The invention belongs to the field of loading and unloading operation. The goods to be grabbed are not limited to pulp, and the goods can be automatically loaded and unloaded by the lifting appliance as long as the goods are bound together.
The existing lifting appliance needs manual loading and unloading, or needs manual 'hooking', and can only automatically finish 'unhooking'.
Disclosure of Invention

In the example, the slewing drive device 2 is a worm and gear type slewing bearing 2.2 driven by a hydraulic motor 2.1, the hydraulic motor 2.1 drives a worm, the worm drives an inner ring 2.2.1 of the slewing bearing with a worm wheel, the inner ring of the slewing device is connected with the frame 1, and the outer ring is fixed on a main machine, so that the whole lifting appliance is driven to perform slewing motion. Of course, other rotary drives may be used.
As shown in fig. 2, the lifting hook 3 completes the opening and closing of the lifting hook through the cylinder 3.1, and only a driver of a crane or a material grabbing machine needs to carry out remote operation, and infinite extra personnel carry out short-distance operation. Of course, an actuating mechanism such as a hydraulic cylinder or an electric cylinder can be selected to complete the opening and closing of the lifting hook.
When the lifting hook is opened, the lifting hook is opened to form a certain opening, and the opening of the lifting hook falls into the range of the binding rope through the operation of a driver of the host; at the moment, the driver operates the lifting hook to complete the closing action, and the binding rope is grabbed into the lifting hook. The process can be operated by only one person of a driver to complete the cargo grabbing action.
The aligning seat 4 is connected with the shaft 3.2 on the hook 3. The alignment seat 4 is adjusted in position by the base 1.1 in order to accommodate different sizes of goods.
Four support tubes 6 are also provided on the frame 1. The support tube 6 is fixed to the base 1.2 welded to the frame 1 using fasteners, which have the main function: firstly, the hoist of being convenient for stands on the goods of binding to keep the certain distance with the goods, the lifting hook of being convenient for snatchs, secondly the hoist time spent not, depositing of the hoist of being convenient for.
