Abstract

本发明公开了一种自主清理灯罩的路灯,包括支柱、安装板和灯罩,所述安装板固定安装在支柱的一端,所述灯罩与安装板固定连接,所述灯罩的外侧套接有一对弧形轴,所述弧形轴的内壁上安装有刮条,所述安装板的两侧均开设有安装槽,所述弧形轴的两端分别转动连接在两个安装槽内,所述安装槽的正上方开设有透光槽,所述透光槽贯穿安装板,所述透光槽内滑动设置有隔板,所述隔板的上表面固定连接有上记忆金属轴。本发明白天利用凸透镜对太阳光的聚焦作用,实现对上记忆金属轴的加热效果,从而推动弹片,弹片的两端同步推动套环和弧形轴转动,从而实现刮条对灯罩外表面的清理效果,白天清理表面的灰尘,避免路灯晚上的使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及路灯技术领域,尤其涉及一种自主清理灯罩的路灯。
背景技术
路灯指给道路提供照明功能的灯具,泛指交通照明中路面照明范围内的灯具,路灯被广泛运用于各种需要照明的地方,现有技术中对灯管有着各种功能的设计,但是无论是何种路灯都是完全暴露在外界环境中,长期使用灯罩的外壳上会沾染上许多的灰尘,被灰尘污染的灯罩,表面会逐渐被遮蔽,灰尘长期的积累,会严重的影响灯罩的透光性,从而达不到良好的照明作用,且路灯的物理位置很高,数量繁多,定期进行清理需要消耗大量的人力物力,成本十分高昂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,如:路灯表面会逐渐积存灰尘,影响照明效果也难以清理,而提出的一种自主清理灯罩的路灯。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种自主清理灯罩的路灯,包括支柱、安装板和灯罩,所述安装板固定安装在支柱的一端,所述灯罩与安装板固定连接,所述灯罩的外侧套接有一对弧形轴,所述弧形轴的内壁上安装有刮条,所述安装板的两侧均开设有安装槽,所述弧形轴的两端分别转动连接在两个安装槽内,所述安装槽的正上方开设有透光槽,所述透光槽贯穿安装板,所述透光槽内滑动设置有隔板,所述隔板的上表面固定连接有上记忆金属轴,所述上记忆金属轴的上端固定连接有固定轴,所述固定轴的两端与透光槽的内壁固定连接,所述隔板的下表面固定连接有下记忆金属轴,所述隔板的下表面还开设有插口,所述插口内插设有弹片,两个所述弧形轴与安装槽内壁的转动连接处固定连接有套环,所述弹片的两端分别与两个套环一侧固定连接,所述下记忆金属轴的下端连接有传导块,所述透光槽的内壁上卡接有凸透镜,所述凸透镜设置在固定轴的上方。
优选的,所述透光槽的上端安装有透光板,所述透光板的材质为透明亚克力玻璃,所述为固定轴弯弧状。
优选的,所述下记忆金属轴远离隔板的一端固定连接有传导块,所述传导块安装在安装板上,所述传导块为热的良导体。
优选的,所述安装槽内安装有一对限位块,两个所述限位块对称设置在弧形轴的一侧,所述弹片的两端分别穿过两个限位块。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、白天利用凸透镜对太阳光的聚焦作用,实现对上记忆金属轴的加热效果,从而推动弹片,弹片的两端同步推动套环和弧形轴转动,从而实现刮条对灯罩外表面的清理效果,白天清理表面的灰尘,避免路灯晚上的使用。
2、夜晚时灯管发光伴随着发热,利用该热能实现对下记忆金属轴的加热作用,从而拉动弹片,弹片的移动推动弧形轴的转动,将弧形轴从垂直位置转动为水平位置,在夜晚使用路灯的时候,弧形轴不会阻挡路灯的正常照明。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
参照图1-4,一种自主清理灯罩的路灯,包括支柱1、安装板3和灯罩2,安装板3固定安装在支柱1的一端,灯罩2与安装板3固定连接,灯罩2的外侧套接有一对弧形轴4,弧形轴4的内壁上安装有刮条6,安装板3的两侧均开设有安装槽5,弧形轴4的两端分别转动连接在两个安装槽5内,安装槽5的正上方开设有透光槽11,透光槽11贯穿安装板3,透光槽11内滑动设置有隔板12,隔板12的上表面固定连接有上记忆金属轴10,上记忆金属轴10的上端固定连接有固定轴8,固定轴8的两端与透光槽11的内壁固定连接,透光槽11的上端安装有透光板9,透光板9的材质为透明亚克力玻璃,为固定轴8弯弧状,光线能够穿过透明的亚克力玻璃材质,弯弧状且固定安装在透光槽11内壁的固定轴8,起到固定上记忆金属轴10一端的作用,同时避开凸透镜7的透光路径;
其中,隔板12的下表面固定连接有下记忆金属轴13,隔板12的下表面还开设有插口,插口内插设有弹片15,两个弧形轴4与安装槽5内壁的转动连接处固定连接有套环14,弹片15的两端分别与两个套环14一侧固定连接,安装槽5内安装有一对限位块,两个限位块对称设置在弧形轴4的一侧,弹片15的两端分别穿过两个限位块,限位块起到限位的作用,控制弹片15两端的移动方向,下记忆金属轴13的下端连接有传导块16,透光槽11的内壁上卡接有凸透镜7,凸透镜7设置在固定轴8的上方,下记忆金属轴13远离隔板12的一端固定连接有传导块16,传导块16安装在安装板3上,传导块16为热的良导体,传导块16与灯罩2内的灯管接触,传导块16是热的良导体,传导块16会将灯管发光产生的热量传递给下记忆金属轴13。其中上记忆金属轴10和下记忆金属轴13的初始状态不同,上记忆金属轴10初始状态为收缩状态,加热后转化为伸展状态,下记忆金属轴13的初始状态为伸展状态,加热后转化为压缩状态,且上记忆金属轴10和下记忆金属轴13均为单程记忆金属;
本发明中,白天日照光线充足,各处太阳光会通过透光板9并且照射在凸透镜7上,凸透镜7能对太阳光进行聚焦,上记忆金属轴10的位置处在凸透镜7的焦点位置,则凸透镜7将太阳光聚焦在上记忆金属轴10上,聚焦后的太阳光温度很高,能实现对上记忆金属轴10的加热效果,被加热后的上记忆金属轴10将会伸展开来,伸展开的上记忆金属轴10会通过隔板12带动弹片15移动,弹片15本身具有一定的弹力,则弹片15失去上记忆金属轴10牵引作用之后,会逐渐缠绕在套环14上,由于弹片15的两端分别固定连接在套环14上,弹片15中心角度位置固定,则弹片15在收卷的时候会推动套环14的转动来适应角度的变化,套环14与弧形轴4同步转动,弧形轴4在转动的过程中,刮条6与灯罩2的外表面刮擦,从而将附着在灯罩2表面的灰尘刮擦掉,从而实现对灯罩2外表面的清理,保证其干净整洁,保持良好的透光性;
太阳光能够对透光板9进行直射的时间有限,上记忆金属轴10不再受热在重力作用下恢复原状,弧形轴4将会处于垂直状态,夜晚时候,灯罩2内的灯管将会被打开,灯管发光发热,灯管长时间打开温度较高,发光产生的热量会传导给传导块16,传导块16为热的良导体,传导块16再将热量传递给下记忆金属轴13,下记忆金属轴13将会受热,下记忆金属轴13受热之后将会收缩,下记忆金属轴13的收缩会拉动隔板12移动,隔板12移动的同时还会推动弹片15移动,弹片15移动继而实现弧形轴4的转动,则弧形轴4再次转动至水平状态,灯管夜晚时刻发光发热,下记忆金属轴13将会时刻处于受热状态,相应的弧形轴4在夜晚期间时刻处于水平状态,避免影响夜晚的照明效果。

1.一种自主清理灯罩的路灯,包括支柱(1)、安装板(3)和灯罩(2),所述安装板(3)固定安装在支柱(1)的一端,所述灯罩(2)与安装板(3)固定连接,其特征在于,所述灯罩(2)的外侧套接有一对弧形轴(4),所述弧形轴(4)的内壁上安装有刮条(6),所述安装板(3)的两侧均开设有安装槽(5),所述弧形轴(4)的两端分别转动连接在两个安装槽(5)内,所述安装槽(5)的正上方开设有透光槽(11),所述透光槽(11)贯穿安装板(3),所述透光槽(11)内滑动设置有隔板(12),所述隔板(12)的上表面固定连接有上记忆金属轴(10),所述上记忆金属轴(10)的上端固定连接有固定轴(8),所述固定轴(8)的两端与透光槽(11)的内壁固定连接,所述隔板(12)的下表面固定连接有下记忆金属轴(13),所述隔板(12)的下表面还开设有插口,所述插口内插设有弹片(15),两个所述弧形轴(4)与安装槽(5)内壁的转动连接处固定连接有套环(14),所述弹片(15)的两端分别与两个套环(14)一侧固定连接,所述下记忆金属轴(13)的下端连接有传导块(16),所述透光槽(11)的内壁上卡接有凸透镜(7),所述凸透镜(7)设置在固定轴(8)的上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自主清理灯罩的路灯,其特征在于,所述透光槽(11)的上端安装有透光板(9),所述透光板(9)的材质为透明亚克力玻璃,所述为固定轴(8)弯弧状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自主清理灯罩的路灯,其特征在于,所述下记忆金属轴(13)远离隔板(12)的一端固定连接有传导块(16),所述传导块(16)安装在安装板(3)上,所述传导块(16)为热的良导体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种自主清理灯罩的路灯,其特征在于,所述安装槽(5)内安装有一对限位块,两个所述限位块对称设置在弧形轴(4)的一侧,所述弹片(15)的两端分别穿过两个限位块。
