Description

Color temperature consistency matching method
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of display, in particular to a color temperature consistency collocation method.
Background
The display module in the stage lamp mainly comprises a light source, a focusing lens, a magnifying lens and an objective lens, wherein light emitted by the light source is projected onto the curtain wall through the focusing lens, the magnifying lens and the objective lens in sequence. Because the light source, the focusing lens, the magnifying lens and the objective lens have certain color temperature deviation, once the matching among the light source, the focusing lens, the magnifying lens and the objective lens is unreasonable, the color temperature deviation displayed finally is easy to be large, the display effect is influenced, and the impression experience of people is reduced. Every light source on the market has a specific color temperature value, and can be known when being purchased. However, the focusing lens, the magnifying lens and the objective lens usually need to detect the color temperature data twice by themselves to pursue better matching combination. However, in the prior art, there is no systematic and efficient matching method for color temperature consistency. The collocation among the light source, the focusing lens, the magnifier and the objective lens is random, and the qualified and stable color temperature deviation of final display cannot be ensured.

Specific meanings of the above terms in the embodiments of the present application can be understood in specific cases by those of ordinary skill in the art.
The embodiment of the application discloses a color temperature consistency collocation method.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of a color temperature consistency matching method provided in the embodiment of the present application includes the steps of:
step 100, receiving a collocation instruction; it should be noted that the collocation instruction may be sent by a background system, or sent by a worker through a mobile terminal device to control the background system, which is not limited specifically.
200, respectively acquiring a light source color temperature parameter in a light source color temperature parameter set, a focusing lens color temperature parameter in a focusing lens color temperature parameter set, a magnifying lens color temperature parameter in a magnifying lens color temperature parameter set and an objective lens color temperature parameter in an objective lens parameter set according to a color temperature deviation relation among a light source, the focusing lens, the magnifying lens and the objective lens to form a matching set; it should be noted that the color temperature deviation of the light source is larger than the deviation value of the focusing lens, the magnifying lens and the objective lens, so when the matching is performed by using the color temperature deviation relationship among the light source, the focusing lens, the magnifying lens and the objective lens; the matching mode can be that the color temperature parameter of the large light source is matched with the color temperature parameter of the small focusing lens, the color temperature parameter of the small magnifier and the color temperature parameter of the small objective lens respectively. In addition, in this embodiment, the worker records the temperature parameters of the light source group, the focusing lens group, the amplifying lens group, and the objective lens group to be collocated, and inputs the temperature parameters for obtaining. The color temperature parameters of the light source can be provided by a supplier, and the focusing lens, the magnifying lens and the objective lens can obtain the required color temperature parameters through testing. Specific tests may be as follows, for example: firstly, a light source which is exactly equal to the standard color temperature value is selected from the light source group. Secondly, randomly extracting a magnifying lens and a focusing lens from a magnifying lens group and an objective lens from a focusing lens group, matching the light source selected in the first step, outputting white light on a test frame, testing the matched white light color temperature value by an instrument, setting the value to be K, and calling the light source as a standard light source, the focusing lens as the standard focusing lens, the magnifying lens as the standard magnifying lens and the objective lens as the standard objective lens; and fourthly, only replacing the focusing lens with the standard light source, the standard magnifier and the standard objective lens fixed, reading a color temperature value by an instrument when one focusing lens is replaced, comparing the color temperature value with the K value to obtain a color temperature deviation value of the replaced focusing lens, and repeating the fourth step until all the focusing lenses are tested to obtain a result. And fifthly, replacing the objective lens only when the standard light source, the standard magnifier and the standard focusing lens are not moved, reading a color temperature value through an instrument when one objective lens is replaced, comparing the color temperature value with the K value to obtain a color temperature deviation value of the replaced objective lens, and repeating the fifth step until all the objective lenses are tested to obtain a result. And sixthly, replacing the magnifier only when the standard light source, the standard objective lens and the standard focusing lens are not moved, reading a color temperature value through an instrument when one magnifier is replaced, comparing the color temperature value with a K value to obtain a color temperature deviation value of the replaced magnifier, and repeating the sixth step until all the magnifiers are tested to obtain a result. And then the test results are sorted and correspondingly numbered, and are input for obtaining and using. The purpose of numbering is to select a corresponding light source, a focusing lens, an objective lens and a magnifier according to a matching result after the matching result is obtained subsequently.
