In the prior art, the technical parameters of the bus connecting device are only suitable for being applied to a power system with rated voltage of 12kV and rated current of 630A. However, in order to achieve higher power efficiency, the power system needs to be upgraded to increase the rated current 630A to 1250A, so that the bus connecting device with the rated current 630A commonly existing in the original market obviously fails to meet the economic development requirement. In addition, the bus connecting device with the structure has the advantages of full shielding, full insulation, full sealing and full protection at the connecting part, compact structure, good expansibility, excellent insulating property and excellent through-current capacity. It has the following disadvantages:
1. the contact part of the contact ring and the rod-shaped contact of the ring main unit is easy to have over-high temperature rise, and the defects of shortening the service life of the bus connecting device and wasting energy are existed;
2. when the rod-shaped contact of the ring main unit is pushed into the contact ring of the contact piece, the contact ring can bear great resistance, so that the splicing of the ring main unit is laborious;
3. the limited contact area between the rod-shaped contact of the ring main unit and the ring-shaped copper contact piece is small. Therefore, the conductivity of the alloy needs to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a 1250A bus connecting device which has the advantages of long service life, small splicing resistance of a cabinet body and good insulating property and effectively passes 1250A large current so as to overcome the defects in the prior art.
The 1250A bus connecting device designed according to the purpose comprises a conductive block and more than one contact assembly component, wherein the contact assembly component comprises a plurality of contact pieces A and contact pieces B which are arranged at intervals, the contact pieces A and the contact pieces B are respectively clamped with the conductive block, a bus insulating sleeve is arranged on the outer surfaces of the conductive block and the contact assembly component, and the bus insulating sleeve covers the conductive block and the contact assembly component, so that the connection part of the 1250A bus connecting device has the characteristics of shielding, insulating, sealing and protecting. The material, external dimensions, etc. of the conductive block, the contact piece a and the contact piece B are designed in accordance with the standard of the current-carrying capacity 1250A, so that the bus bar connection device can pass a large current of 1250A in a 12kV power supply system. The bus connecting device has excellent insulating performance and current capacity, compact structure and good expansibility.
The contact piece group is formed by combining the contact pieces A and the contact pieces B, and the contact piece group is in pressure connection with the conductive block, so that deviation of the bus connecting device when the bus connecting device is connected with the contact box can be allowed.
The contact assembly component also comprises a support ring, and the contact piece A and the contact piece B are arranged on the support ring at intervals; the contact piece A is provided with a support ring clamping groove C, the contact piece B is provided with a support ring clamping groove D, a plurality of contact piece clamping grooves are uniformly distributed on the support ring corresponding to the support ring clamping grooves C, D, two adjacent contact piece clamping grooves are arranged at intervals, and the support ring clamping grooves C, D are buckled with the contact piece clamping grooves respectively to fix the positions of the contact piece A and the contact piece B.

The bus insulation sleeve is at least a bus silica gel sleeve, and silica gel has the characteristics of heat resistance and high temperature resistance, so that the service life of the bus connecting device is prolonged.
The contact piece A and the contact piece B are both provided with a clamping position G, and the conductive block is provided with a matched clamping position H corresponding to the clamping position; the clamping position G and the clamping position H are clamped.
The clamping position G and the clamping position H are both provided with more than one arc section to form arc section grooves for clamping; or the clamping position G and the clamping position H are both provided with U-shaped grooves or concave grooves for clamping.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
a. the bus insulation sleeve covers the conductive block and the contact assembly component, so that the connection part of the 1250A bus connection device has the characteristics of shielding, insulation, sealing and protection;
b. the materials, the external dimensions and the like of the conductive block, the contact piece A and the contact piece B are designed according to the standard of the current-carrying capacity 1250A, so that the bus connecting device can pass the large current of 1250A in a 12kV power supply system;
c. the elastic piece E and the elastic piece F are arranged on the contact piece A and the contact piece B of the support ring, so that the flexible connection is realized during the splicing, and the splicing error between the cabinets is within 5mm when the cabinet bodies are allowed to be spliced;
d. the bus insulation sleeve is at least a bus silica gel sleeve, and silica gel has the characteristics of heat resistance and high temperature resistance, so that the service life of the bus connecting device is prolonged.
