As shown in fig. 1-6, the automatic drawing film compounding machine for clothing packaging bags of the present invention comprises a frame, a drawing film discharging and gluing device, a glue activating device, a movable unwinding device for unwinding bags made of film material, and a compounding device for compounding a drawing film and bags made of film material, wherein the frame comprises a left bracket 11 and a right bracket 12 which are vertically arranged and arranged in an aligned manner, and a transverse bracket 13 which is positioned between the left bracket 11 and the right bracket 12, the left bracket 11 is positioned at the left side of the right bracket 12, and the left end and the right end of the transverse bracket 13 are respectively fixedly connected with the upper end of the left bracket 11 and the upper end of the right bracket 12; the drawing film discharging and gluing device is arranged on the left bracket 11, the glue activating device is arranged on the transverse bracket 13, and the compounding device is arranged on the right bracket 12; by adopting the structure arrangement and layout, the structure of the whole machine is compact; the layout is ingenious and reasonable, the occupied space is small, and therefore dust lands less and is convenient to clean. In addition, the drawing film (known that the surface of the drawing film has drawing effect, and the touch of fingers has concave-convex sense or granular sense) can be glued, and the glue is activated and then directly compounded on the pattern of the bag-making film material, so that the pattern on the bag-making film material is not only exquisite, but also has the drawing effect of the drawing film, and the touch of fingers has the stereoscopic sense of the drawing film, so that the touch feeling is good. Therefore, the automatic drawing film compounding machine for the clothing packaging bag obtains the compounded bag-making film material to prepare the clothing packaging bag, and the clothing packaging bag not only has a three-dimensional effect, but also has a three-dimensional feeling when being touched, and has excellent visual and tactile effects. The wiredrawing film discharging and gluing device comprises a wiredrawing film discharging mechanism and a gluing mechanism, wherein the wiredrawing film discharging mechanism and the gluing mechanism are arranged on the left bracket 11 in an up-down manner, and the wiredrawing film discharging mechanism is positioned above the gluing mechanism; the wire drawing film discharging mechanism is movably arranged on the left support 11 and extends into the space between the left support 11 and the right support 12. The drawing film discharging mechanism and the gluing mechanism are arranged side by side from top to bottom, and the drawing film discharging mechanism and the gluing mechanism are structurally distributed, so that dust can be effectively prevented from falling on the drawing film before or after gluing, the film material is guaranteed to be clean, the horizontal area is greatly reduced, the area of air dust falling on equipment is reduced, and therefore dust landing is less and cleaning is facilitated.
The glue activating device comprises an oven (not shown in the figure), a plurality of fans (not shown in the figure) and a plurality of heating bodies (not shown in the figure) for generating infrared rays, wherein the fans are existing fans, and the heating bodies are bathroom heater bulbs or ceramic heating lamps. The drying oven is fixedly arranged on the transverse support 13 and comprises an oven cover and a box body for the glued wire drawing film to pass through, the fans are arranged on the oven cover side by side along the left and right directions of the rack, the heating bodies are arranged in the box body side by side along the left and right directions of the rack, and the working ends of the heating bodies face the glued wire drawing film; by adopting the structure layout, the space occupation of the oven can be effectively reduced, meanwhile, the fan is arranged side by side along the left and right directions of the rack and the plurality of heating bodies are arranged side by side along the left and right directions of the rack, and when the rubberizing wire drawing film passes through the oven, the fan is aimed at the direct air draft of the wire drawing film after the rubberizing of the oven, and the dehumidifying effect is better. The plurality of heating bodies continuously supply heat to the wiredrawing film after being glued by the oven, and can quickly activate and conveniently compound glue on the wiredrawing film after being glued.
The compounding device comprises a pressing mechanism for compounding the gummed wire drawing film on the bag making film material and a compound rolling mechanism for rolling the compound back mold material, the pressing mechanism is arranged on the right bracket 12, the right bracket 12 is provided with an extending part extending towards the left bracket 11, and the compound rolling mechanism is arranged on the extending part; the movable unwinding device is positioned between the right bracket 12 and the left bracket 11 and below the oven. By adopting the structural layout, the wire drawing film discharging mechanism and the movable unwinding device are basically positioned under the oven, so that dust falling and film material falling can be effectively reduced, air dust falling on the wire drawing film discharging mechanism and the movable unwinding device is reduced, dust landing is less, and cleaning, overhauling and maintenance are facilitated.
