The intelligent device 106 is generally a device with an intelligent function obtained by modifying a conventional device in a manner of combining software and hardware. At present, common intelligent equipment comprises intelligent household equipment, intelligent office equipment, an intelligent automobile and the like. One or more embodiments of the present application are illustrated with smart home devices. The intelligent home equipment is connected with a server (such as a cloud) through a communication module arranged in the intelligent home equipment, and sends environmental data acquired by a sensor of the intelligent home equipment and the running state of the intelligent home equipment to a cloud control center. The user can link to each other through cell-phone APP and high in the clouds, sends control instruction to intelligent home equipment through the high in the clouds to reach cell-phone remote control's function. The wireless access point 108 may be a wireless router, and the smart device 106 may access the wireless access point 108 and may interact with a server via a network.
The network 110 may include the internet, a local area network ("LAN"), a wide area network ("WAN"), an intranet, a mobile phone network, a Virtual Private Network (VPN), a cellular or other mobile communication network, bluetooth, NFC, or any combination thereof. The network 108 may also be based on a corresponding communication protocol when performing data transmission, for example, the web browser may be based on an HTTP communication protocol when receiving a service code corresponding to a web page, and the mobile application may be based on a Websocket communication protocol when receiving a service code.

In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a device control right sharing method is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to the server in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
step 202, determining the intelligent device with the current open control right, and acquiring the device type identifier of the intelligent device and the network information of the intelligent device.
Here, the smart device may refer to a home smart device, and may include, but is not limited to, a smart television, a smart speaker, a smart door lock, a smart air conditioner, a smart refrigerator, and so on. Here, the device type identifier refers to a unique identifier that can distinguish the type of the smart device, and may be a product model identifier, for example. The traditional control right sharing mode is usually based on one unique identifier of one intelligent device. However, even if the number of the same type of smart devices is often large, the types and models of the smart devices are also large, and many manufacturers are involved, so that the implementation cost is high if the uniqueness of the identification of each smart device of each type and each model is ensured. In the scheme of the embodiment, the sharing of the control right of the intelligent device is realized based on the device type identifier, the intelligent devices of the same type (for example, the same model) only need one device type identifier, and a unique device identifier does not need to be allocated to each intelligent device, so that the realization cost can be saved.
Here, the network information of the smart device refers to information about a network in which the smart device is located.
Specifically, the server determines the intelligent device currently having the control right open, and obtains the device type identifier of the intelligent device and the network information of the intelligent device. The server can obtain the device type identification and the network information thereof in an interactive mode with the intelligent device. The smart device currently having the control right opened may refer to a smart device currently requested to have the control right opened, or may refer to a smart device currently selected from a plurality of smart devices having the control right opened. One implementation manner may be that the second terminal sends a control right opening request to the server, and the server determines the intelligent device currently opening the control right according to the control right opening request, and obtains the device type identifier of the intelligent device and the network information of the intelligent device. In another implementation manner, the server may select an intelligent device from the multiple opened control rights, and the currently selected intelligent device is used as the intelligent device having the current opened control right, and obtains the device type identifier of the intelligent device and the network information of the intelligent device.
And step 204, establishing a corresponding relation between the intelligent equipment and the equipment type identifier and the network information.
Specifically, the server establishes a correspondence between the intelligent device currently having the control right open and the device type identifier and the network information acquired in step 202, and records the established correspondence in a correspondence table, where a plurality of sets of correspondences between the intelligent device and the device type identifier and the network information may be stored in the correspondence table.
Step 206, receiving a control right acquisition request sent by the first terminal, where the control right acquisition request carries the current device type identifier.
Here, the current device type identifier refers to a device type identifier of the smart device requested by the first terminal to acquire the control right.
Specifically, the server receives a control right acquisition request sent by the first terminal, and analyzes a current device type identifier carried in the control right acquisition request.
And 208, determining the target intelligent equipment according to the current equipment type identifier and the corresponding relation, and sharing the control right of the target intelligent equipment for the first terminal.
