A hot water outlet device according to claim 5, wherein the second line (12) is further in communication with the cold water source (5) via a third line (13), the second line (12) and the third line (13) being connected by a three-way valve (14), the three-way valve (14) having a first position in which the storage tank (7) is in communication with the domestic water outlet (2) and a second position in which the third line (13) is in communication with the domestic water outlet (2).

A hot water outlet device according to claim 6, wherein the three-way valve (14) is electrically connected to the controller, a liquid level detector (16) is disposed in the water storage tank (7), the liquid level detector (16) is configured to detect and send real-time liquid level information to the controller, the controller is configured to receive the real-time liquid level information, compare the real-time liquid level with a preset liquid level, control the three-way valve (14) to switch to the first position when the real-time liquid level is higher than the preset liquid level, and control the three-way valve (14) to switch to the second position when the real-time liquid level is lower than the preset liquid level.
8. A hot water outlet device according to claim 1, wherein a temperature measuring device (15) is arranged on the second domestic water branch section (4) near the domestic water outlet (2), and the temperature measuring device (15) is electrically connected with the controller.
9. The hot water outlet device according to claim 1, further comprising a heating circulation pipeline and a second temperature raising device, wherein the heating circulation pipeline has a heating water return port and a heating water outlet port, and the heating circulation pipeline comprises:
a heated section heated by the second temperature raising device;
the first heating branch section (17) is arranged between the heated section and the heating water return port;
and the second heating branch section (18) is arranged between the heated section and the heating water outlet.

A hot water outlet device according to claim 9, wherein the first temperature raising device is a plate heat exchanger (1), a heat exchange pipeline is connected between the second heating branch section (18) and the first heating branch section (17), the plate heat exchanger (1) is arranged on the heat exchange pipeline, and the domestic water pipeline is heated in the plate heat exchanger (1).
