Abstract
The invention relates to a chameleon material, which comprises, by weight, 95-98% of a carrier, 0.8-1.2% of chameleon pearl powder, 0.1-0.5% of a dispersing agent and 1.0-1.8% of silicone powder, and an injection molding member is obtained by using a stirrer, a double-screw extruder and an injection molding machine in a matching manner. The injection molding part obtained by the invention has high glossiness and friction resistance, the surface can change color along with the angle, fantastic color is generated, no flow mark phenomenon exists in the injection molding process, and the physical properties of the raw materials are not greatly influenced after various materials are added.

The invention selects a carrier with high light transmittance, uniformly disperses by adding a dispersing agent, then adds an imported dispersing agent and scratch-resistant silicone powder to obtain an injection molding material to be processed, and obtains an injection molding piece by matching a double-screw extruder and an injection molding machine.

Preferably, the extrusion temperature of a double-screw extruder of the extruder is 220-250 ℃, the rotating speed of a main machine is 350-450 r/min, and the feeding frequency is kept at 18-25 r/m.
Preferably, the temperature of the injection molding machine is 230 ℃, and the dwell time is 0.6H.

uniformly stirring 1.0% of the gradient toner and the primarily uniformly mixed material to obtain a final material;
and (3) finally, feeding the material into an extruder for extrusion, wherein the extrusion temperature of the extruder is 230 ℃, the rotating speed of a main machine is 380r/min, and the feeding frequency is 20r/m, and then performing injection molding by using an injection molding machine to obtain the chameleon material.
Example two:
the chameleon material comprises, by weight, 97.1% of ABS resin, 0.9% of gradient toner, 0.3% of oil-soluble carbon black, 0.9% of inlet diffusion powder, 0.6% of silicone powder and 0.2% of diffusion oil.
A processing method of chameleon material comprises the following steps:
uniformly mixing and stirring 97.1% of ABS resin, 0.3% of oil-soluble carbon black, 0.9% of diffusion powder and 0.6% of silicone powder to obtain a primarily uniformly mixed material;
uniformly stirring 0.9% of the gradient toner and the primarily uniformly mixed material to obtain a final material;
and (3) finally, feeding the material into an extruder for extrusion, wherein the extrusion temperature of the extruder is 240 ℃, the rotating speed of a main machine is 400r/min, and the feeding frequency is 22r/m, and then performing injection molding by using an injection molding machine to obtain the chameleon material.
Example three:
the chameleon material comprises, by weight, 96.2% of ABS resin, 1.1% of gradient toner, 0.4% of oil-soluble carbon black, 1.2% of inlet diffusion powder, 0.7% of silicone powder and 0.4% of diffusion oil.
A processing method of chameleon material comprises the following steps:
uniformly mixing and stirring 96.2% of ABS resin, 0.4% of oil-soluble carbon black, 1.2% of diffusion powder and 0.7% of silicone powder to obtain a primarily uniformly mixed material;
uniformly stirring 1.1% of the gradient toner and the primarily uniformly mixed material to obtain a final material;
and (3) feeding the final material into an extruder for extrusion, wherein the extrusion temperature of the extruder is 250 ℃, the rotating speed of a main machine is 430r/min, and the feeding frequency is 24r/m, and then performing injection molding by using an injection molding machine to obtain the chameleon material.
Comparative example:

5. The chameleon material as claimed in claim 4, wherein the inlet diffusion powder is 0.8-1.3% of the total amount, and the diffusion oil is 0.1-0.5% of the total amount.

The processing method of the chameleon material is characterized in that the chameleon material comprises, by weight, 95-98% of a carrier, 0.8-1.2% of chameleon pearl powder, 0.1-0.5% of oil-soluble carbon black, 1.0-1.8% of a dispersing agent and 0.3-0.8% of silicone powder, and the processing method of the chameleon material further comprises the following steps:
uniformly mixing and stirring 95-98% of carrier, 0.1-0.5% of oil-soluble carbon black, 1.0-1.8% of dispersing agent and 0.3-0.8% of silicone powder to obtain a primarily uniformly mixed material;
uniformly stirring 0.8-1.2% chameleon pearl powder and the primarily uniformly mixed material to obtain a final material;
and (3) sending the final material into an extruder for extrusion, and then performing injection molding by using an injection molding machine to obtain the chameleon material.
7. The processing method of chameleon material as claimed in claim 6, wherein the extrusion temperature of the extruder is 220-250 ℃, the rotation speed of the main engine is 350-450 r/min, and the feeding frequency is kept at 18-25 r/m.
8. The method for processing chameleon material according to claim 6, wherein the temperature of the injection molding machine is 230 ℃, and the dwell time is 0.6H.
