Description

Thermal release adjusting device of molded case circuit breaker
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of detection tools, in particular to a thermal release adjusting device of a molded case circuit breaker.
Background
The molded case circuit breaker is generally applied to power distribution equipment such as factories and buildings, and can be used for frequent line switching and infrequent starting of a motor under normal conditions, and meanwhile, overload, short circuit and undervoltage protection can be provided. And a series of functions such as remote brake opening, alarming, auxiliary contact output and the like can be realized by matching with abundant internal accessories.
The performance of the molded case circuit breaker is related to many factors, such as over travel, opening distance, final pressure, tripping force, etc., and general manufacturers can detect the above parameters, but often neglect the detection of the tripping travel of the circuit breaker.
The tripping stroke of the circuit breaker refers to the stroke required by opening the circuit breaker after the draw bar acts in the closing state of the circuit breaker, and indirectly reflects the size of the re-tripping amount of the circuit breaker. The re-buckling amount of the circuit breaker has great influence on the performance of the circuit breaker, and if the re-buckling amount is too small, the circuit breaker can be buckled in a sliding manner; and the circuit breaker can not be opened due to too large detaining amount. Meanwhile, the tripping force of the circuit breaker is related to the re-tripping amount, the circuit breaker with smaller re-tripping amount is usually smaller in tripping force, and the circuit breaker with larger re-tripping amount is likely to have correspondingly larger tripping force, so that in production, if one parameter is not determined, which party causes the problem is difficult to accurately judge, and the corresponding technical problem cannot be fundamentally solved.
An effective re-buckling amount is determined in the design stage of the circuit breaker, but due to differences of parts and assembly process levels, the same batch of products are often caused, and the re-buckling amount has large differences.
The re-buckling amount of the circuit breaker is different, so that the phenomena of sliding buckling, locking and the like of the circuit breaker can be caused, and the production efficiency of products can be influenced, for example, the same batch of products have no unified operation standard when the thermal/magnetic release is adjusted due to different re-buckling amounts, continuous trial needs to be carried out, and the production efficiency is low; when the circuit breaker leaves a factory in the later period, the circuit breaker is additionally provided with internal accessories (particularly shunt excitation/undervoltage), and the accessories need to be adjusted to be used due to different re-buckling amounts of the circuit breaker; if the customer needs to install the internal accessories by oneself, the customer can not correctly adjust the relevant accessories because the circuit breaker is buckled differently, and in severe cases, the accessories are disabled, so that hidden dangers exist in production equipment and user safety.
In production, the amount of detaining again of circuit breaker is decided by detaining again with parts such as hasp, but the amount of detaining again itself numerical value is little, and the assembly back, and the space is compact between the spare part, uses the physical chi to be difficult to carry out accurate measurement, so need to develop the device of using and control the amount of tripping of circuit breaker (indirect control circuit breaker amount of detaining again), makes it in a reasonable range.

As shown in fig. 14, 18 and 19, the release state of the trip stroke tester 2 operates according to the following principle: when the tripping button is pressed, the positioning sleeve fixed with the tripping button moves downwards to be separated from the large circle of the stroke groove 2321, at the moment, the tripping rod 23 loses restraint, moves forwards along the stroke groove 2321 under the action of the main spring 22 in a compressed state, and the front part of the tripping rod 23 pushes against the traction rod a1 to drive the circuit breaker to act.
As shown in fig. 8, 9, 18 and 19, when the trip test is performed, the circuit breaker a is in a closed state, the trip stroke tester 2 is in an attraction state and is located on the right side of the installation slot of the trip stroke tester 2 of the installation plate, when the trip button is pressed, the trip stroke tester 2 performs a release action, at this time, the front end protrusion 2331 of the trip rod 23 pushes the traction rod a1 to act, the trip rod 23 has a stroke equivalent to the trip stroke of the circuit breaker, and at this time, the circuit breaker is opened.
As shown in fig. 10, 11, 18 and 19, when the no-trip test is performed, the circuit breaker a is in a closed state, the trip stroke tester 2 is in a suction state and is located on the left side of the installation slot of the trip stroke tester 2 of the installation plate, when the trip button is pressed, the trip stroke tester 22 performs a release action, at this time, the front end concave part of the trip rod 23 pushes the traction rod a1 to act, the stroke of the trip rod 23 is still equivalent to the trip stroke of the circuit breaker, and when the front end concave part of the trip rod 23 is shortened, the rotation angle of the traction rod a1 is reduced, and the circuit breaker is not enough to be opened, and the circuit breaker is still in a closed state.
In a tripping test/non-tripping test, the circuit breaker is judged to be a qualified product only by ensuring effective tripping of the tripping test and keeping closing in the non-tripping test, and then the circuit breaker can enter the next detection; and if not, the circuit breaker needs to be trimmed.
Analyzing the fault cause of the circuit breaker: the reason that the brake cannot be opened during the tripping test is mainly two: the tripping stroke is greatly changed/the tripping force is overlarge due to the mechanism deformation, and the reason of the problem can be accurately judged by combining a tripping force tester; when the test is not released, the reason of opening the brake is mainly two-sided: the small tripping stroke caused by the mechanism deformation and the small re-tripping amount caused by the over-small tripping force can be combined with a tripping force tester to judge the problem.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications of equivalent structures and equivalent processes performed by the present specification and drawings, or directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
