Description

Gel-like cosmetic
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a gel-like cosmetic. The present application claims priority of Japanese patent application No. 2018-067101 and Japanese patent application No. 2018-067102 filed in Japan at 30.3.2018, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
Background
The gel-like cosmetic is a cosmetic in a gel-like form obtained by mixing a thickener in the system. Gel-like cosmetics are used for massage cosmetics, makeup removers, cosmetic gels in which the cosmetic liquid component is in a gel-like form, and the like, because they provide a smooth coating feeling.
The following attempts have been disclosed so far: gel-like cosmetic compositions containing a hydrophobic oil-absorbing powder, an alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymer and an alkaline substance are excellent in extensibility when applied to the skin and free from greasy feeling and oily shine due to sebum (for example, patent document 1).

Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
On the other hand, one of the recent demands of users for cosmetics is the feeling of practical use. The actual use feeling is a feeling that a user feels when applying the target cosmetic to the skin, that is, a sense of identity. For example, a thick feeling is felt upon application of the cosmetic to the skin, and this feeling is sustained, thereby causing a feeling of actual use in which a thick formulation is used. In addition, users of gels also require a tactile sensation having elasticity like a gel.
The gel-like cosmetic material of patent document 1 causes instant gel break at the time of application, and gives a feeling of use with good spreadability. Therefore, the feeling of thickness at the time of coating is limited to a short time immediately after coating, and does not last. In the present specification, the "thickness feeling at the time of application" means a feeling that a finger feels a coating layer having a certain thickness when a cosmetic is applied to the skin.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a gel-like cosmetic material having a moist coating touch, an elastic coating touch, and a sustained thickness touch.
Means for solving the problems
The present inventors have conducted intensive studies to achieve the above object, and as a result, have found that the following oil-in-water gel-like cosmetic composition containing the component (a) can achieve a combination of a soft coating touch, an elastic coating touch, and a sustained thickness touch: a polymer containing at least a structural unit derived from (meth) acrylic acid and/or an alkyl (meth) acrylate and a structural unit derived from a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether (meth) acrylate; component (B): a polymer comprising structural units derived from acryloyl dimethyltaurate; component (C): 1 or more fatty acid monoglycerides selected from the group consisting of glyceryl monocaprylate, glyceryl monocaprate, glyceryl monolaurate, glyceryl monomyristate, glyceryl monopalmitate, glyceryl monostearate, glyceryl distearate, glyceryl monoisostearate, glyceryl diisostearate, glyceryl monohydroxystearate, glyceryl monooleate, glyceryl monobehenate, and glyceryl dibehenate; component (D): an aliphatic alcohol having 12 to 24 carbon atoms; and component (E): water, wherein the content of the component (D) is 0.1-1.0 mass%, the content of the component (B) is 0.2-1.2 mass%, and the mass ratio of the content of the component (B) to the content of the component (A) [ component (B)/component (A) ] is 1.0-15.0. The present invention has been completed based on these technical ideas.
That is, the present invention provides an oil-in-water type gel cosmetic composition comprising the following component (A), the following component (B), the following component (C), the following component (D) and the following component (E),
the content of the component (D) is 0.1-1.0 mass%, the content of the component (B) is 0.2-1.2 mass%, and the mass ratio of the content of the component (B) to the content of the component (A) [ component (B)/component (A) ] is 1.0-15.0.
Component (A): a polymer containing at least a structural unit derived from (meth) acrylic acid and/or an alkyl (meth) acrylate and a structural unit derived from a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether (meth) acrylate;
component (B): a polymer comprising structural units derived from acryloyl dimethyltaurate;

component (D): an aliphatic alcohol having 12 to 24 carbon atoms;
component (E): and (3) water.
The gel-like cosmetic preferably further contains the following component (F).
Component (F): the kinematic viscosity at 25 ℃ is 3 to 10 ten thousand mm2Dimethyl polysiloxane per second.
When the gel cosmetic contains the component (F), the content of the component (F) is preferably 0.01 to 0.2% by mass.