Specifically, the server may query the matched intelligent device in the corresponding relationship according to the current device type identifier, where the queried matched intelligent device is the target intelligent device and shares the control right of the target intelligent device for the first terminal.
The device control right sharing method includes the steps of determining an intelligent device with a current open control right, obtaining a device type identifier of the intelligent device and network information of the intelligent device, establishing a corresponding relation between the intelligent device and the device type identifier and the network information, receiving a control right obtaining request sent by a first terminal, wherein the control right obtaining request carries the current device type identifier, determining a target intelligent device according to the current device type identifier and the corresponding relation, and sharing the control right of the target intelligent device for the first terminal. By adopting the scheme of the embodiment, after the intelligent equipment with the control right is opened and the corresponding relation between the intelligent equipment with the control right and the equipment type identification and the network information is established, the user can check the remote control function of the intelligent equipment by sending the control right acquisition request by using the terminal without the intervention and guidance of other workers, and the workload of the workers is reduced. Meanwhile, in the scheme of the embodiment, the intelligent devices of the same model only need one device type identifier, and the unique device identifier does not need to be distributed to each intelligent device, so that the convenience of scheme application can be improved.
In one embodiment, the network information may include network identification information of a wireless access point to which the smart device is connected and a peripheral wireless access point list of the smart device; the determining the target smart device according to the current device type identifier and the corresponding relationship may include: when a first terminal is connected with a wireless access point, network identification information of the wireless access point connected with the first terminal is obtained, and target intelligent equipment is determined according to a current equipment type identification, the network identification information of the wireless access point connected with the first terminal and a corresponding relation list; and when the first terminal is not connected with the wireless access point, acquiring a peripheral wireless access point list of the first terminal, and determining the target intelligent equipment according to the current equipment type identifier, the peripheral wireless access point list connected with the first terminal and the corresponding relation list.
Here, the network identification information generally refers to information for determining the location of the network device. In one embodiment, the network identification information may include a mac (media Access Control address) address and an egress IP (Internet Protocol). The MAC address refers to a local network address and the egress IP, i.e. the egress IP address, is usually referred to as the public network IP.
Specifically, when the first terminal has connected to the wireless access point, the server may obtain the MAC address and the egress IP of the wireless access point connected to the first terminal, and then, in combination with the current device type identifier, in the established correspondence, whether a record that is the same as the MAC address of the wireless access point connected to the first terminal, the egress IP of the wireless access point connected to the first terminal, and the current device type identifier also exists, and if so, the smart device that the user wants to control, that is, the target smart device may be determined.
When the first terminal is not connected with the wireless access point, the server can obtain a peripheral wireless access point list of the first terminal, and according to the current device type identifier, the peripheral wireless access point list connected with the first terminal and the corresponding relation list, whether intelligent devices meeting conditions exist in the intelligent devices establishing the corresponding relation or not is inquired, and if yes, the corresponding intelligent devices are target intelligent devices.
By adopting the scheme of the embodiment, the limitation on the network environment can be reduced, and the matching of the target intelligent equipment can be carried out no matter whether the first terminal is connected with the wireless access point or not, and whether the first terminal is connected with the same wireless access point with the corresponding intelligent equipment or not. According to actual needs, the determining the target smart device according to the current device type identifier and the corresponding relationship may also include: when the first terminal is connected with the wireless access point, network identification information of the wireless access point connected with the first terminal is obtained, and the target intelligent equipment is determined according to the current equipment type identification, the network identification information of the wireless access point connected with the first terminal and the corresponding relation list. Or the determining the target intelligent device according to the current device type identifier and the corresponding relationship may also include: and when the first terminal is not connected with the wireless access point, acquiring a peripheral wireless access point list of the first terminal, and determining the target intelligent equipment according to the current equipment type identifier, the peripheral wireless access point list connected with the first terminal and the corresponding relation list.
