Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the present invention provides an intelligent well lid, comprising: a substrate 10 and an interposer 20 mounted on the substrate.
In this embodiment, the substrate 10 is made of a high impact PVC material (plastic alloy material), the existing substrate is generally made of cast iron or steel plate, and the cast iron or steel plate may obstruct signal transmission, even generate signal shielding, so that the monitoring center cannot receive signals in time, and does not play a monitoring role for communication facilities; meanwhile, cast iron has the defects of high installation, corrosion, heavy weight, high transportation cost and the like.
In the embodiment, the high-impact-resistance PVC material is used as a metal part substitute material to reduce the dead weight by utilizing the characteristics of excellent impact resistance, corrosion resistance, high processing efficiency and the like of the high-impact-resistance PVC material. Meanwhile, the characteristics of good signal penetrability, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, high forming efficiency and the like of the high-impact-resistance PVC composite material are fully utilized, the production efficiency is improved, and the service cycle is prolonged.
The base plate made of the high impact PVC material is prepared by blending and melting a plurality of high molecular polymers, and adopting innovative modification technology and deep modification. The product has high strength, high rigidity, good flame retardance, temperature resistance and cold resistance. The physical properties of the product are shown in Table 1.

In order to increase the strength of the substrate, a plurality of carrier ribs 16, 17 may be provided on the substrate. The carrier ribs comprise a first carrier rib 16 arranged along the edge of the substrate and a second carrier rib 17 located in the middle of the substrate. In order to increase the connection between each hole and the rib, a certain drawing angle is set, so that the vertical surfaces of the boss, the rib and the like have inclination. In the embodiment, the die drawing angle is less than 60 degrees, so that the production efficiency can be improved and the strength of the substrate can be further improved; the structure is easier to be injection molded, and the manufacturing process is optimized.
Through single-factor variable simulation analysis, the bending resistance is mainly expressed as the size of the reinforcing ribs of the substrate; the impact resistance is mainly determined by the thickness of the thinnest portion of the substrate. In the embodiment, the thickness of the thinnest position of the base plate is designed to be 6-10mm, preferably 8mm, and the thickness of the ribs is 18-25mm, preferably 20 mm. The impact resistance and the bending resistance of the substrate are optimized, and the bearing capacity is enhanced while the self weight is reduced.
Compared with the traditional steel plate, the PVC plate has larger bearing capacity and light weight. Specific comparisons are shown in table 2 below:

The base plate may be square or circular, and when the base plate is square, the second ribs may be arranged parallel to the long sides thereof. When the substrate is circular, the second ribs may include radial ribs and annular ribs, and the annular ribs are coaxial with the circular substrate. It should be noted that the invention does not limit the shape of the substrate, and according to the actual requirements of the engineering, the invention can also be in other shapes, and based on the function of the adapter plate, when the structural size of the substrate changes, the instrument control does not need to be changed.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the upper surface of the base plate is further provided with a plurality of impact-resistant shear protrusions 18, so that the product has improved shear resistance under the condition of meeting basic requirements, and the anti-slip effect is also increased. The impact resistant shear protrusions 18 may not be provided in areas where a nameplate or manufacturer Logo is desired. The impact-resistant shearing projections 18 serve as anti-slip, and more importantly, serve as impact-resistant shearing to ensure theft prevention.
The base plate 10 is provided with a buckle mounting hole 12, a bolt supporting seat mounting hole 13, a handle mounting hole 14, at least one of a bolt adjusting and triggering hole 15, a nameplate mounting hole 16 and an adapter plate mounting hole 11, so that the multifunctional lock plate is suitable for various working conditions, and the structural form can be flexibly applied according to different mounting requirements. Preferably, the mounting area of buckle mounting hole 12 can set up the rib to make buckle mounting hole 12 directly set up on the rib, in addition, spring bolt supporting seat mounting hole 13, keysets mounting hole 11 also preferably install on the rib, if its place does not have the rib in the region, also can set up on the boss that lies in the rib same height, this boss can link to each other together with bearing the rib, integrated into one piece.
The adapter plate mounting holes 11 include 4 holes in total, which are symmetrical up and down, and are used for connecting the adapter plate 20. In this embodiment, including four buckle mounting holes, can satisfy the buckle installation of different positions and size. Only two holes in the middle can be connected, and only two holes above or two holes below can be connected. If the well lid width diminishes, can cut out certain width with two upper and lower limits, it can to leave two mounting holes in the middle. The bolt support seat mounting hole 13 can satisfy the installation of current bolt size structure. The regulation hole of spring bolt can satisfy the use of adjusting tool, triggers the hole and can satisfy the contact of stretching into of triggering tool, and the size and the position in hole all are decided according to the structure of spring bolt.
The handle mounting hole 14 comprises 4 holes which are symmetrical up and down, and can be designed according to the size of the existing handle nut. The nameplate mounting hole 16 comprises 6 holes which are symmetrical up and down. The design is suitable for nameplates with different sizes, and suitable hole positions can be selected for installation according to the situation.
The adapter plate 20 for mounting the intelligent alarm 30 can be fixed on the base plate 10 through the adapter plate mounting hole 11. The intelligent alarm is arranged on the adapter plate by adopting the design of adding the adapter plate, and the adapter plate is connected with the base plate. Therefore, if the alarm device is replaced, only the adapter plate needs to be replaced, and the size design of the substrate cannot be influenced. The adapter plate is applicable in the installation of various structural style base plates, can not change because of the structural change of base plate, simultaneously, because the adapter plate is the processing preparation alone, and the processing cost is less than the processing of base plate far away, the base plate can not change because of the change of structures such as instrument and spring bolt yet.
The adapter plate takes the adaptive factor into consideration in the aspect of structural design, and is designed to be suitable for well covers of various shapes, and the well covers only need to be matched with the adapter plate mounting holes 11. Therefore, the adapter plate can be prefabricated in batches in advance and is provided with the alarm device, and workers only need to connect the complete set of adapter plate equipment with the well cover on the site, so that the work efficiency on the site is improved. Meanwhile, the structure of the well lid is simplified, and holes and grooves are not required to be excessively designed for mounting the alarm devices one by one.

The PVC material is applied to the manhole cover, has the characteristics of high rigidity and high strength, and obviously improves the functions of smashing and prying prevention. The invention also meets the requirements of reducing the signal shielding strength, corrosion resistance, weather resistance, impact resistance, installation labor intensity and the like. The weight of the existing parts is reduced, so that the later transportation cost is reduced.
Due to the effect of the adapter plate, when the structure of the substrate is changed, the instrument control still does not need to be replaced as long as the mounting position same as the adapter plate is set on the substrate, the diversification of the structural form of the substrate is ensured, and the condition that the instrument control cannot be mounted or interferes due to the special structure of the substrate is avoided.

5. The intelligent well lid of claim 2, wherein the number of the buckle mounting holes is at least two, and the buckle mounting holes are arranged close to the edge of the base plate.