Step 300, calculating an actual color temperature value in the matching group; it should be noted that, after the color temperature parameters are correspondingly obtained, the actual color temperature value can be calculated.
Step 400, judging whether the actual color temperature value meets a preset standard color temperature value or not; in the present embodiment, since the display effect is considered to be normal when the color temperature deviation is within 300, the standard color temperature value may be-150 k to +150k, and it is determined whether the actual color temperature value is within the range of-150 k to +150 k.
Step 500, if yes, outputting a collocation result; it should be noted that, if the determination result in the step 400 is yes, the collocation result, that is, the result of the light source parameter color temperature parameter, the magnifier color temperature parameter, the focusing lens color temperature parameter, and the objective lens color temperature parameter that can satisfy the color temperature consistency can be output.
Step 600, if not, judging whether the actual color temperature value is larger than the upper limit value of the standard color temperature value or smaller than the lower limit value of the standard color temperature value; it should be noted that, when the determination result in step 400 is negative, it is determined whether the actual color temperature value is greater than the upper limit value of the standard color temperature value or less than the lower limit value of the standard color temperature value.
Step 700, when the actual color temperature value is judged to be greater than the upper limit value of the standard color temperature value, obtaining a replacement light source color temperature parameter which is less than the maximum light source color temperature parameter from the color temperature parameter group to replace the maximum light source color temperature parameter in the matching group, and returning to execute the step 200; it should be noted that, when the upper limit value of the standard color temperature value is determined to be greater than the upper limit value of the standard color temperature value, a smaller light source color temperature parameter may be replaced, and the step 200 is then returned to, and the calculation and the determination are repeated to determine whether the standard color temperature value is satisfied. If not, the replacement is continued, and the replacement sequence can be from large to small, namely, the color temperature parameter of the replacement light source which is smaller than the originally selected color temperature parameter of the light source is gradually replaced. Taking the obtained light source color temperature parameter as 400k, the focusing lens color temperature parameter as-100 k, the magnifier color temperature parameter as 100k and the objective lens color temperature parameter as 100k as an example, at this time
And 800, when the actual color temperature value is judged to be smaller than the lower limit value of the standard color temperature value, acquiring a replacement focusing mirror color temperature parameter which is larger than the minimum focusing mirror color temperature parameter from the focusing mirror color temperature parameter group to replace the minimum focusing mirror color temperature parameter in the matched set, and returning to execute the step 200. It should be noted that, similarly to the above step 700, when it is determined that the color temperature is smaller than the lower limit of the standard color temperature, a larger color temperature parameter of the focusing lens may be replaced, and the step 200 is then returned to, and the calculation is repeated to determine whether the standard color temperature is satisfied. If not, the replacement is continued, and the replacement sequence can be from large to small, namely, the color temperature parameter of the replacement focusing lens which is larger than the originally selected color temperature parameter of the focusing lens is gradually replaced.
According to the technical scheme, the color temperature consistency collocation method is provided, and after the collocation instruction is received; respectively acquiring light source color temperature parameters in a light source color temperature parameter set, acquiring focusing lens color temperature parameters in the focusing lens color temperature parameters, acquiring magnifying lens color temperature parameters in a magnifying lens color temperature parameter set and acquiring objective lens color temperature parameters in an objective lens parameter set according to the color temperature deviation relation among the light source, the focusing lens, the magnifying lens and the objective lens to form a matching set; calculating the actual color temperature value in the matching group; judging whether the actual color temperature value meets a preset standard color temperature value or not; if yes, outputting a collocation result; if not, judging whether the actual color temperature value is larger than the upper limit value of the standard color temperature value or smaller than the lower limit value of the standard color temperature value; and replacing the light source color temperature parameter or the focusing mirror color temperature parameter respectively according to the judgment condition, recalculating the actual color temperature value, and judging whether the preset standard color temperature value is met. The matching method can be applied to color temperature consistency matching among the light source, the focusing lens, the magnifying lens and the objective lens, provides systematic data support, improves matching efficiency, and ensures that the finally displayed color temperature deviation is qualified and stable after matching.
