the sterilizing mechanism comprises a lamp tube (8), a scraping rod (9), a power assembly and two supporting assemblies, wherein the lamp tube (8) is coaxially arranged with an air inlet pipe (2), the diameter of the lamp tube (8) is smaller than the inner diameter of the air inlet pipe (2), the scraping rod (9) is parallel to the lamp tube (8), the length of the scraping rod (9) is larger than that of the lamp tube (8), the scraping rod (9) and the lamp tube (8) are just opposite to each other and abut against the lamp tube (8), the scraping rod (9) is fixed on the inner wall of the air inlet pipe (2), the two supporting assemblies are respectively arranged at two ends of the lamp tube (8), the power assembly is arranged between the lamp tube (8) and an adjusting box (5), and the power assembly is in transmission connection with the lamp tube (8).
