As shown in fig. 1, two cylindrical pins protrude from the end surface of the large-diameter end of the stepped flange 5, the sealing gasket 1 is sleeved on the cylindrical pins and is closely contacted with the end surface of the large-diameter end of the stepped flange 5, and the small-diameter end of the stepped flange 5 is used for being fixedly connected with a pipeline; the two pull-buckle type locking assemblies are symmetrically fixed on a platform on the outer circumference of the large-diameter end of the stepped flange 5 along the axis of the pipeline.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the pull button type locking assembly includes a base 11, a pop-up stop pin 3, a handle 4, a pull button 2, a sliding sleeve 6, a rotating shaft 8, a hole-forming pin 9, a snap spring 7, and a nut 10.
The base 11 is fixed on a platform on the outer circumference of the large-diameter end of the stepped flange 5 through screws, the handle 4 is in running fit with the base 11 through the rotating shaft 8, and the rotating shaft 8 limits the axial movement of the handle through the clamp springs 7 arranged on two sides of the handle 4.
The pull buckle 2 is a U-shaped rod, the closed end is bent downwards by 90 degrees and is used for being matched with the end face of the inner side of a pipeline flange 12 to be butted, the sliding sleeve 6 is sleeved on the horizontal part of the closed end, the sliding sleeve and the closed end form clearance fit, the sliding sleeve 6 can rotate relative to the pull buckle 2, the open end is in rotating fit with the handle 4 through the opening pin 9, the opening pin 9 is shown in figure 5, the end part of the open end of the pull buckle 2 is provided with external threads, the open end of the pull buckle 2 respectively extends into openings at two ends of the opening pin 9, and the pull buckle 2 and the opening pin 9 are in threaded connection through nuts 10 distributed at two sides of a through hole of the opening pin 9; the hole-forming pin 9 is arranged eccentrically to the rotating shaft 8, and the horizontal line of the hole-forming pin 9 is located below the horizontal line of the rotating shaft 8.
The pop-up stop pin 3 is connected to the upper surface of the matching end of the handle 4 and the rotating shaft 8 through threads, the pop-up stop pin is positioned above the rotating shaft 8, the axis of the pop-up stop pin 3 is intersected with the axis of the rotating shaft 8, the limit table 13 on the base 11 can limit the rotating angle of the handle 4 around the rotating shaft 8, when the handle 4 rotates to the limit position, the telescopic rod of the pop-up stop pin 3 is inserted into the positioning hole in the top of the base 11, the handle 4 and the base 11 are fixed relatively, locking is completed, and the base 11 is structurally shown in fig. 4.
During butt joint, the small-diameter end of the stepped flange 5 of the joint is fixedly connected with a pipeline through a clamp, as shown in fig. 3, a cylindrical pin on the stepped flange 5 extends into an unthreaded hole on a pipeline flange 12 to be butted to form clearance fit, and radial dislocation between the pipeline 12 to be butted and the stepped flange 5 is limited. The pull buckle 2 is pulled flat, namely, the open end is in a horizontal state, the closed end is in a vertical state, then the handle 4 rotates in place under the limitation of the limiting table 13 on the base 11, the telescopic rod of the pop-up stop pin 3 is inserted into the positioning hole at the top of the base 11, at the moment, the closed end of the pull buckle 2 is matched with the inner side end face of the pipeline flange 12 to be butted, locking is completed, and the sealing gasket 1 is tightly pressed between the end face of the large diameter end of the stepped flange 5 and the end face of the outer side of the pipeline flange 12 to be butted to realize sealing.

the pull buckle type locking assembly comprises a base, a pop-up stop pin, a handle, a pull buckle, a rotating shaft, a sliding sleeve and a hole forming pin;
