Abstract
The invention provides a glue solution for paper surface treatment, a paper treatment method, obtained paper and application thereof, wherein the glue solution comprises the following components in percentage by weight of 100 percent: 5% -35% of aqueous polyurethane glue solution; 0.2 to 1.5 percent of cross-linking agent; 0.3 to 3 percent of silica sol; 0-0.1% of organic silicon defoaming agent; 0.01 to 0.1 percent of pH regulator; the balance of water. The invention also provides a paper treatment method, which is to use the glue solution for paper surface treatment to carry out surface sizing treatment on paper. The invention also provides paper manufactured by the paper processing method. The paper prepared by the invention has excellent water resistance, high folding resistance and high dirt resistance, and has good combination property with ink (namely the paper has good ink absorption property and printability and excellent paper-ink combination property).
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to glue solution for paper surface treatment, a paper treatment method, obtained paper and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of special paper preparation.
Background
At present, the chemical additives applied to surface sizing in the papermaking industry are various and can be roughly divided into two types: natural macromolecules and synthetic polymers. Wherein, the natural polymer products mainly comprise starch, cellulose, hemicellulose, shellac, gelatin, chitin, sodium alginate and the like; the synthetic polymer auxiliary agents mainly comprise products such As Ketene Dimer (AKD), paraffin, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), Polyacrylamide (PAM), silicone polymer, polyurethane polymer and the like. As a surface sizing agent, starch and modified substances thereof are mostly used in the civil paper industry, according to the needs of reinforcing, improving water resistance and printing performance, other surface sizing agents and medicines such as higher-price animal glue, CMC (sodium carboxymethylcellulose), polyacrylamide polymer and the like are sometimes added, and a small amount of emulsion type functional auxiliary agents are also added to some high-grade civil products.
Due to the special characteristics of gravure printing and the special requirement of circulation resistance, the requirement on the used surface sizing agent is high, and the required surface sizing agent not only needs to meet the requirements of high mechanical strength and surface strength of paper, but also needs to meet the requirements of high circulation resistance and good paper and ink binding performance of paper. At present, PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) is generally used as a main sizing agent for domestic and foreign security paper, but because a polyvinyl alcohol surface sizing agent has poor water resistance and large polarity, a water repellent agent is generally required to be added, and most of the existing water-soluble water repellent agents such as amino resin water repellent agents can not meet the requirements of paper and ink binding performance.
Therefore, providing a glue solution for paper surface treatment, a paper treatment method, the obtained paper and application thereof become technical problems to be solved in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above disadvantages and shortcomings, an object of the present invention is to provide a glue solution for surface treatment of paper.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the glue solution for the surface treatment of the paper.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a paper treating method for surface sizing paper using the above-mentioned glue solution for surface treatment of paper.
It is a further object of the present invention to provide a paper sheet produced by the above paper sheet processing method.
It is also an object of the invention to provide the use of the paper as a stock paper for value documents.

The glue solution for paper surface treatment provided by the invention has extremely strong film-forming property, wherein the used aqueous polyurethane glue solution has high mechanical stability and high-temperature stability, and can meet the process requirements of high shearing, extrusion, high temperature and the like in the glue applying and pressing process of valuable paper such as banknote paper and the like.
On the other hand, the invention also provides a preparation method of the glue solution for paper surface treatment, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
uniformly mixing the aqueous polyurethane glue solution with water to obtain a mixture A; adding a pH regulator into the mixture A to regulate the pH value of the mixture A to 6-8, adding silica sol into the mixture A after the pH value is regulated, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture B; and adding a cross-linking agent into the mixture B and uniformly mixing to obtain a glue solution for treating the surface of the paper.
In the above-described method for preparing a glue solution for paper surface treatment, preferably, when the glue solution for paper surface treatment contains a silicone defoamer, the method for preparing the glue solution for paper surface treatment comprises the following steps:
uniformly mixing the aqueous polyurethane glue solution and water to obtain a mixture A; adding a pH regulator into the mixture A to regulate the pH value of the mixture A to 6-8, adding silica sol into the mixture A after the pH value is regulated, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture B; adding a cross-linking agent into the mixture B and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture C; and adding the organic silicon defoaming agent into the mixture C and uniformly mixing to obtain the glue solution for treating the paper surface.
In the present invention, the pH of the aqueous polyurethane glue solution may vary for various reasons such as the manufacturer thereof, and therefore, after the aqueous polyurethane glue solution is diluted with water, it is necessary to selectively add an appropriate pH adjusting agent to the diluted solution to adjust and stabilize the pH of the diluted solution to 6 to 8 according to the pH of the diluted solution.
In still another aspect, the present invention also provides a paper sheet treatment method, wherein the paper sheet treatment method performs surface sizing treatment on paper sheets by using the above-mentioned glue solution for paper sheet surface treatment.
In the paper treatment method, preferably, the sizing solution for paper surface treatment is prepared into a sizing solution with a mass concentration of 5-36% (calculated based on the total weight of the obtained sizing solution), and then the sizing solution is used for paper surface sizing treatment.
In the above-mentioned paper sheet treatment method, it is preferable that the amount of the glue solution on the paper sheet surface (the glue solution for paper sheet surface treatment) is controlled to 3 to 15g/m in the surface sizing treatment process2。
Wherein, in the surface sizing treatment process, the amount of the glue solution on the surface of the paper is controlled to be 3-15g/m2The amount of the glue solution for paper surface treatment for controlling the double surfaces of paper is 3-15g/m2。
In still another aspect, the invention further provides paper, wherein the paper is produced by the paper processing method.

The paper provided by the invention has high folding endurance, and can meet the requirements of high folding endurance and high flow resistance of valuable paper such as banknote paper and the like.

The paper obtained by the invention has excellent water resistance, high folding resistance and high dirt resistance, and has good combination property with ink (namely the paper has good ink absorption property and printability and excellent paper-ink combination property).

at normal temperature, 667kg of PU (polyurethane) with solid content of 30 percent is added into a glue making pot, 1303kg of water is added, and the mixture is stirred evenly; then adding 1kg of sodium hydroxide aqueous solution with the solid content of 30% to stabilize the pH value of the glue solution between 6 and 8, and then adding 10kg of silica sol with the solid content of 20% to mix evenly; adding 20kg of cross-linking agent isocyanate and stirring uniformly; and finally, adding 1kg of an organic silicon defoaming agent with the solid content of 22% and uniformly stirring to finally obtain the silica sol modified waterborne polyurethane emulsion (namely the glue solution for paper surface treatment), pumping the silica sol modified waterborne polyurethane emulsion into a glue storage tank, and pumping the glue storage tank into a glue applying groove for later use.

The embodiment provides a glue solution for paper surface treatment, wherein the glue solution for paper surface treatment comprises the following components in parts by weight:

2. The glue solution for paper surface treatment according to claim 1, comprising, based on 100% by total weight of the glue solution for paper surface treatment:
5% -35% of aqueous polyurethane glue solution;
0.2 to 1.5 percent of cross-linking agent;
0.3 to 3 percent of silica sol;
0.01 to 0.1 percent of organic silicon defoaming agent;
0.01 to 0.1 percent of pH regulator;
the balance of water.
3. The glue solution for paper surface treatment according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the pH regulator comprises hydrochloric acid or aqueous sodium hydroxide solution.
