Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of hot melt adhesives special for steel wire coating, in particular to a hot melt adhesive special for temperature-resistant and oil-resistant steel wire coating.
Background
The steel wire wound reinforced polyethylene composite pipe is a pressure-resistant composite pipe manufactured by using a spirally wound steel wire as a middle reinforcing layer, combines the advantages of sanitation, corrosion resistance and high strength of the steel wire of polyethylene, and has the national standard of GB/T32439-2015. The pipeline can be widely applied to the pressure-resistant water supply field, such as municipal administration, road and bridge, chemical industry, agriculture and the like. Due to the good stability and pressure resistance of pipelines, more and more extensive applications are achieved in recent years.
The steel wire used for reinforcing in the pipeline is a copper-plated steel wire, and the steel wire and the polyethylene material have no adhesiveness, so that a layer of hot melt adhesive needs to be coated in advance to ensure the interface bonding force during production, and the overall stability of the pipeline is ensured.
Chinese patent: the publication number CN102040931A reports a hot melt adhesive for the adhesive resin of the steel wire winding reinforced polyethylene composite pipe, which can realize the adhesion of a steel wire and a polyethylene layer and can meet the basic performance requirements of pipelines. Chinese patent: the publication No. 108264866A discloses a high-strength adhesive resin for a steel wire-wound reinforced polyethylene composite pipe, and a preparation method and application thereof report that a hot melt adhesive with high strength performance can provide better pressure resistance in addition to meeting the basic performance requirements of pipelines.
However, the above patent does not consider the characteristics of the steel wire production process, and the steel wire provided by the manufacturer at present generally adopts a mode of coating a layer of anti-corrosion oil to protect the surface of the steel wire and prevent the surface layer of the steel wire from being corroded when the steel wire is transported or stored. Although the layer of anti-corrosive oil plays a role of corrosion prevention, the adhesion of the hot melt adhesive and the steel wire is affected because the grease has a barrier function.
Meanwhile, in the national standard of steel wire wound reinforced composite pipes, the pipeline is required to meet the high-temperature hydrostatic pressure test, and the hot melt adhesive coating with general performance has poor heat resistance and is easy to be debonded at high temperature, so that the product performance is influenced. Therefore, in order to solve the above two problems, it is necessary to develop a special temperature-resistant oil-resistant steel wire coating hot melt adhesive.