The gel-like cosmetic of the present invention may further contain components other than the components (a) to (E) as essential components depending on the application. The gel-like cosmetic of the present invention may contain only 1 or 2 or more of the above-mentioned components (a) to (E) and other components.
The gel-like cosmetic of the present invention is an oil-in-water gel-like cosmetic. Since the continuous phase is water (component (E)), the feeling of use of the product is excellent, and the replenishing power of water is excellent. Further, since the elasticity and hardness of the gel are controlled by blending the components (a) and (B) as a thickener at a specific mass ratio [ component (B)/component (a) ], a gel-like cosmetic material having excellent maintenance of a thick feeling of elasticity with little possibility of collapse is obtained.
Hereinafter, the essential components of the gel-like cosmetic of the present invention, namely, components (a) to (E), will be described.
[ component (A) ]
The component (a) is a polymer containing at least a structural unit derived from (meth) acrylic acid and/or an alkyl (meth) acrylate (monomer component (A1a)) and a structural unit derived from a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether (meth) acrylate (monomer component (A1 b)). The component (a) is a water-soluble polymer which thickens the system to form a gel form, and particularly exerts an effect of providing elasticity to the gel. [ component (F) ]
The gel-like cosmetic of the present invention may further comprise a kinematic viscosity of 3 to 10 ten thousand mm at 25 ℃2(ii) dimethylpolysiloxane per second (hereinafter sometimes referred to as "component (F)"). Component (F) is a component also referred to as polydimethylsiloxane. Component (F) can impart a penetrating feeling, an elastic feeling, and a good smooth feeling by forming a coating film on the skin after applying the gel-like cosmetic of the present invention to the skin. The kinematic viscosity of the dimethylpolysiloxane at 25 ℃ was measured in accordance with JIS K2283. The component (F) may be used in only 1 kind, or may be used in 2 or more kinds.
The kinematic viscosity at 25 ℃ is preferably 4 to 9 ten thousand mm, from the viewpoint of forming a coating film on the skin and having excellent effects of providing a penetrating feeling, an elastic feeling, and a good smooth feeling2/s。
Commercially available products may be used as the component (F). Examples of commercially available products includeFor example, a trade name of "KF-96H 3 ten thousand cs" (kinematic viscosity at 25 ℃ C.: 3 ten thousand mm)2(s)), trade name "KF-96H-5 kilocs" (kinematic viscosity at 25 ℃: 5 ten thousand mm2(s)), trade name "KF-96H-6 kilocs" (kinematic viscosity at 25 ℃: 6 ten thousand mm2(s)), trade name "KF-96H-10 kilocs" (kinematic viscosity at 25 ℃: 10 ten thousand mm2(s) (manufactured by shin-Etsu chemical Co., Ltd.); trade name "SH 200FLUID 30,000 CS" (kinematic viscosity at 25 ℃ C.: 3 ten thousand mm)2S), "SH 200FLUID 60,000 CS" (kinematic viscosity at 25 ℃: 6 ten thousand mm2S), "SH 200FLUID 100,000 CS" (kinematic viscosity at 25 ℃: 10 ten thousand mm2And/s) (the above are manufactured by Dow Corning Toray Co., Ltd.).

Among them, the face is particularly preferable. The gel-like cosmetic of the present invention is preferably a gel-like cosmetic for the face.
The gel-like cosmetic of the present invention is an oil-in-water (o/w) type gel-like cosmetic comprising water (component (E)), a specific water-soluble polymer (components (a) and (B)), and a specific fatty acid monoglyceride (component (C)) as essential components. Therefore, the feeling of use and penetration of the water and the ability to supply water are excellent.
The gel-like cosmetic of the present invention is a gel which is compatible in elasticity and thickness feeling and in maintenance thereof, by using, as a thickening system, a polymer (component (a)) containing at least a structural unit derived from (meth) acrylic acid and/or an alkyl (meth) acrylate and a structural unit derived from a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether of (meth) acrylic acid, and a polymer (component (B)) containing a structural unit derived from an acryloyl dimethyltaurate. By blending the components (a) and (B) in a mass ratio [ component (B)/component (a) ] of a very limited range, the elasticity and hardness of the gel are controlled, and therefore, a gel which is less likely to collapse and has an excellent feeling of thickness with elasticity is formed.
Further, by blending a specific fatty acid monoglyceride (component (C)) as a lipophilic nonionic active agent and a higher alcohol (component (D)), the viscosity of the system is controlled, and the thickness feeling at the time of coating is further improved, thereby providing an effect of improving the thickness feeling of the preparation.
The gel-like cosmetic of the present invention is characterized by having a soft feeling of use, which the gel has, and being excellent in elasticity, as well as thickness feeling and maintenance thereof at the time of application.

