Further, as shown in fig. 8, the specific steps of searching for the message recipient in the specific embodiment shown in fig. 7 are as follows: inquiring all personnel in the message configuration corresponding to the message; sorting according to message template priority; and finding out the person corresponding to the highest message template priority as a message receiver. In the searching process, if the receiver configuration corresponding to the current priority can not find the personnel, the first priority is reduced for searching until the final message receiver is found. And if all the message priorities are the same, all the persons corresponding to the same priorities are taken as final message receivers.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the message processing device includes a person finding device, a person finding template device, a filtering device, and a message persistence device. After the message is generated, firstly searching a service receiver with higher priority of service message configuration through a person finding device, searching a message template of the service message configuration in the person finding template device after the message is found, filtering message data according to rules corresponding to the service configuration receiver after the template is matched, storing the filtered message in a message persistence device, actively pulling the message in the message persistence device after a salesman logs in a system, carrying out secondary filtering, carrying out message state change after the task to be handled corresponding to the message is processed, and finishing the processing process.
The message processing method and the message processing device provided by the invention reduce manual operation of a salesman, avoid inaccurate positioning of the to-be-handled affairs caused by manual operation, intelligently prompt the to-be-handled task by the system after the salesman logs in the system, avoid the dilemma that the to-be-handled affairs are found by inputting query conditions into the system by the operator, improve the overall operation efficiency through flow driving and realize the purpose of enterprise digital intelligent service.
