step 6: measuring the thickness of the sediment at the bottom of the tank, if the sediment at the bottom of the tank buries the bottom of the pouring guide pipe (1), lifting the pouring guide pipe (1) upwards to enable the bottom of the pouring guide pipe (1) to be higher than the sediment surface (23);
and 7: starting an air compressor, injecting high-pressure air into an inner pipe (2) in the reverse circulation hole cleaning device, forming circulation flow by slurry between the inner pipe (2) and a pouring guide pipe (1) under the action of the high-pressure air, and discharging the bottom sediment of the groove through a slag discharging pipe along a gap between the inner pipe (2) and the pouring guide pipe (1); meanwhile, a slurry pump connected with the positive circulation pouring guide pipe (20) is started, slurry in the tank is injected into the bottom of the tank through the positive circulation pouring guide pipe (20), sediment at the bottom of the tank is stirred to enable the tank to be in a suspension state, and the sediment in the suspension state is discharged through a slag discharging pipe connected with a branch pipe (8) of the reverse circulation hole cleaning device;
and 8: in the hole cleaning process, along with the reduction of sediment at the bottom of the hole, the pouring guide pipe (1) and the positive circulation pouring guide pipe (20) are timely lowered, and slurry is timely supplemented into the groove (14) in the deslagging process;
and step 9: and after hole cleaning is finished, loosening the nut for fixing the screw rod (10) on the inner pipe fixing device (9), taking out the inner pipe (2) from the pouring guide pipe (1), then detaching the seal head (3), detaching the guide pipe sealer (22), and pouring underwater concrete on the groove section to finish secondary hole cleaning.
