Claims (10)

1. An online diagnosis and treatment identity confirmation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when a preset operation is detected in the online diagnosis and treatment process, determining information to be verified according to the preset operation;
performing identity authentication according to the information to be authenticated;
and responding to the execution of the preset operation when the identity authentication is successful.
2. The online diagnosis and treatment identity confirmation method according to claim 1, wherein after the step of responding to the execution of the preset operation when the identity verification is successful, the online diagnosis and treatment identity confirmation method comprises:
after a preset time interval, acquiring verification information of a current operation user;
performing identity authentication according to the authentication information of the current operation user;
and when the identity authentication fails, interrupting the current online diagnosis and treatment process or executing screen locking operation.
3. The online medical identity confirmation method according to claim 1, wherein the verification information includes at least one of voice information, motion information, face information, and fingerprint information;
the step of performing identity authentication operation according to the information to be authenticated comprises the following steps:
and when the information to be verified is multiple, sequentially performing identity verification according to the multiple information to be verified.
4. The online diagnosis and treatment identity confirmation method according to claim 1, wherein after the step of performing identity verification according to the information to be verified, the online diagnosis and treatment identity confirmation method further comprises:
when the identity authentication fails, controlling a camera device to shoot user image data and storing the user image data;
or when the identity authentication fails, interrupting the current online diagnosis and treatment process or executing screen locking operation.
5. The online diagnosis and treatment identity confirmation method according to claim 1, wherein the step of performing identity verification according to the information to be verified comprises:
acquiring to-be-verified information of a current operation user;
and performing identity authentication according to the information to be authenticated and preset identity authentication information of the user.

The online diagnosis and treatment identity confirmation method according to claim 5, wherein after the step of performing identity verification according to the information to be verified and preset identity verification information of the user, the online diagnosis and treatment identity confirmation method further comprises:
and when the identity authentication with the preset identity authentication information fails, performing identity authentication according to the information to be authenticated and the preset authorized non-identity authentication information.

The on-line diagnosis and treatment identity confirmation method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein after the step of responding to the execution of the operation to be preset when the identity verification is successful, the on-line diagnosis and treatment identity confirmation method comprises:
and storing the operation data of the preset operation and the verification result of the identity verification in an associated manner.
8. The on-line diagnosis and treatment identity confirmation method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising:
in the online diagnosis and treatment process, a human body induction signal is acquired through an infrared induction device;
and when the human body induction signal is not acquired within a preset time interval, executing screen locking operation.

A terminal device, characterized in that the terminal device comprises: the system comprises a memory, a processor and an online diagnosis and treatment identity confirmation program which is stored in the memory and can run on the processor, wherein the online diagnosis and treatment identity confirmation program realizes the steps of the online diagnosis and treatment identity confirmation method according to any one of claims 1 to 8 when being executed by the processor.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein an online medical identity confirmation program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method for online medical identity confirmation according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
