Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of mosquito treatment, in particular to a preparation method of an insecticide controlled-release fabric.
Background
More than half of people live in the threat of diseases transmitted by mosquitoes all over the world, the mosquitoes transmit the diseases by contacting human blood, and malaria caused by the diseases is used as a vector infectious disease, the epidemic factors are complex, and the diseases have the characteristics of quick transmission and easy repetition, so the human health is threatened all the time. On the basis, the mosquito control work has very important significance. Various mosquito control methods are also in succession, and with continuous improvement and innovation of mosquito prevention and killing means, the transmission of malaria in some countries and regions is controlled to a certain extent, but because of the appearance of more and more malarial protozoa and the generation of drug resistance thereof, the damage caused by mosquito transmission cannot be improved by simply finishing textiles by a certain insecticide. Therefore, the key point of malaria prevention and treatment lies in cutting off or eliminating the transmission path by adopting a novel means and protecting susceptible people.
The prior art has incorporated pesticides into polymer matrices to exert their effect, however control of pesticides has long been considered a problematic issue. The release rate of the insecticide in the polymer matrix is too fast resulting in a fast expulsion of the insecticidal effect from the matrix; at too slow a release rate, the desired efficacy and appropriate regeneration characteristics may not be obtained during the process of shedding or transferring the pesticide (e.g., water washing). The prior art does not control the release rate of the pesticide very well.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a preparation method of an insecticide controlled-release fabric, which comprises the following specific preparation processes:
1) firstly, putting a fabric into padding equipment, and finishing the fabric by adopting the equipment to uniformly spread the fabric in the equipment;
2) preparing finishing liquid, then putting the finishing liquid into a soaking liquid tank, uniformly spreading and putting the fabric treated in the step into the soaking liquid tank, fully soaking the fabric in the finishing liquid through the liquid tank, and taking out the fabric for later use after full soaking;
3) rolling the dipped fabric by a roller, pressing finishing liquid in the fabric out of the fabric, and fully combining the finishing liquid with the fabric at the same time, so that the liquid carrying rate of the fabric is controlled to be 70-110%;
4) placing the pressed fabric into a dryer for qualitative determination, wherein the drying and setting temperature is 70-140 ℃;
5) and taking out the dried fabric, and finishing the fabric to obtain the fabric with the pesticide controllable release function.
The finishing liquid comprises the following components of a pyrethroid insecticide, a novel adhesive and a preservative, and the mass ratio of the pyrethroid insecticide to the novel adhesive to the preservative is 2-12%: 5% -30%: 1 to 2 percent, the sum of the components is 100 percent, and the balance is purified water.
The pyrethroid insecticides include cis-cypermethrin, permethrin, deltamethrin and cyhalothrin, preferably cis-cypermethrin.
The fabric dipping time is 30-60 min.
The drying time of the fabric is 15-40 min.
The preservative is eugenol.
The fabric is a polymer matrix, preferably polyethylene terephthalate (PET).
The novel adhesive is composed of 20-35 parts of butyl acrylate, 4-10 parts of acrylic acid, 2-4 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 2-4 parts of acrylic resin and 3-4 parts of polyacrylamide.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention improves the existing components and production process, applies a novel adhesive in the application, increases the combination of the pyrethroid and the fabric, and also utilizes a roller for rolling after dipping to enable the finishing liquid to penetrate into the fabric fiber more deeply, and the novel adhesive is closely attached with the fabric fiber to avoid the fabric losing the insect expelling effect after being washed.
The present invention controls the release rate of the pesticide in the polymer matrix by controlling the amount of the novel binder added. The invention can control the release rate of the insecticide in the polymer matrix by controlling the adding ratio of the adhesive to the insecticide. Thereby ensuring that the mosquito net prepared by the technology of the invention has water washing resistance, ideal biological effect and proper regeneration characteristic.
