4. The carbon emission right transaction settlement method according to claim 2, wherein the step of performing settlement analysis processing on the position balance information and the fund balance information to obtain a settlement analysis result specifically comprises:
acquiring position holding information of a transaction system and fund balance information of the transaction system;
comparing the position holding balance information with the position holding information of the transaction system to obtain a position holding settlement analysis result;
comparing the fund balance information with the fund balance information of the transaction system to obtain a fund settlement analysis result;
and obtaining a settlement analysis result according to the position-taken settlement analysis result and the fund settlement analysis result.
5. The carbon emission right transaction settlement method according to claim 4, wherein after the step of performing settlement analysis processing on the position balance information and the fund balance information to obtain a settlement analysis result, the method further comprises:
performing bank clearing processing according to the clearing analysis result to generate bank clearing information;
and generating charging flow information according to the bank settlement information.
6. The carbon emission right transaction settlement method according to claim 4, wherein after the step of performing settlement analysis processing on the position balance information and the fund balance information to obtain a settlement analysis result, the method further comprises:
acquiring a transfer and hosting instruction;
acquiring the type information of the escrow pipe according to the escrow instruction, and determining escrow operation strategy information according to the type information of the escrow pipe;
and performing a transhosting operation according to the transhosting operation strategy information to obtain transchosting summary information and transchosting position holding detail information.

The carbon emission rights transaction settlement method according to claim 6, wherein the escrow category information includes: the carbon emission right registration and registration system repositions exchange type information and exchange repositions carbon emission right registration and registration system type information.
8. A carbon emission rights transaction settlement system, comprising:
