groove 4422 and the hole wall of the glue falling hole 4411.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a glue cleaning method for a dispensing needle, including the following steps:
step S100, the dispensing needle 200 after dispensing is inserted into the glue cleaning hole 4421.
Specifically, the dispensing tip 200 is calibrated by the cooperation of the moving mechanism 10 and the calibration mechanism 30. After the dispensing needle 200 is used for a period of time, adhesive residue may occur at the needle attachment of the dispensing needle 200. Specifically, a high-pressure gas source is connected, so that the high-pressure gas enters the air guide groove 4422 and the matching groove 4412 through the air inlet joint 43 and the air guide hole 4413, and then passes through the annular side wall of the air guide groove 4422 and the hole wall of the glue dropping hole 4411 to form an annular air knife which is inclined downwards and faces the center of the glue dropping hole 4411.
In step S300, the dispensing needle 200 is slowly moved upward, and the dispensing hole 4421 is pulled out.
Specifically, the third driving member 13 controls the needle of the dispensing needle 200 to move upward slowly in the third direction, when the needle moves upward slowly, the annular air knife cleans the residual glue on the needle, and when the dispensing needle 200 is pulled out from the glue cleaning hole 4421, the residual glue on the needle can be cleaned completely.
Because the annular air knife is inclined downwards by 45 degrees and surrounds by 360 degrees, the needle head of the dispensing needle head 200 can be efficiently cleaned without dead angles, and the efficiency is high and the cleaning is clean.
Step S400, the residual glue collected in the collecting box 42 is cleaned.