In this embodiment, the wire drawing film discharging mechanism includes a first magnetic powder brake 21, an installation plate 22, a reinforcing plate 23, a first air cylinder 24 (the first air cylinder 24 is an existing air cylinder), a first expansion shaft 24 for installing a wire drawing film coil to be discharged, and two slide bars 25 which are horizontally arranged along the front-back direction of the rack and are arranged up and down, the slide bars 25 are fixed on the right side of the left bracket 11, the installation plate 22 is vertically arranged, the installation plate 22 is installed on the slide bars 25 through a sliding sleeve, the first air cylinder 24 is fixedly installed on the left bracket 11, a piston rod of the first air cylinder 24 is driven to be connected with the installation plate 22, and the installation plate 22 is driven to slide back and forth on the slide bars 25; the first inflatable shaft 24 is horizontally arranged in front of the mounting plate 22 along the front-back direction of the left bracket 11, a first hole penetrating through the front side surface and the rear side surface of the mounting plate 22 and used for mounting the first inflatable shaft 24 is formed in the mounting plate 22, the rear end of the first inflatable shaft 24 movably penetrates through the mounting plate 22, the first magnetic powder brake 21 is arranged on the rear side of the mounting plate 22, and a power output shaft of the first magnetic powder brake 21 is connected with the rear end part of the first inflatable shaft 24; by adopting the first magnetic powder brake 21, the first air expansion shaft 24 can rotate more smoothly (namely, the unwinding of the wiredrawing film is smoother, and the problems that the wiredrawing film is unstable in unwinding and the tension width of the wiredrawing film is narrowed can not occur). The first magnetic powder brake 21 is not influenced by voltage fluctuation, and simultaneously, the problem that the membrane material is broken or the tension width of the wire drawing membrane is narrowed due to the play generated when the motor is just started is avoided. Specifically, the first magnetic-particle brake 21 is an existing magnetic-particle brake. The reinforcing plate 23 is vertically arranged on the front side of the mounting plate 22, the reinforcing plate 23 is mounted on the sliding rod 25 through a sliding sleeve, the reinforcing plate 23 is connected with the mounting plate 22 through a first connecting rod, and more than one guide roller 29 for guiding a wire drawing film is mounted between the reinforcing plate 23 and the mounting plate 22; fixed mounting is in on the left socle 11 slide bar 25 top and with the dead lever 26 that slide bar 25 paralleled, the cover is equipped with set body 27 on the dead lever 26, set body 27 is in through current plum blossom hand wheel screw fixation on the dead lever 26, the first infrared inductor 28 that is used for responding to whether the drawing membrane off tracking is dismantled and installed on the cover body 27 (current infrared inductor is chooseed for use to first infrared inductor 28), realizes that first infrared inductor 28 can control at dead lever 26, adjusts conveniently, is convenient for be applicable to and responds to different width drawing membranes or other membrane materials, and different width membrane materials all are suitable for. By adopting the structure, the structure layout is more compact. Meanwhile, whether the unreeling wire-drawing film deviates or not is sensed through first infrared sensing, and the first air cylinder 24 makes corresponding action to drive the mounting plate 22 to move rapidly, so that automatic adjustment and unreeling are realized.
In this embodiment, the glue coating mechanism includes a pump 31, a glue groove 32, a glue applying roller 33 (a conventional and common roller with a smooth cylindrical wall is selected), a press roller 34 and a roller shaft 35 for transitive transmission of a wire drawing film, the pump 31 is a conventional small motor pump, the left bracket 11 has a first vertical plate and a second vertical plate aligned behind the first vertical plate, the press roller 34, the glue applying roller 33, the roller shaft 35 and the glue groove 32 are arranged from top to bottom between the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate, the glue groove 32 is connected with the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate by adjusting a main part, the glue applying roller 33 traverses along the front-back direction of the left bracket 11, the press roller 34 and the horizontal roller shaft 35 are respectively positioned on the left side and the right side of the glue applying roller 33 and are both parallel to the glue applying roller 33; two end parts of the roll shaft 35 are respectively fixed on the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate; a manual driving assembly for rotatably mounting the pressing roller 34 between the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate is arranged between the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate, and the manual driving assembly drives the pressing roller 34 to swing up and down and press and transfer the wire drawing film between the pressing roller 34 and the roller shaft 35 to be tightly attached to the surface of the sizing roller 33 for sizing; the press roll 34 is convenient to manually adjust through the manual driving assembly to swing downwards, press and transit the wire drawing film between the press roll 34 and the roll shaft 35 to be always tightly attached to the surface of the upper rubber roll 33, so that the gluing is convenient, the adjustment is convenient and rapid, and the tensioning of the wire drawing film can be assisted and adjusted. It is also suitable for gluing other different film materials. The gluing roller 33 is provided with a central