The above is a first embodiment of a color temperature consistency collocation method provided in the embodiments of the present application, and the following is a second embodiment of a color temperature consistency collocation method provided in the embodiments of the present application, specifically please refer to fig. 2.
Step 100, receiving a collocation instruction; it should be noted that the step 100 is the same as the step 100 in the first embodiment, and will not be described in detail.
And 101, sequencing the light source color temperature parameter set, the focusing lens color temperature parameter set, the magnifying lens color temperature parameter set and the objective lens color temperature parameter set respectively. It should be noted that, the color temperature parameter sets are sorted first, which is convenient for obtaining parameters in each parameter set in the subsequent step. For example, in the case of processing in a descending order or an ascending order, when the color temperature parameters are acquired, the parameters may be acquired in a direction of the descending order or the ascending order. More specifically, the light source color temperature parameter set can be sorted in a descending order, the magnifier color temperature parameter set and the objective lens color temperature parameter set can be sorted in an ascending order, and list data which are vertically arranged are constructed, so that the method is more convenient when the corresponding color temperature parameters are obtained, and the calculation amount is saved.
Step 200, respectively obtaining the maximum light source color temperature parameter in the light source color temperature parameter group, obtaining the minimum focusing lens color temperature parameter in the focusing lens color temperature parameter group, obtaining the minimum magnifying lens color temperature parameter in the magnifying lens color temperature parameter group and obtaining the minimum objective lens color temperature parameter in the objective lens parameter group to form a matching set. It should be noted that, the collocation and combination can be performed according to the collocation manner between the maximum and the minimum, such collocation is more uniform, the collocation result is more unique, and the corresponding calculation amount can be saved.
Step 300, calculating the sum of the light source color temperature parameter, the focusing lens color temperature parameter, the magnifier color temperature parameter and the objective color temperature parameter in the matched set to obtain an actual color temperature value; it should be noted that, taking the light source color temperature parameter as 500k, the focusing lens color temperature parameter as-100 k, the magnifier color temperature parameter as-50 k, and the objective lens color temperature parameter as 100k as an example, the actual color temperature value is 500k-100k-50k +100k — 450 k.
Step 400, judging whether the actual color temperature value meets a preset standard color temperature value or not; it should be noted that this step is the same as step 400 in the first embodiment, and details are not repeated.
Step 500, if yes, outputting a collocation result; it should be noted that, taking the light source color temperature parameter as 400k, the focusing lens color temperature parameter as-100 k, the magnifier color temperature parameter as-100 k, and the objective lens color temperature parameter as-100 k as examples, the obtained actual color temperature value is 100k, and the actual color temperature value is between-150 k and +150k of the standard color temperature value, so that the output result of the rechecking step 400 may be the result of consistent color temperature collocation: the light source color temperature parameter is 400k, the focusing lens color temperature parameter is-100 k, the magnifier color temperature parameter is-100 k and the objective lens color temperature parameter is-100 k. According to the result, the worker can select the corresponding light source, focusing lens, magnifying lens and objective lens from the light source group, focusing lens group, magnifying lens group and objective lens group with known color temperature parameters to be applied to equipment such as stage lamps.
Step 501, after the collocation result is output, removing the light source color temperature parameter, the focusing lens color temperature parameter, the magnifier color temperature parameter and the objective lens color temperature parameter in the collocation result from the corresponding light source color temperature parameter set, focusing lens color temperature parameter set, magnifier color temperature parameter set and objective lens color temperature parameter set, and returning to step 200. It should be noted that, after obtaining a matching result, the light source color temperature parameter, the focusing lens color temperature parameter, the magnifier color temperature parameter, and the objective color temperature parameter included in the matching result may be removed from the corresponding light source color temperature parameter set, focusing lens color temperature parameter set, magnifier color temperature parameter set, and objective color temperature parameter set, and then the light source color temperature parameter set, focusing lens color temperature parameter set, magnifier color temperature parameter set, and objective color temperature parameter set data are updated. When the second operation is carried out, the acquired maximum light source color temperature parameter, the minimum focusing lens color temperature parameter, the minimum magnifier color temperature parameter and the minimum objective lens color temperature parameter can not repeat the data acquired by the first operation, namely, the subsequent collocation is carried out on the rest data. And finally outputting all collocation results capable of meeting the standard color temperature value.
