the disinfection treatment steps in the first to fifth steps need to be matched with the help of special cleaning equipment, the cleaning equipment comprises a base frame (1), a conveying cleaning device (2) is arranged between the inner walls of the base frame (1), fixing grooves are symmetrically formed in the left end and the right end of the base frame (1), auxiliary fixing devices (3) are arranged in the fixing grooves, connecting mechanisms (4) are symmetrically arranged on the outer wall of the front end of the base frame (1), the upper ends of the connecting mechanisms (4) are connected with the auxiliary fixing devices (3), and the lower ends of the connecting mechanisms (4) are connected with the conveying cleaning device (2);