In one embodiment, the determining the target smart device according to the current device type identifier, the peripheral wireless access point list connected to the first terminal, and the corresponding relationship list may include: when the intelligent equipment to be compared meets the preset equipment matching conditions, the intelligent equipment to be compared is determined as target intelligent equipment, and the intelligent equipment to be compared is the intelligent equipment with the corresponding relation established; the equipment matching condition comprises that the peripheral wireless access point list of the first terminal comprises wireless access points connected with the intelligent equipment to be compared, and the matching degree of the peripheral wireless access point list of the first terminal and the peripheral wireless access point list of the intelligent equipment to be compared exceeds a preset threshold value.
Here, the matching degree may be a ratio of a first number to a second number, where the first number refers to the number of wireless access points with the same name in the two peripheral wireless access point lists, and the second number is the number of wireless access points in one of the peripheral wireless access point lists, or the second number may be an average value of the number of wireless access points in the two peripheral wireless access point lists. For example, the peripheral wireless access point list of the first terminal includes 6 wireless access points, such as a1, a2, A3, a4, a5, and A6, and the peripheral wireless access point list of the to-be-compared smart device includes 8 wireless access points, such as a1, A3, a4, a7, A8, a9, a10, and a 11. The wireless access points with the same name in the two peripheral wireless access point lists are a1, A3, a4, i.e. the first number is 3, and the second number may be 6 or 8, or may be 7 (i.e. the average of 6 and 8).
Here, the size of the preset threshold may be set according to actual circumstances.
Specifically, the server may use the smart devices with the correspondence established one by one as the smart devices to be compared, determine whether the current smart devices to be compared satisfy a preset device matching condition, determine the current smart devices to be compared as target smart devices if the current smart devices to be compared satisfy the preset device matching condition, select one smart device from the smart devices with the correspondence established and not determined if the current smart devices to be compared satisfy the preset device matching condition, and perform the step of determining whether the current smart devices to be compared satisfy the preset device matching condition.
In the embodiment, the target intelligent device is determined based on the peripheral wireless access point list, the first terminal and the intelligent device are not required to be accessed to the same local area network, and the limitation on the network environment is reduced.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a device control right sharing method is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to the server in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
step 302, determining the intelligent device currently having the control right opened, and acquiring the device type identifier of the intelligent device, the network information of the intelligent device, and the geographical location information of the intelligent device.
Wherein the geographic location information of the smart device may be obtained based on a third party location service or a third party location function (e.g., third party WIFI capability).
Specifically, the server determines the intelligent device currently having the control right open, and obtains the device type identifier of the intelligent device, the network information of the intelligent device, and the geographical location information of the intelligent device.
Step 304, establishing a corresponding relationship between the intelligent device and the device type identifier, the geographical location information and the network information.
Specifically, the server establishes a correspondence between the intelligent device currently having the control right open and the device type identifier, the geographical location information, and the network information acquired in step 302.
Step 306, when receiving a control right acquisition request sent by a first terminal, the control right acquisition request carries a current device type identifier;
step 308 determines whether the first terminal is connected to the wireless access point, and if the first terminal is connected to the wireless access point, step 310 is performed, and if the first terminal is not connected to the wireless access point, step 312 is performed.
Step 310, obtaining the network identification information of the wireless access point connected to the first terminal, and determining the target intelligent device according to the current device type identification, the network identification information of the wireless access point connected to the first terminal, and the corresponding relationship list.
Step 312, obtaining the peripheral wireless access point list of the first terminal and the geographical location information of the first terminal, and determining the target intelligent device according to the current device type identifier, the peripheral wireless access point list connected to the first terminal, the geographical location information of the first terminal, and the corresponding relationship list.
