Abstract
The invention provides a method for modifying and dyeing cotton fabric, and also provides a modifier suitable for the dyeing method, which contains a multi-reactive-center cationic polymer shown in a formula (I). The active cationic polymer modified cotton fabric can realize a salt-free low-alkali dyeing process, improve the dye uptake of dye, enhance the antibacterial performance of the cotton fabric, and has the functions of water saving, energy saving and emission reduction.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cotton fabric dyeing, and particularly relates to a method for modifying and dyeing an all-cotton fabric.
Background
Cotton fabric is hygroscopic, breathable and soft in hand feeling, is mainly used for making underwear, sports wear, T-shirts and the like, and is widely used in the field of outerwear and even fashionable clothes due to rich varieties and high grade. The cotton knitted fabric is mainly dyed by reactive dyes, and the dyeing process technology is a mature process for dyeing cotton fabrics.
The natural dye is natural, harmless to human health, good in compatibility with the environment, free of environmental pollution, biodegradable, and meets the requirements of modern people on self health and environmental protection. Therefore, the process technology for reducing the water for dyeing is more in line with the modern concept of environmental protection and ecology.
Most dyes have higher dye uptake and color fastness on protein fibers such as silk, wool and the like, while the dye uptake on cellulose fibers such as cotton, hemp and the like is low, the color fastness is also poor, and the dye can reach higher dye uptake and color fastness only by being treated by a mordant. The dye has better dye-uptake and dye fastness on protein fibers, and reactive groups in the cellulose fibers only have hydroxyl groups, are single in type and lack positive groups similar to amino groups. Therefore, aiming at the defects that the affinity between the natural dye and the cotton fiber is small, the type of the active group on the cotton fiber is single, and the reaction capability is not strong, the chemical modification is greatly tried in the field to the cotton fiber, so that the surface of the cotton fiber has cationic property, the binding capability of the cotton fiber and the natural dye is enhanced, and the dye uptake and the color fastness of the natural dye on the cotton fabric are improved.
The existing modifier, especially the small molecular modifier has the advantages of good leveling property and permeability, but poor stability, so that the problems of large required dosage, low effective utilization rate and the like exist, and certain environmental pollution is caused.
Therefore, in the field of dyeing of cotton fabric by using reactive dyes, a modifier and a dyeing process which are more environment-friendly and have higher activity are still needed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a method for modifying and dyeing an all-cotton fabric, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a modifier comprising a compound having formula (I'),

carrying out one-bath copolymerization on a diallyl dialkyl ammonium halide solution and an N-alkyl-diallyl amine hydrochloride solution at the temperature of 80-120 ℃ under the action of a persulfate initiator to obtain an oligomer;
cooling to normal temperature to remove CH2(O)CHCH2Dropping the solution X, and reacting for 3-12h at the temperature of not higher than 100 ℃ in an insulation way to obtain a cation modifier liquid product containing the compound with the formula (I');
(2) modification of all-cotton fabric:
preparing the cationic modifier liquid product obtained in the step (1) with soft water to obtain a solution with the concentration of about 5-10g/L, adding pure cotton cloth according to the bath ratio of about 1:10, adding a nonionic penetrating agent JFC of 0.5-1g/L, then adding NaOH of 1.5-5g/L, heating to 75-80 ℃ at the heating rate of 1.2 ℃/min, and carrying out constant-temperature reaction for 30-60 minutes;
discharging liquid after the temperature is reduced to below 55 ℃, washing the liquid for 1 time by cold water, and then neutralizing and washing the liquid for 1 time by 0.5g/l of acetic acid to obtain the cation modified cotton fabric;
(3) dyeing:
putting the cation modified cotton fabric prepared in the step (2) into a dyeing machine, adding soft water at a bath ratio of 1:10, dissolving the dye with reflux water, and injecting the dye into the dyeing machine; wherein the dye formula is as follows: reactive dyes: 1-5% owf; na (Na)2CO3Injecting into dyeing machine with concentration of 5-10g/L, dyeing at 60 deg.C for 30-60min, and discharging dyeing residue; adding cold water, washing for 10min, and discharging liquid; neutralizing and washing with glacial acetic acid of 0.5g/L at room temperature for 10min, and discharging; washing with room temperature water for 10min to discharge liquid; taking the dyed fabric out of the vat, dehydrating, and drying at 130 ℃ to obtain the dyed fabric.

Different from the prior art, the method for modifying and dyeing the all-cotton fabric provided by the invention is used for modifying the all-cotton fabric by preparing the cationic modifier liquid product containing the compound shown in the formula (I'), and the modified all-cotton fabric is placed in a dyeing machine for dyeing to obtain the dyed fabric. By adopting the dyeing method, the stability of dyeing can be improved on the premise of ensuring better levelling property and permeability, the problems of large using amount and low effective utilization rate are solved, and the problem of environmental pollution caused by dyeing is avoided.
Detailed Description
The invention provides a method for modifying and dyeing an all-cotton fabric, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a modifier comprising a compound having formula (I'),

(3) dyeing:
putting the cation modified cotton fabric prepared in the step (2) into a dyeing machine, adding soft water at a bath ratio of 1:10, dissolving the dye with reflux water, and injecting the dye into the dyeing machine; wherein the dye formula is as follows: reactive dyes: 1-5% owf; na (Na)2CO3Injecting into dyeing machine with concentration of 5-10g/L, dyeing at 60 deg.C for 30-60min, and discharging dyeing residue; adding cold water, washing for 10min, and discharging liquid; neutralizing and washing with glacial acetic acid of 0.5g/L at room temperature for 10min, and discharging; washing with room temperature water for 10min to discharge liquid; taking the dyed fabric out of the vat, dehydrating, and drying at 130 ℃ to obtain the dyed fabric.

putting the cation modified cotton fabric prepared in the step (2) into a dyeing machine, adding soft water at a bath ratio of 1:10, dissolving the dye with reflux water, and injecting the dye into the dyeing machine; wherein the dye formula is as follows: reactive dyes: 1-5% owf; na (Na)2CO3Injecting into dyeing machine, dyeing at constant temperature of 60 deg.C for 30-60min, and discharging residual dyeing liquid; adding cold water, washing for 10min, and discharging liquid; neutralizing and washing with glacial acetic acid of 0.5g/L at room temperature for 10min, and discharging; washing with water at room temperature for 10min to discharge liquid; taking the dyed fabric out of the vat, dehydrating, and drying at 130 ℃ to obtain the dyed fabric.

5. The method for modifying and dyeing cotton fabric according to claim 1, wherein m + n is 200-2000.
