(2) when a water body enters the filtering box 2, the water body firstly falls into the filtering box from the upper end of the innermost regular polygon filtering ring frame 200, is filtered by the filtering nets 202 on each side of the innermost regular polygon filtering ring frame 200, then enters the next regular polygon filtering ring frame 200 through the filtering nets 202, is filtered for the second time by the filtering nets 202 on each side of the regular polygon filtering ring frame 200, then passes through the corresponding filtering net 202 on the outermost regular polygon filtering ring frame 200, and is pumped to the microorganism reaction box 3 through a water pump, and when more filter residues exist between the two adjacent regular polygon filtering ring frames 200, the water body is connected with a lifting hanging ring 203 through a hook of an external lifting device, so that the whole filtering element 20 is lifted out for cleaning;
(3) when a water body enters the microbial reaction box 3, a first rotating motor 302 is started, the first rotating motor 302 drives a first rotating shaft 301 to rotate, so that the whole fixed mounting frame 300 rotates, the corresponding microbial filler boxes 304 on the 5 filler mounting columns 303 fully contact with various parts of the water body and decompose organic substances in the water body, the organic substances are pumped to the filler box 4 through an external water pump after decomposition, when microbial fillers in the microbial filler boxes 304 need to be changed, the mounting bottom boxes 3040 can be taken down from the filler mounting columns 303 to change the microbial filler boxes 304, or the connecting rings 3041 can be directly taken down from the fastening columns 3043 to complete separation of the mounting cover 3042 and the mounting bottom boxes 3040, and the microbial fillers can be added into the inside;
(4) after the water body enters the dosing tank 4, the second rotating motor 411 is started, the second rotating motor 411 drives the second rotating shaft 4100 to rotate, so that the rotating cylinder 410 rotates, meanwhile, a flocculating agent is added into the rotating cylinder 410 through the dosing port 40, the flocculating agent flows into each vertical dosing tank 412 respectively, and finally the flocculating agent is dispersed and flows out through 25 dosing holes 4122 at the dosing port 4120 to be uniformly dispersed into the water body in the dosing tank 4, so that invisible harmful substances such as COD (chemical oxygen demand), BOD (biochemical oxygen demand), heavy metal ions and the like in the water body are coagulated into collectable floccules;
(5) take out to except that wadding case 5 with above-mentioned cotton-shaped water, the flocculent deposit in the water is through removing wadding slope net 50 when, can be kept apart the filtration, when the flocculent deposit is more, can open row material apron 51 and discharge it, and the water of handling gets into storage water tank 6 through removing wadding slope net 50 afterwards and treats the irrigation use.
Examples of the experiments
Taking domestic wastewater as raw water, wherein the sampling volume is 50L, and repeatedly sampling for 8 times, wherein four groups are experimental groups, the other four groups are control groups, and the main water quality indexes are measured as follows: the COD is 26-30mg/L, NH3-N is 18-20mg/L, TN is 10-20mg/L, TP is 5-7mg/L, the domestic wastewater of the experimental group is treated by the wastewater filtering device of the invention, the domestic wastewater of the control group is treated by the existing wastewater filtering device, the wastewater treatment conditions under the water temperatures of 20 ℃, 25 ℃, 30 ℃ and 35 ℃ are respectively measured by the four experimental groups, and the four control groups are the same as the above, so that the domestic wastewater purification treatment effect table is obtained.

And (4) conclusion: as can be seen from Table 1, after the wastewater filtering device provided by the invention is used for treating raw water of an experimental group, the content of each index in the raw water is obviously lower than that of a control group, and the content of each index in water quality is closer to the content of a standard index parameter when the raw water is treated at the water temperature of 30 ℃.

Claims (7)

1. The waste water filtering device for agricultural water-saving irrigation is characterized by mainly comprising a preliminary sedimentation tank (1) with a water inlet (10) at the upper end and a sewage pump (11) arranged inside, a filtering tank (2) communicated with the upper end of the preliminary sedimentation tank (1) and provided with a filtering element (20) inside, a microbial reaction tank (3) communicated with the filtering tank (2) and provided with a microbial packing frame (30) inside, a dosing tank (4) communicated with the microbial reaction tank (3) and added with a flocculating agent inside, a floc removing tank (5) communicated with the dosing tank (4), and a water storage tank (6) communicated with the floc removing tank (5);
the filtering element (20) is formed by concentrically nesting a plurality of regular polygon filtering ring frames (200) which are uniformly distributed from inside to outside and have sequentially increased side length, the bottom ends of two adjacent regular polygon filtering ring frames (200) are closed, the position of each side edge of each regular polygon filtering ring frame (200) is respectively provided with an inserting groove (201), each inserting groove (201) is internally inserted with a filtering net (202) in a vertical direction in an inserting way, the filtering nets (202) on the same regular polygon filtering ring frame (200) have the same mesh number, the mesh number of the filtering nets (202) inserted on the regular polygon filtering ring frames (200) distributed from inside to outside is sequentially increased, and each regular polygon filtering ring frame (200) is provided with a lifting hanging ring (203) connected with a hook of an external lifting device.