In summary, the 1250A bus connecting device of the present invention has the advantages of increasing the effective area of the electrical contact between the contact plate and the contact box of the ring main unit, dispersing the contact heating points, improving the local temperature rise, providing the beneficial effect of high conductivity, and allowing the bus connector to have deviation when being connected with the contact box by the pressure connection of the contact plate group and the conductive block. A large current of 1250A can be passed in a 12kV power supply system. The 1250A bus connecting device is characterized by shielding, insulation, sealing and protection, has compact structure, good expansibility, excellent insulation performance and current capacity, is in flexible connection during plugging, and can allow the splicing error between cabinets to be within 5 mm.

Referring to fig. 1-9, a 1250A bus connecting device includes a conductive block 2 and more than one contact assembly 8, where the contact assembly 8 includes a plurality of contact pieces A3 and B4 arranged at intervals, the contact pieces A3 and B4 are respectively connected with the conductive block 2 in a snap-fit manner, and bus insulating sleeves are arranged on outer surfaces of the conductive block 2 and the contact assembly 8, and cover the conductive block 2 and the contact assembly 8.
The contact assembly 8 further comprises a support ring 5, and the contact piece A3 and the contact piece B4 are arranged on the support ring 5 at intervals; the contact piece A3 is provided with a support ring clamping groove C3.1, the contact piece B4 is provided with a support ring clamping groove D4.1, the support ring 5 is uniformly provided with a plurality of contact piece clamping grooves 5.1 corresponding to the support ring clamping grooves C, D3.1.1 and 4.1, the two adjacent contact piece clamping grooves 5.1 are arranged at intervals, and the support ring clamping grooves C, D3.1.1 and 4.1 are respectively buckled with the contact piece clamping grooves 5.1.
The contact assembly component 8 further comprises an elastic piece E6 and an elastic piece F7, the contact pieces A3 and the contact pieces B4 are alternately arranged on the support ring 5, and the elastic piece E6 and the elastic piece F7 are alternately sleeved on the outer surfaces of the contact pieces A3 and the contact pieces B4.
The contact piece A3 is provided with a first elastic piece E mounting groove 3.2 and a first elastic piece F mounting groove 3.3 which are spaced apart, and the contact piece B4 is provided with a second elastic piece E mounting groove 4.2 and a second elastic piece F mounting groove 4.3 which are spaced apart; the elastic piece E6 is sleeved on the outer surfaces of the contact pieces A, B3, 4 through the first elastic piece E mounting groove 3.2 and the second elastic piece E mounting groove 4.2; the elastic member F7 is fitted over the outer surfaces of the contact pieces A, B3, 4 by fitting the first and second elastic members F into the grooves 3.3, 4.3.
The elastic member E6 and the elastic member F7 are at least spring rings respectively, and the outer diameter of the elastic member E6 is larger than that of the elastic member F7.
The bus insulation sleeve is at least a bus silica gel sleeve 1.
The contact piece A3 and the contact piece B4 are both provided with a clamping position G9, and the conductive block 2 is provided with a matched clamping position H2.1 corresponding to the clamping position 9; clamping position G9 and clamping position H2.1 are clamped.
The clamping position G9 and the clamping position H2.1 are both provided with more than one arc section to form arc section grooves for clamping; or, the clamping position G9 and the clamping position H2.1 are both provided with a U-shaped groove or a concave groove for clamping.
The specific installation steps are as follows:
firstly, assembling a contact assembly 8, alternately installing contact pieces A3 and B4 on a support ring 5 to position the positions of the contact pieces A3 and B4, then installing an elastic piece E6 and an elastic piece F7, installing and fixing the contact pieces A3 and B4 by adopting the elastic piece E6 and the elastic piece F7, and forming a contact piece group by the contact pieces A3 and B.
