Background
Material conveying is a necessary material conveying process in industrial production. The conveying mode is various, and the proper mode is adopted according to different properties of materials. At present, the PVC powder conveying mode mainly comprises two modes, namely pipe-chain-free conveying, wherein the conveying is directly carried out through a pipeline by means of wind pressure generated by a fan. Preferably, the preset proportional value m ranges from 0.02 to 0.36. The materials are fully mixed from the feed inlet to the discharge outlet according to the increase of the preset proportion value.
Preferably, the pipe arrangement is mounted at the end of the material transport pipe.
Preferably, the pipe means is used for transporting solid powder-like particulate material or gaseous material.