The waste water filtering device for agricultural water-saving irrigation as claimed in claim 1, wherein the microorganism packing frame (30) comprises a fixed mounting frame (300) vertically arranged in the microorganism reaction box (3) and provided with a first rotating shaft (301) at the center, a first rotating motor (302) electrically connected with the first rotating shaft (301), a plurality of packing mounting columns (303) vertically arranged in the fixed mounting frame (300), and a plurality of microorganism packing boxes (304) uniformly arranged on each packing mounting column (303) from top to bottom.
3. The waste water filtering device for agricultural water-saving irrigation according to claim 1, wherein the flocculating agent added in the dosing tank (4) is polyacrylamide.

The agricultural water-saving irrigation waste water filtering device as claimed in claim 3, wherein a drug inlet (40) is formed in the upper end of the drug adding box (4), a drug adding element (41) is arranged in the drug adding box (4), the drug adding element (41) comprises a rotating cylinder (410) which is vertically arranged in the drug adding box (4) and provided with a second rotating shaft (4100) at the bottom end and a second rotating motor (411) at the upper end communicated with the drug inlet (40), the rotating motor (411) electrically connected with the second rotating shaft (4100), and a plurality of vertical drug adding boxes (412) which are uniformly arranged in the circumferential direction of the rotating cylinder (410), are communicated with the side wall of the rotating cylinder (410) and are provided with a plurality of drug outlets (4120) on the side wall.

The agricultural water-saving irrigation waste water filtering device as claimed in claim 4, wherein a medicine outlet (4121) is arranged at the medicine outlet (4120), one end of the medicine outlet (4121) is connected with the medicine outlet (4120), and a plurality of medicine outlet holes (4122) are uniformly formed in the outer wall of the other end of the medicine outlet (4121).

The waste water filtering device for agricultural water-saving irrigation according to claim 1, wherein a flocculation removing inclined net (50) is obliquely arranged in the flocculation removing tank (5), and a discharge cover plate (51) is arranged on the side wall of the flocculation removing tank (5) and at the lower end of the flocculation removing inclined net (50).
7. A method of filtering waste water by using the waste water filtering device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized by mainly comprising the steps of:
(1) adding wastewater into a primary sedimentation tank (1) through a water inlet (10) for primary sedimentation, slowly raising the water level of a water body subjected to primary sedimentation, then feeding the water body into a filtering tank (2), and pumping the water body to the outside through a sewage pump (11) for independent treatment when more precipitated impurities exist in the primary sedimentation tank (1);
(2) when water enters the filtering box (2), the water firstly falls into the filtering box from the upper end of the innermost regular polygon filtering ring frame (200), is filtered by the filtering nets (202) on each side of the innermost regular polygon filtering ring frame (200), then enters the next regular polygon filtering ring frame (200) through the filtering nets (202), is filtered for the second time by the filtering nets (202) on each side of the regular polygon filtering ring frame (200), then passes through the corresponding filtering nets (202) on each regular polygon filtering ring frame (200) from inside to outside until the water flows between the outermost regular polygon filtering ring frame (200) and the filtering box (2), and then is pumped to the microorganism reaction box (3) through a water pump, when more filter residues exist between the two adjacent regular polygon filtering ring frames (200), the water is connected with a lifting hanging ring (203) through a hook of an external lifting device, lifting out the whole filter element (20) for cleaning;
(3) after a water body enters the microbial reaction box (3), starting a first rotating motor (302), wherein the first rotating motor (302) drives a first rotating shaft (301) to rotate, so that the whole fixed mounting frame (300) rotates, and when the whole fixed mounting frame (300) rotates, corresponding microbial packing boxes (304) on a plurality of packing mounting columns (303) are in full contact with all parts of the water body and decompose organic substances in the water body, and after decomposition, the microbial packing boxes are pumped to a dosing box (4) through an external water pump;
(4) after the water body enters the dosing tank (4), a second rotating motor (411) is started, the second rotating motor (411) drives a second rotating shaft (4100) to rotate, so that the rotating cylinder (410) rotates, meanwhile, a flocculating agent is added into the rotating cylinder (410) through the medicine inlet (40), the flocculating agent flows into each vertical dosing tank (412) respectively, and finally, the flocculating agent is dispersed and uniformly dispersed into the water body in the dosing tank (4) through a plurality of medicine outlet holes (4122) at the medicine outlet (4120) to coagulate COD, BOD and heavy metal ions in the water body into collectable floccules;
(5) take out above-mentioned cotton-shaped water to except that wadding case (5), the flocculent deposit in the water is through removing wadding inclined net (50) when, can be kept apart the filtration, when the flocculent deposit is more, can open row material apron (51) and discharge it, and the water of handling gets into storage water tank (6) subsequently through removing wadding inclined net (50) and treats the irrigation use.
