Abstract
The invention discloses a file review method, a system and a mobile terminal, wherein the file review method is applied to the mobile terminal and comprises the following steps: receiving voice information collected by a vehicle machine; identifying review instructions contained in the voice information; obtaining review information according to the review instruction; and editing the current read file according to the review information. According to the file review method, the file review system and the mobile terminal, the voice information is received by the vehicle machine and is sent to the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal edits the file according to the review information after recognizing the voice information to obtain the review information, so that the process of reviewing the file by a user driving an automobile is simplified, and the user experience is improved.

Technical Field

Background
At present, a person who needs to review a file usually performs a review operation based on a computer terminal by means of keyboard tapping, and a simplified file review method is based on a tool loaded by electronic reading software of a mobile terminal for review, but the document review method still needs to be implemented by manually touching and pressing a screen, which is time-consuming and labor-consuming. The file review system provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises: a vehicle machine and a mobile terminal; the car machine is used for collecting voice information and sending the voice information to the mobile terminal; and the mobile terminal receives the voice information collected by the vehicle machine, identifies the review instruction contained in the voice information, acquires the review information according to the review instruction, and edits the currently read file according to the review instruction. According to the file review system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the mobile terminal identifies the review instruction and the review information after receiving the voice information, and edits the file according to the review information, so that the problem that a driver is inconvenient to review the file at any time in the driving process is solved, and the user experience is improved.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)
1. A document review method applied to a mobile terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving voice information collected by a vehicle machine;
identifying review instructions contained in the voice information;
obtaining review information according to the review instruction;
and editing the current read file according to the review information.
2. The document review method of claim 1, the method further comprising:
receiving a playing instruction for playing a currently read file;
and acquiring an audio file of the currently read file according to the playing instruction and sending the audio file to the car machine so that the car machine plays the audio file.
3. The document review method according to claim 1, wherein the review information includes a review type and a review object, and the editing the currently read document according to the review information includes:
identifying the object of review from the currently read document;
and editing the review object according to the review type.
4. The document review method of claim 3, wherein the editing the review object according to the review type comprises:
when the review type is to add file content, acquiring content to be added extracted from the received voice information, and inserting the content to be added at the review object;
when the review type is the deletion of the file content, deleting the content corresponding to the review object;
when the review type is a style comment, attaching a style corresponding to the review type to the review object, wherein the style comment comprises at least one of highlighted text, underline, italics, bolding and strikethrough;
and when the review type is a content comment, acquiring comment content extracted from the received voice information, and adding the comment content at the review object, wherein the content comment comprises at least one of a text comment, an image comment and an audio comment.
5. The document review method of claim 1, the method further comprising:
and storing voice information associated with an editing process at the edited part of the currently read file.
6. The document review method of claim 1, wherein, prior to receiving the voice information collected by the car machine, further comprising:
acquiring a voice instruction for starting a preset application;
and opening the preset application according to the voice instruction for reading and reviewing files.
7. The document review method of claim 6, after the opening the preset application for reading and reviewing a document according to the voice instructions, further comprising:
and projecting the interface of the preset application to a screen of the vehicle machine.
8. The document review method of claim 6, the method further comprising:
and responding to the voice command or the review command, and virtually clicking a corresponding icon key in the preset application.
9. A mobile terminal, comprising: a processor and a memory storing a computer program which, when executed by the processor, implements the document review method of any of claims 1 to 8.
10. A document review system, the document review system comprising: a vehicle machine and a mobile terminal; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the car machine is used for collecting voice information and sending the voice information to the mobile terminal;
the mobile terminal receives the voice information collected by the vehicle machine, identifies the review instruction contained in the voice information, acquires the review information according to the review instruction, and edits the currently read file according to the review instruction.