Specifically, when the to-be-compared intelligent device meets a preset device matching condition, the to-be-compared intelligent device is determined as a target intelligent device, the to-be-compared intelligent device is the intelligent device with the established corresponding relation, the device matching condition includes that the peripheral wireless access point list of the first terminal includes wireless access points connected with the to-be-compared intelligent device, the matching degree of the peripheral wireless access point list of the first terminal and the peripheral wireless access point list of the to-be-compared intelligent device exceeds a preset threshold value, and the distance value between the first terminal and the to-be-compared intelligent device is smaller than a preset distance threshold value, which is determined according to the geographical position information of the first terminal and the geographical position information of the to-be-compared intelligent device. Or the device matching condition comprises that the peripheral wireless access point list of the intelligent device to be compared comprises wireless access points connected with the first terminal, the matching degree of the peripheral wireless access point list of the first terminal and the peripheral wireless access point list of the intelligent device to be compared exceeds a preset threshold value, and the distance value between the first terminal and the intelligent device to be compared is smaller than a preset distance threshold value, and the distance value is determined according to the geographic position information of the first terminal and the geographic position information of the intelligent device to be compared.
Step 414 is entered to share the control right of the target smart device for the first terminal.
By adopting the scheme of the embodiment, when the first terminal is not connected with the wireless access point, the accuracy of the determined target intelligent equipment can be improved.
In one embodiment, the current device type identifier is obtained by scanning a two-dimensional code by the first terminal. Generally, the two-dimensional code is arranged on the surface of the intelligent device. In this embodiment, the user directly sweeps the sign indicating number and just can obtain current equipment type sign, the simple operation, simultaneously, the smart machine of same equipment type sign has the same two-dimensional code, does not need a thing sign indicating number, moreover, because the information in the two-dimensional code is equipment type sign, can paste the two-dimensional code on the smart machine surface when the smart machine leaves the factory.
The device control right sharing method in one embodiment may further include the steps of: receiving a control right opening request sent by a second terminal, wherein the control right opening request carries user information; when the binding relationship between the user information and the intelligent equipment exists, determining part of the intelligent equipment or all the intelligent equipment bound with the user information as the intelligent equipment with open control right.
The control right opening request can be triggered and sent through a man-machine interaction interface, at least one intelligent device which is in binding relation with a corresponding user (such as a master user) can be displayed on the man-machine interaction interface, the user can select one or more intelligent devices in the man-machine interaction interface, then a sending button is clicked, and the terminal is triggered to send the control right opening request to the server. When the server receives the control right opening request, whether intelligent equipment bound with the user information carried in the control right opening request exists is detected, and part of or all of the intelligent equipment bound with the user information is determined as the intelligent equipment with the open control right.
By adopting the embodiment, the users with the control right opened can be limited, for example, only the master user has the right to open the control right of the corresponding intelligent equipment, and the open control right is prevented from being abused.
In one embodiment, the method further includes: and updating the information in the corresponding relation periodically, and specifically, the server can update the information in the corresponding relation through interaction with the intelligent equipment related to the corresponding relation. Therefore, the real-time performance and the accuracy of the information in the corresponding relation can be ensured as much as possible.
In one embodiment, the control right is a temporary control right, and the method further includes: and when the time that the first terminal enjoys the control right of the target intelligent equipment exceeds a preset time threshold, terminating the control right of the first terminal to the target intelligent equipment. Here, the size of the time threshold may be set according to the actual situation, and the time threshold may also be an adjustable value.
In order to facilitate an understanding of the embodiments of the present application, a detailed description of a preferred embodiment is provided below. In the embodiment, the device control right sharing scheme is applied to a more common scene, after a holder (hereinafter referred to as a master user) of the intelligent device operates the intelligent device to perform distribution network binding operation, the intelligent device keeps long link with the server through the wireless access point, meanwhile, the binding relationship between the intelligent device and the master user is established in the server, the master user owns the ownership of the intelligent device, and only the master user has the right to configure the temporary control right of the intelligent device to be open.
As shown in fig. 4, the steps of the master user configuring and opening the temporary control of the smart device are as follows:
and step 402, the master user of the intelligent device opens the temporary control right of the intelligent device.
Specifically, for a specific smart device, for example, smart device a, the master user sends a temporary control right opening request to the server through its terminal (for example, terminal B).
In step 404, the server collects information about the smart devices.
Specifically, after the server determines the intelligent device a, that is, after it is determined that the temporary control right of the intelligent device a is opened by the request of the master user, the MAC address of the wireless access point connected to the intelligent device a, the exit IP address of the wireless access point connected to the intelligent device a, and other wireless access points distributed in the environment where the intelligent device is located are obtained, and the current geographical location information of the intelligent device a is obtained through the third-party WIFI positioning capability.
In step 406, the server establishes a correspondence between the intelligent device and the collected information.
Specifically, data of a product model identifier, an MAC address of a currently connected wireless access point, an exit IP address of the currently connected wireless access point, a peripheral wireless access point list and geographic position information corresponding to the intelligent device A are established, the data serve as a judgment basis for issuing temporary control right in a later period, and the server side needs to update the data regularly to ensure real-time performance and accuracy of the data.
As shown in fig. 5, the process of other users (e.g., user C) obtaining temporary control right is as follows:
step 502, other users use the mobile terminal to scan the two-dimensional code on the device body.
For example, the user C scans the two-dimensional code information attached to the smart device through an application such as a browser or a WeChat installed on the mobile terminal (equivalent to the first terminal), and requests to acquire a temporary control right by accessing the access server with the information in the two-dimensional code;
the information carried in the two-dimensional code is a unique identifier based on the intelligent equipment, such as a product model identifier. The intelligent equipment of the same model has the same two-dimensional code. The two-dimensional code is generally pasted on the surface of the intelligent device when the intelligent device leaves a factory.
Step 504, determine whether the mobile terminal has connected to the wireless access point.
Specifically, the server receives the request of the mobile terminal, determines whether the mobile terminal is connected to the wireless access point, that is, whether the mobile terminal is connected to the WIFI, and if the mobile terminal is connected to the WIFI, the process skips to step 506; otherwise, go to step 508.
In step 506, the server obtains the network information of the wireless access point connected with the mobile terminal and locates to a specific intelligent device.
Specifically, the server obtains the MAC address of the wireless access point of the mobile terminal and the exit IP address of the wireless access point, compares the product model identifier carried in the two-dimensional code link with the existing data in the server, and if the same record exists, accurately locates the specific intelligent device, for example, the intelligent device a, and then enters step 510; otherwise, the flow is ended and the control right acquisition fails.
And step 508, the server acquires the network information and the geographical position information of the environment where the mobile terminal is located, and determines the specific intelligent equipment according to a preset judgment rule.
Specifically, the server analyzes a peripheral wireless access point list of an environment where the mobile terminal is located, additionally acquires geographical position information of the mobile terminal, compares a product model identifier carried in the two-dimensional code link with existing data in the server, and if the product model identifier conforms to the following judgment rules:
a. wireless access points connected with the intelligent terminal can be found in the peripheral wireless access point list of the mobile terminal;
b. wireless access points in the mobile terminal peripheral wireless access point list exceeding a preset proportion can be found in the intelligent equipment peripheral wireless access point list; the value of the preset ratio may be determined according to actual conditions, and may be 40%, for example.
c. The distance value determined according to the geographical position information of the mobile terminal and the geographical position information of the intelligent device recorded in the server is smaller than a preset distance threshold value;
if all the three conditions a, b and c are satisfied, the specific intelligent device is considered to be accurately positioned, and the process jumps to the step 510, otherwise, the process fails, and the control right acquisition fails.
Step 510: the server grants temporary control right of the specific intelligent device for the mobile terminal.
Specifically, the server grants temporary control right of a specific intelligent device to the mobile terminal, and the control right retention time can be set according to actual business, for example, the control right in a store generally only needs to be retained for 5 minutes, and the control right between sample plates can be retained for half an hour. And after the grant is completed, the mobile terminal jumps to a control panel page of the intelligent device. Therefore, the mobile terminal can realize the function of temporarily controlling the intelligent device.
The device control right sharing scheme of the embodiment can be applied to the experience scene of the intelligent device in the areas such as retail stores and sample boards. After the scheme is used, a user can actively scan codes to experience the remote control function of the intelligent device, intervention and guidance of other workers are not needed, and the workload of the workers is released.
