The bottom of the accommodating cavity 101 is provided with an unlocking boss 1012, the unlocking boss 1012 is arranged opposite to the other side of the positioning member 407, the positioning member 407 is movably matched with the unlocking boss 1012 along with the rotation of the knob 10, the claw 4071 is separated from the third clamping groove 4052 when the positioning member 407 is contacted with the unlocking boss 1012, and the unlocking boss 1012 is correspondingly arranged between the second position and the third position.
The invention also comprises a lock core 90 and a linkage component, wherein the lock core 90 is arranged on the panel 20 and penetrates into the accommodating cavity 101, and the linkage component is arranged at the inner end of the lock core 90 and is opposite to the bolt 30. When the correct key is inserted, lock cylinder 90 may be rotated and, through a linkage assembly, actuate movement of deadbolt 30 to effect unlocking from word line shaft 402.
The linkage assembly includes a pusher block 100 and a driver block 200. The pushing block 100 is in sliding fit with the bottom of the accommodating cavity 101 and can move along the circumferential direction of the accommodating cavity 101, and the pushing block 100 is provided with a second abdicating groove 1001 for abdicating the track spring 80; the driving block 200 is installed at the inner end of the key cylinder 90 and drives the pushing block 100 to move along with the rotation of the key cylinder 90.
The end of the pushing block 100 close to the locking tongue 30 is provided with a first pressing inclined surface 1002, the first pressing inclined surface 1002 faces the locking tongue 30 and inclines towards the bottom of the accommodating cavity 101 to provide a component force for pressing down the locking tongue 30, the locking tongue 30 is provided with a second pressing inclined surface 303 opposite to the first pressing inclined surface 1002, and the first pressing inclined surface 1002 is in sliding fit with the second pressing inclined surface 303.
The character wheel assembly 40 further comprises a secret searching piece 413, the secret searching piece 413 is pivoted and matched on the base 401, one side of the secret searching piece 413 is provided with a plurality of probes 4131 arranged corresponding to the lining 404, the lining 404 is provided with probe grooves 4043 arranged corresponding to the probes 4131, when the lock core 90 rotates, the driving block 200 drives the secret searching piece 413 to rotate and enables the probes 4131 to be matched on the surface of the lining 404, when the character wheel 405 is turned until the password is correct, the probes 4131 can be embedded into the probe grooves 4043, and therefore the character wheel 405 can be turned through key matching to search the set password.
The present invention also includes a base plate 300 and a locking member (not shown). The locking end of the knob 10 is provided with a rotating shaft 102, the bottom plate 300 is provided with a shaft hole 3001, the rotating shaft 102 penetrates through the shaft hole 3001 and is connected with the locking piece, and the bottom plate 300 is connected with the panel 20. The bottom plate 300 can be used for installing the product on an opening and closing member in an actual application scene, such as a cabinet door.
The panel 20 is provided with at least one connecting post 201, the bottom of the accommodating cavity 101 is provided with an arc hole 1013, the connecting post 201 is matched in the accommodating cavity 101 and penetrates through the arc hole 1013, the arc hole 1013 gives way for the circular motion of the connecting post 201 when the panel 20 and the knob 10 rotate relatively, and the top end of the connecting post 201 is connected with the bottom plate 300. The arc length of the arc shaped hole 1013 determines the rotatable angle between the panel 20 and the knob 10. In this embodiment, the top end of the connecting column 201 is fixed to the bottom plate 300 by screws.
The functions that can be achieved by the present invention are explained below by structural changes of the present invention.
Initial state: referring to fig. 9 to 13, in an initial state (i.e. a locked state set in a conventional case) of the present invention, generally, due to an automatic character wheel resetting function (explained with reference to the following function) of the present invention or a password scrambled manually by a user, the password is not correct, and then the first protrusion 4021 of the character wheel shaft 402 and the first slot 4041 of the bushing 404 are not in a straight line, and the character wheel shaft 402 cannot extend and retract (the character wheel shaft 402 is always in an extended state under the action of the character wheel shaft spring 409), so that when the knob 10 rotates, the character wheel shaft 402 is clamped at the position of the locking tongue 30, and a product is in a locked state. Meanwhile, the protective frame 408 cannot axially move due to the limitation of the upper rail 60, so that the bushing 404 and the character wheel 405 are kept relatively static and can rotate relative to the character wheel shaft 402, and the positioning member spring 412 drives the positioning member 407 to rotate so that the clamping jaw 4071 is embedded in the third clamping groove 4052 to limit the rotation of the character wheel 405 due to the mutual attraction of the reset magnet 403 and the character wheel magnet 406, so that a user can stir the character wheel 405 to input a correct password and the character wheel 405 cannot automatically reset to cause input failure when the password is input; the lock cylinder 90 is in a default state without a key inserted and the probe 4131 of the density finder 413 is disengaged from the probe slot 4043 so as not to interfere with the rotation of the bushing 404.
Unlocking: referring to fig. 14 to 15, when the password is correct, the first protrusion 4021 of the character wheel shaft 402 is aligned with the first slot 4041 of the bushing 404, the character wheel shaft 402 can be extended and retracted, when the knob 10 is rotated, the lock tongue 30 presses the character wheel shaft 402 to retract (the first protrusion 4021 penetrates the first slot 4041), so that the end of the character wheel shaft 402 passes over the lock tongue 30, that is, unlocking is realized, and the knob 10 can be rotated within a set angle to realize other functions.
