Abstract
The invention discloses a sodium citrate solution storage device which comprises a solution storage box and a stirring component, wherein the stirring component comprises a stirring rod and a stirring blade arranged on the stirring rod, and the stirring blade is provided with a through hole for solution to pass through. Compared with the prior art, the sodium citrate solution storage device disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the currently common stirring rod is changed into the stirring part, the stirring rod is provided with the plurality of stirring blades, and the plurality of through holes for the solution to pass through are formed in the stirring blades, so that the fluidity of the solution is increased, the crystallization and the sinking of the sodium citrate solution are avoided, and the problems are solved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of solution storage, in particular to a sodium citrate solution storage device.
Background
The sodium citrate solution is usually prepared as a conventional chemical reagent, and the reason is that the prepared sodium citrate solution with a certain concentration can be crystallized and subsided again in the standing process, so that the prepared sodium citrate solution cannot meet the required concentration requirement. In order to solve the above problems, it is common to stir the sodium citrate solution during the standing process to avoid crystallization and sinking, but the method is not ideal and cannot effectively avoid crystallization and sinking.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the sodium citrate solution storage device of the invention comprises a water tank 1 for storing a sodium citrate solution, a water tank cover 2 which can be covered with the water tank 1 is arranged at the upper part of the water tank 1, a motor mounting seat 3 is arranged at the center position of the water tank cover 2, a motor 4 is arranged on the motor mounting seat 3, a transmission shaft of the motor 4 is connected with a stirring rod 6 through a coupling 5, and the stirring rod 6 penetrates through a hole on the water tank cover 2 and extends into the water tank 1. Three stirring blades 7 are arranged on the stirring rod 6, the included angle formed by two adjacent stirring blades 7 is 120 degrees, a plurality of through holes 8 for solution to pass through are formed in the stirring blades 7, the stirring rod 6 is driven by the motor 4 to rotate, the stirring blades 7 rotate in the water tank, the solution passes through the through holes 8 in the rotating process of the stirring blades 7, the liquidity of the solution is increased, and the situation that the solution can be recrystallized and sink in the placing process can not occur. The tank lid 2 is further provided with a pump 9, the pump 9 is connected to a solution conduit 10 extending through the tank lid 2 into the interior of the tank 1, the solution conduit 10 extends into the bottom of the tank 1 to pump out the sodium citrate solution in the tank 1, and the pump 9 is further connected to other solution conduits (other solution conduits are not shown in the figure) to transport the sodium citrate solution to other locations.
As shown in fig. 2, a storage bin 11 for storing sodium citrate crystals is arranged above the water tank cover 2, the lower part of the storage bin 11 is funnel-shaped so as to facilitate the blanking of the sodium citrate crystals, as shown in fig. 1, two support sheets 12 are respectively arranged at two sides of the funnel-shaped part, the support sheets 12 are mounted on a weighing sensor 13, the weighing sensor 13 is mounted on a mounting frame (the mounting frame is not shown in the figure), and the weighing sensor 13 is used for detecting the weight of the storage bin 11. The bottom of the funnel-shaped part of the storage bin 11 is provided with a blanking channel 14, one end of the blanking channel 14 is connected with a blanking port 16 on the water tank cover 2 through a crystal conduit 15, a spiral push rod 17 is arranged in the blanking channel 14, and the spiral push rod 17 pushes sodium citrate crystals falling into the blanking channel 14 from the funnel-shaped part to one end connected with the crystal conduit 15, so that the sodium citrate crystals fall into the water tank 1 through the crystal conduit 15 and the blanking port 16 on the water tank cover 2. The rotation unloading of adopting the screw rod in this embodiment can control the speed and the unloading volume of unloading to make things convenient for weighing sensor 13 to calculate weight, avoid the unloading that direct unloading can appear too much and lead to the too thick problem of the sodium citrate solution of allotment. Under the normal state without cleaning or maintenance, the water tank cover 2 and the water tank 1 are closed, and the storage bin cover 18 and the storage bin 11 are closed. When the device is used, a user rotates the rotary bin door 20 to open the feeding port 19, and sodium citrate crystals are poured into the storage bin 11 from the feeding port 19, in the embodiment, the sodium citrate crystals are fed by using the rotary bin door 20 and the feeding port 19, and the feeding operation is simpler without opening the storage bin cover 18. After the feeding of the sodium citrate crystal is finished, when the sodium citrate solution needs to be configured, the spiral push rod 17 pushes the sodium citrate crystal falling into the feeding channel 14 from the funnel-shaped part to one end connected with the crystal guide pipe 15, so that the sodium citrate crystal falls into the water tank 1 through the crystal guide pipe 15 and the feeding port 16 on the water tank cover 2, the weighing sensor 13 judges the weight of the sodium citrate crystal entering the water tank 1 through the weight of the weighing storage bin 11, when the weight of the sodium citrate crystal reaches the required amount, the electromagnetic valve 21 arranged on the water tank cover 2 injects water into the water tank 1, the stirring blade 7 in the water tank 1 rotates under the driving of the motor 4, the crystal and the water are fused with each other to form the sodium citrate solution with a certain proportion, the rotation of the stirring blade 7 is kept after the sodium citrate solution is configured, so that the solution continuously passes through the through hole 8 in the rotation process of the stirring blade 7, thereby increasing the fluidity of the solution and preventing the solution from re-crystallizing and sinking, and the pump 9 pumps the sodium citrate solution in the water tank 1 for use by using the solution conduit 10 extending into the bottom of the water tank 1.

Claims (9)
1. The sodium citrate solution storage device comprises a solution storage box and a stirring component, and is characterized in that the stirring component comprises a stirring rod and a stirring blade arranged on the stirring rod, and the stirring blade is provided with a through hole for solution to pass through.
2. The storage device for sodium citrate solution as claimed in claim 1, wherein the stirring blades have three pieces, and two adjacent stirring blades form an included angle of 120 °.
3. The device for storing the sodium citrate solution as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a cover capable of covering the solution storage tank, wherein the cover is provided with a motor for driving the stirring member to rotate.

6. The sodium citrate solution storage device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a storage bin for storing sodium citrate crystals, wherein the storage bin is positioned above the solution storage bin, and the sodium citrate crystals in the storage bin can fall into the solution storage bin.
7. The sodium citrate solution storage device of claim 6, further comprising a load cell located below the storage bin for detecting the weight of the sodium citrate crystals falling into the solution storage tank.

The sodium citrate solution storage device as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a discharging channel for moving the sodium citrate crystals from the storage bin to the solution storage tank, wherein a spiral push rod for pushing the sodium citrate crystals to move is arranged in the discharging channel.

The device for storing the sodium citrate solution as claimed in claim 6, wherein the storage bin is provided with a storage bin cover which can be covered with the storage bin cover, the storage bin cover is provided with a feeding port, and the storage bin cover is further provided with a rotating bin door which can rotatably shield the feeding port.
