The environment-friendly chlorine-free nail-free glue according to claim 1, characterized by comprising 12-14 parts of polyvinyl acetate, 7-9 parts of ground calcium carbonate, 9-15 parts of precipitated silica, 14-18 parts of hydroxypropyl cellulose, 4-8 parts of acrylic polyurethane aqueous dispersion, 6-8 parts of zinc-loaded carbon nanofiber, 11-15 parts of vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, 7-9 parts of anti-aging agent, 5-7 parts of anti-freezing agent, 5-9 parts of tert-butyl phenolic resin, 9-13 parts of filler, 11-17 parts of silane-terminated polymer and 8-12 parts of non-organic tin catalyst.

The environment-friendly chlorine-free nail-free glue according to claim 1, wherein the glue comprises 13 parts of polyvinyl acetate, 8 parts of ground calcium carbonate, 12 parts of precipitated silica, 16 parts of hydroxypropyl cellulose, 6 parts of acrylic polyurethane aqueous dispersion, 7 parts of zinc-loaded nano carbon fiber, 13 parts of vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, 8 parts of anti-aging agent, 6 parts of anti-freezing agent, 7 parts of tert-butyl phenolic resin, 11 parts of filler, 14 parts of silane-terminated polymer and 10 parts of non-organic tin catalyst.
4. The environment-friendly chlorine-free nail-free glue according to claim 1, wherein the silane-terminated polymer is silane-terminated polyether or silane-terminated polyurethane, and the non-organotin catalyst is an organic amine environment-friendly catalyst.
5. The environment-friendly chlorine-free nail-free glue according to claim 1, wherein the filler is one of calcium carbonate, talcum powder and kaolin, the anti-aging agent is a mixture of methanol and ethylene glycol, and the anti-freezing agent is ethylene glycol.
6. The preparation method of the environment-friendly chlorine-free nail-free glue according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, preparing materials: weighing the raw materials according to various components;
s2 preparation of a pre-reaction solution: adding polyvinyl acetate, heavy calcium carbonate, zinc-loaded nano carbon fibers and vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion into a dispersion reaction kettle, stirring, heating to 60-90 ℃, stirring for 30-50min, adding a filler, a silane terminated polymer and a non-organic tin catalyst, stirring for 20min, and keeping the temperature at 70-80 ℃ to obtain a pre-reaction solution;
s3, preparing a finished product glue: and (5) putting the pre-reaction liquid prepared in the step (S2), precipitated silicon dioxide, hydroxypropyl cellulose, acrylic polyurethane aqueous dispersion, tert-butyl phenolic resin, an anti-aging agent and an anti-freezing agent into a dispersion stirrer, starting stirring at the stirring speed of 400-600 revolutions per minute for 20-60 minutes, and standing at normal temperature for 1-3 hours to obtain the finished nail-free glue.
