Background
The coke oven supplementary heating system is applied to a mixed gas heating system of a compound heat type coke oven, and is a standby heating mode when horizontal fire paths are not sufficient in heating. In the design, only joints of supplementary heating pipes are reserved for 2 flame paths of the furnace end. When the supplementary heating is needed, the soft rubber pipe is used for connecting the supplementary heating pipe joint with the supplementary heating main pipe, and the coke oven gas is sent to the bottom of the furnace end vertical flue for heating the coke oven.
And the lower spray pipes of the transverse vertical flame paths of the transverse middle flame paths are not provided with the joints of the supplementary heating pipes and cannot be connected. 1. opening a hole in the middle of a blocking cover of a lower spray pipe of the vertical flue;
2. extending the supplementary heating steel pipe into the vertical flue lower spray pipe from the opening, and mounting an adjustable limiting ring on the supplementary heating steel pipe extending into the vertical flue lower spray pipe, wherein the adjustable limiting ring is positioned in the vertical flue lower spray pipe;
3. a ceramic fiber pad is used for sealing between the adjustable limiting ring and the blocking cover;

5. adjusting the depth of the supplementary heating steel pipe extending into the vertical flue steel pipe according to the position of the limit ring arranged on the supplementary heating steel pipe;
6. and the tail end of the supplementary heating steel pipe is connected to a supplementary heating main pipe by using a hose, so that accurate heat supply to the fire road is realized.