Evaluation was performed by three professional judges. The results were determined by integrating the evaluations of the panelists.
The gel-like cosmetics of examples and comparative examples were applied to the inner part of the forearm, and the application part was stroked with a hand while reciprocating the gel-like cosmetics. The "thickness feeling at the time of coating" and "elasticity at the time of coating" were evaluated by sensory evaluation based on the coating touch feeling immediately after the start of coating according to the following criteria. The feeling of application was evaluated by the following evaluation criteria for "maintenance of thickness feeling" by the feeling of application to 3 passes after application.
< feeling of thickness upon application >
◎ Excellent feeling between the hand and the skin was such that the layer of the cosmetic had a sufficient thickness and was in contact with the surface of the layer of the cosmetic even after the application of the shear.
○ (good). even after applying a shear immediately after application, the layer of cosmetic was clearly felt between the hand and the skin, and the feeling was such that the skin was indirectly touched.
△ (usable) even after application and shearing, the cosmetic layer was slightly felt between the hand and the skin, and the skin was partially touched directly.
X (bad): due to the shear immediately after application, the layer of the cosmetic material was completely removed, and the skin was touched directly.
< elasticity in coating >
○ (good), the film felt elastic immediately after application when sheared.
△ (usable) slightly feels elastic when shear is applied immediately after coating.
X (bad): immediately after coating, no elasticity was felt when shear was applied.
< maintenance of thickness feeling >
◎ Excellent results in no change in thickness sensation at the time of 5 reciprocations.
○ (good), the feeling of thickness did not change at the time of 3 reciprocations.
△ (usable) the cosmetic layer was felt even though the thickness feeling was reduced at the time of 3 reciprocations.
X (bad): at the time of 3 reciprocations, no layer of the cosmetic was felt.
< tenderness >
The gel-like cosmetics of the examples and comparative examples described above all had a feeling of water supply to the skin when applied to the inner part of the forearm in the above evaluation, and were found to be tender. However, the gels of examples 12, 17, 18 and 22 and comparative examples 1, 4 to 5 were relatively hard and had a slightly poor feeling of water supply.