Step 600, if not, judging whether the actual color temperature value is larger than the upper limit value of the standard color temperature value or smaller than the lower limit value of the standard color temperature value; it should be noted that the step 600 is the same as the step 600 in the first embodiment, and details are not repeated. Taking the standard color temperature value of-150 k- +150k as an example, it is determined whether the actual color temperature value is greater than +150k or less than-150 k.
Step 700, when the actual color temperature value is judged to be greater than the upper limit value of the standard color temperature value, obtaining a replacement light source color temperature parameter which is less than the maximum light source color temperature parameter from the color temperature parameter group to replace the maximum light source color temperature parameter in the matching group, and returning to execute the step 200; it should be noted that this step is the same as step 700 in the first embodiment, and is not limited to this step.
Step 701, when all the replacement light source color temperature parameters for replacement in the light source color temperature parameter set are replaced, and the actual color temperature value calculated by the formed matching set still does not meet the standard color temperature value, removing the light source color temperature parameter, the focusing lens color temperature parameter, the magnifying lens color temperature parameter and the objective lens color temperature parameter in the initial matching set from the corresponding light source color temperature parameter set, the focusing lens color temperature parameter set, the magnifying lens color temperature parameter set and the objective lens color temperature parameter set, and returning to step 200. It should be noted that, if the light source color temperature parameters are replaced completely, and the actual color temperature values calculated by the light source color temperature parameters still cannot satisfy the standard color temperature values, the matching combination is considered to be inappropriate at this time, and at this time, the light source color temperature parameters, the focusing lens color temperature parameters, the magnifier color temperature parameters, and the objective color temperature parameters included in the initial matching combination can be removed from the corresponding light source color temperature parameter set, the focusing lens color temperature parameter set, the magnifier color temperature parameter set, and the objective color temperature parameter set, and then the light source color temperature parameter set, the focusing lens color temperature parameter set, the magnifier color temperature parameter set, and the objective color temperature parameter set are updated. And re-matching a new matching group, and then performing calculation judgment and the like.
Step 800, when the actual color temperature value is judged to be smaller than the lower limit value of the standard color temperature value, acquiring a replacement focusing mirror color temperature parameter which is larger than the minimum focusing mirror color temperature parameter from the focusing mirror color temperature parameter group to replace the minimum focusing mirror color temperature parameter in the matched set, and returning to execute the step 200; it should be noted that this step is the same as step 800 in the first embodiment, and is not limited to this step.
Step 801, when the replacement focusing lens color temperature parameters for replacement in the focusing lens color temperature parameter set are completely replaced and the actual color temperature value calculated by the combined matching set still does not meet the standard color temperature value, removing the focusing lens color temperature parameter, the magnifier color temperature parameter and the objective color temperature parameter in the initial matching set from the corresponding focusing lens color temperature parameter set, the magnifier color temperature parameter set and the objective color temperature parameter set, and returning to step 200. It should be noted that, similarly, if the color temperature parameters of the focusing lens are replaced completely, and the calculated actual color temperature value still cannot satisfy the standard color temperature value, the matching combination may be considered to be inappropriate at this time, and at this time, the light source color temperature parameter, the focusing lens color temperature parameter, the magnifier color temperature parameter, and the objective color temperature parameter included in the initial matching combination may be removed from the corresponding light source color temperature parameter set, focusing lens color temperature parameter set, magnifier color temperature parameter set, and objective color temperature parameter set, and then the light source color temperature parameter set, focusing lens color temperature parameter set, magnifier color temperature parameter set, and objective color temperature parameter set data may be updated. And re-matching a new matching group, and then performing calculation judgment and the like.