Automatic password resetting: referring to fig. 16 to 18, after the wheel axle 402 passes over the locking tongue 30, the protection bracket 408 extends out of the base 401 under the action of the protection bracket spring 410 and moves along the upper rail 60, and the protection bracket 408 drives the limit protrusion 4042 of the bushing 404 to separate from the limit slot 4051 of the wheel 405, and meanwhile, presses the lower rail 70 to move downwards; at this time, the rotation of the knob 10 causes the unlocking boss 1012 to contact the positioning member 407, which causes the claw 4071 to disengage from the third groove 4052, and the character wheel 405 rotates relative to the bushing 404 under the interaction of the reset magnet 403 and the character wheel magnet 406 (not shown in the drawings, refer to fig. 11), so that the automatic combination resetting is realized. As the knob 10 continues to rotate, the retainer 407 again disengages from the unlocking boss 1012 and resets the jam wheel 405 under the action of the retainer spring 412.
And manually setting a password: when the knob 10 is rotated to the fully opened state as shown in fig. 19, the lower rail 70 is reset by the rail spring 80, and the user can manually set the password by dialing the character wheel 405.
Resetting the upper lock character wheel: referring to fig. 20 to 22, after the user sets the password, the knob 10 is turned reversely, the protection bracket 408 moves along the upper rail 60 to overcome the elastic force of the protection bracket spring 410, so that the character wheel 405 is coupled with the bushing 404, and after the first engaging groove 4041 and the first protrusion 4021 are disengaged, the positioning member 407 is displaced under the action of the unlocking boss 1012, so that the positioning member 407 is disengaged from the character wheel 405, the character wheel 405 rotates under the action of the magnetic force, so that the automatic character wheel reset during locking is realized, and then the positioning member 407 is disengaged from the unlocking boss 1012, and the positioning member 412 resets to clamp the character wheel 405.
Locking: referring to fig. 23 to 24, after the up-lock character wheel is reset, the knob 10 is continuously rotated, the character wheel shaft 402 presses the latch 30, the latch 30 retracts, and after the character wheel shaft 402 passes through, the latch 30 is reset under the action of a latch spring 50 (not shown in the drawings, see fig. 2) to limit the rotation of the rotation 10, so as to realize locking.
Unlocking by a key: when a correct key is inserted into the lock cylinder 90 and the lock cylinder 90 is rotated, the lock cylinder 90 drives the driving block 200 to rotate, the driving block 200 drives the pushing block 100, the pushing block 100 pushes the bolt 30 to retract, the circumferential limit between the word wheel shaft 402 and the bolt 30 is cancelled, and the unlocking can be realized by rotating the knob 10.
Finding the password by the key: referring to fig. 25 and 26, when the correct key is inserted and the lock cylinder 90 is rotated (usually, in the opposite direction to the rotation of the key lock to facilitate the operation of the different functions), the lock cylinder 90 drives the driver block 200 to rotate, the driver block 200 drives the secret finder 413 to rotate and causes the probe 4131 to fit on the surface of the bush 404, when the dial 405 is dialed until the password is correct, the probe 4131 cannot be inserted into the probe groove 4043, and the bush 404 (at this time, the bush 404 is coupled with the dial 405 and remains relatively stationary) is restricted from rotating, and the dial 405 cannot be dialed again, which means that the correct password is found.
Through the structure, the bushing 404 and the character wheel 405 are separated in the relative rotation process of the knob 10 and the panel 20 by arranging the protection frame 408, and the reset magnet 403 and the character wheel magnet 406 are matched to realize automatic password resetting, so that the product is a disposable temporary password in each use and is set by a user, and the risk of password leakage and loss is greatly reduced; meanwhile, the reset magnet 403 and the character wheel magnet 406 also have the function of automatic character wheel reset, so that the potential safety hazard caused by the fact that a user forgets to disturb the password during locking can be prevented. Finally, the product of the invention has the functions of automatic password resetting and upper-locking character wheel resetting, is suitable for places with large population mobility, is convenient to manage and has high safety performance.

a reset mechanism for realizing the reset of the print wheel,
a positioning piece which is arranged on the base and is opposite to the character wheel so as to limit the reset of the character wheel,
the protection frame is arranged on the base and can axially move so as to change the matching mode of the bushing and the character wheel;
wherein, the relative rotation of the knob and the panel drives the character wheel shaft and the protective frame to move axially, and the positioning piece limits or unlocks the rotation of the character wheel, and the relative rotation process of the knob and the panel has a first position, a second position, a third position and a fourth position,
when the combination lock is in the first position, the character wheel shaft cannot move and is mutually limited with the lock tongue, the combination lock is unlocked when the password is correct, the bushing can rotate relative to the character wheel shaft, the character wheel can rotate together with the bushing, and the positioning piece limits the reset of the character wheel,
when the password resetting device is at the second position, the bushing and the character wheel shaft are relatively static, the character wheel can rotate relative to the bushing, the positioning piece does not limit the resetting of the character wheel, so that the automatic password resetting is realized,
when in the third position, the bush can rotate relative to the print wheel shaft, the print wheel can rotate together with the bush, and the positioning piece does not limit the reset of the print wheel so as to realize the automatic reset of the print wheel,
when the password setting device is in the fourth position, the bushing and the character wheel shaft are relatively static, the character wheel can rotate relative to the bushing, and the positioning piece limits the character wheel to reset so as to realize manual password setting.