Figure BDA0002391325820000181
Figure BDA0002391325820000191
As is apparent from tables 1 and 2 and the above evaluation results, the gel-like cosmetics of the examples have the water-tenderness, and the above excellent results can be used in terms of the thickness feeling at the time of application, the maintenance of the thickness feeling, and the elasticity at the time of application. That is, the gel-like cosmetic materials of the examples had all of the characteristics of a soft coating touch, an elastic coating touch, and a sustained thickness touch. On the other hand, comparative example 1 is a formulation in which the mass ratio of the content of the component (B) to the content of the component (a) [ component (B)/component (a) ] exceeds the upper limit, and the feeling of thickness at the time of coating, the maintenance of the feeling of thickness, and the elasticity at the time of coating are all poor (x). Comparative example 2 is a formulation in which [ component (B)/component (a) ] is lower than the lower limit, and the feeling of thickness is not maintained (x). From this, it is understood that by controlling [ component (B)/component (a) ] to a specific range, it is possible to balance both elasticity and thickness feeling and maintain them. Comparative example 3 is a formulation in which the content of the component (B) is less than the lower limit, the gel is too soft, and the thickness feeling during coating, the maintenance of the thickness feeling, and the elasticity during coating are all poor (x). On the other hand, comparative example 4 is a formulation in which the content of the component (B) exceeds the upper limit, and the gel is too hard and the elasticity during coating is poor (x). From this, it is understood that by controlling the content of the component (B) to a specific range, it is possible to balance both the elasticity and the thickness feeling and to maintain them in a balanced manner. Comparative example 5 is a formulation using a water-soluble polymer of another type in place of component (a), and the elasticity during application was poor (x). Comparative example 6 is a formulation using only another type of water-soluble polymer without mixing the components (a) and (B), and the feeling of thickness was not maintained (x). It is understood that the component (a) contributes to the effect of providing elasticity to the gel in particular, and the component (B) contributes to the maintenance of the feeling of thickness in particular, and that by blending the components (a) and (B) in specific amounts simultaneously, synergistic effects can be exerted, and the elasticity and the feeling of thickness and the maintenance thereof can be balanced. Comparative example 7 is a formulation in which the content of the component (D) is less than the lower limit, and the feeling of thickness at the time of coating is poor (x). From this, it is found that by adding a specific amount of the component (D), the viscosity of the system can be controlled and the thickness feeling at the time of application can be improved. Comparative example 8 is a formulation lacking component (C), and the feeling of thickness upon application was poor (x). From this, it is found that the effect of improving the thickness feeling at the time of coating can be exhibited by blending a specific amount of the component (C).
Next, with respect to a part of examples, the feeling of heaviness, the feeling of penetration, and the feeling of elasticity were evaluated.
< feeling of heaviness >
The gel-like cosmetics of examples 1 to 12 and 14 to 25 were applied to the inner part of the forearm, and the application part was rubbed with a hand to blend the components. The feeling of touch of application was evaluated by the following evaluation criteria for "feeling of heaviness" through the 3 passes after application.
◎ (Excellent) feeling of sticky weight when spread on the skin and strong touch feeling with high concentration.
○ good feel was marked by a high weight and consistency when spread over the skin.
△ (usable) has a slight weight and a slightly dense touch when spread on the skin.
X (bad): there is no touch at all with high weight and consistency when spread on the skin.
Examples 1, 4, 6 to 10, 12, 15 to 17, 18, 22, 24 to 25, which are excellent in the feeling of heaviness (evaluation: ◎), examples 2 to 3, 5, 11, 14, 19 to 20, which are excellent in the feeling of heaviness (evaluation: ○), examples 21 and 23 were evaluated as usable ones (evaluation: △).
< feeling of penetration >
In examples 1,3 to 9, 11 to 17, and 19 to 25, smoothness of the gel-like cosmetic in the applied part was not felt, and the "feeling of penetration" was evaluated in terms of the change in the applied touch until the gel-like cosmetic was felt to be integrated with the skin, according to the following evaluation criteria.
◎ Excellent feeling that the gel cosmetic was fused to the skin was observed until 10 reciprocations.
○ (good), the gel cosmetic feels to be mixed with the skin when reciprocating 11 to 15 times.
△ (usable) the degree of stickiness and slipperiness of the gel cosmetic remained slightly at the time of 15 reciprocations, but was acceptable for practical use.
X (bad): the gel-like cosmetic remained sticky and slippery at the time of 15 cycles, and could not withstand practical use.
The excellent penetration was (evaluation: ◎) examples 1, 5 to 7, 14 to 15, 23, and 25, and the good penetration was (evaluation: ○) examples 4, 8 to 9, 11, 13, 16, and 19 to 21, and the usable penetration was evaluated (evaluation: △) in examples 3, 12, 17, 22, and 24.
< feeling of elasticity >
In examples 1,3 to 9, 13 to 17, and 19 to 25, it was found that the gel-like cosmetic was applied to the skin and then the feeling of touch of the applied part was evaluated as "elastic feeling" according to the following evaluation criteria.
1 (too weak): no film coating was observed.
2 (weak, but usable): the film feeling was slightly felt.
3 (good): the film had a film-coated feel, but the elastic feel was slightly weak.
4 (Excellent): the film had a film-coated feel and felt a distinct elastic feel.
5 (slightly stronger): the feeling of skin tightness was slightly felt simultaneously with the feeling of elasticity.
6 (with tightness): the feeling of skin tightness is strong, but is allowable in practical use.
7 (too strong): the feeling of skin tightness is strong and is not favorable in practical use.
The elastic feel was evaluated as 2 (weak but usable) in examples 3, 5 and 21. The examples 19, 23 and 24 having an elastic feeling evaluation of 3 (good). The elastic feel was evaluated as 4 (excellent) in examples 1, 4, 6, 13 to 17, and 25. The elastic feeling was evaluated as 5 (slightly stronger) in examples 8 and 20. An elastic feel evaluation of 6 (there was a tight feel, but practically allowable) was performed in examples 7 and 9.
As is clear from the results of the above additional evaluation, the gel-like cosmetic materials of the examples further had any one of the group consisting of a heavy feel, a penetrating feel, and an elastic feel. Further, examples 1,3 to 9, 14 to 17, and 19 to 25 were evaluated to have all of the properties of a heavy feel, a penetrating feel, and an elastic feel. The preparation having a moist feeling of use and a feeling of penetration, a heavy feeling at the time of application, and an elastic feeling after application, which are possessed by the gel, is evaluated to be preferable as, for example, an all-in-one type cosmetic (also referred to as an all-in-one cosmetic) capable of efficiently obtaining skin preparation in a short time by one dose.
Further, formulation examples of the gel-like cosmetic usable in the present invention are shown below.