shaft and a cylinder part, the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate are both provided with second holes for two ends of the central shaft of the gluing roller 33 to penetrate through in a rotating manner, the second holes are both provided with the existing ball bearings, and two ends of the central shaft of the gluing roller 33 penetrate through the inner rings of the ball bearings and are rotatably arranged on the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate; the cylinder body of the gluing roller 33 is partially immersed in the glue groove 32, a first motor (the first motor is an existing common motor) on the rear side surface of the second vertical plate is fixedly installed on the second vertical plate, and an output shaft of the first motor is in transmission connection with the rear end part of the central shaft of the gluing roller 33 through a chain and a chain wheel and drives the gluing roller 33 to rotate; the pump 31 is fixedly installed on the front side face of the first vertical plate, the feed end of the pump 31 is communicated with a glue barrel 36 containing glue through a pipe body, the discharge end of the pump 31 is communicated with the glue groove 32 through the pipe body, a glue outlet (not shown in the figure) is formed in the bottom of the glue groove 32, and the glue outlet is connected with a return pipe used for returning the glue into the glue barrel 36. By adopting the structure, the arranged first motor is mainly convenient for independently controlling the gluing roller 33 to rotate, and the wire-drawing film can be glued more uniformly (namely the first motor drives the gluing roller 33 to rotate in the opposite direction to the transmission direction of the wire-drawing film), so that the wire-drawing film can be glued more uniformly.
In this embodiment, the manual driving assembly includes a first handwheel 41, a first worm 42, a first worm wheel 43, a first rotating shaft 44, two racks 45, a first fixing seat 46 for fixing the first worm 42, and two first swing rods 47 located between the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate and hinged to inner walls of the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate respectively for the installation and up-and-down swing of the pressing roller 34; the first rotating shaft 44 is positioned above the press roll 34 and is arranged side by side with the press roll 34; the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate are provided with first through holes which are aligned and through which the front end and the rear end of the first rotating shaft 44 correspondingly penetrate, the first rotating shaft 44 is installed on the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate through the first through holes, and the front end and the rear end of the first rotating shaft 44 correspondingly penetrate through the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate; the first worm wheel 43 is mounted on the front end of the first rotating shaft 44, the first fixing seat 46 is fixed on the front side surface of the first vertical plate, the first worm 42 is rotatably mounted on the first fixing seat 46 and meshed with the first worm wheel 43, and the first hand wheel 41 is mounted on the part of the first worm 42 extending out of the first vertical plate; the two racks 45 are located between the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate, the two racks 45 are arranged side by side in the front-back direction and are vertically arranged, the lower end portions of the two racks 45 are respectively hinged to the corresponding first swing rods 47, the first rotating shaft 44 located between the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate is sleeved with two driving gears 48 (the driving gears 48 adopt the existing common gears) which are respectively used for meshing the racks 45, the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate are respectively provided with a first bearing 49 which is arranged side by side in the left-right direction and is matched with the corresponding driving gears 48 and used for limiting the vertical up-down movement of the racks 45, and the first bearing 49 is matched with the corresponding driving gears 48 (the first bearing 49 adopts the existing thrust bearing or ball bearing). By adopting the structure, the arranged first worm wheel 43 and the first worm 42 can form self-locking, so that a limiting mechanism is not required to be arranged after adjustment, the structure is simple and ingenious, and meanwhile, the operation can be directly performed through a hand wheel. The rack 45, the driving gear 48 and the first bearing 49 are arranged, so that the rack 45 can be positioned between the driving gear 48 and the first bearing 49 and can only ascend and descend, meanwhile, because the first swing rod 47 can generate relative displacement at the hinged position of the rack 45 and the first swing rod 47 in the swinging process, the rack 45 can also swing slightly in a self-adaptive manner and does not influence the ascending and descending, the structure is ingenious, the swing type electric energy-saving device is applicable and simple, and electric control is not needed, and electric energy is not consumed.
In this embodiment, the adjusting main component includes a second hand wheel 51, a second worm 52, a second worm wheel 53, a second rotating shaft 54, a second fixing seat 55, and a rectangular fixing frame for mounting and fixing the glue tank 32, and the second rotating shaft 54 is located right below the gluing roller 33 and is arranged side by side with the gluing roller 33; the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate are both provided with second through holes for the front end and the rear end of the second rotating shaft 54 to pass through, and the front end and the rear end of the second rotating shaft 54 pass through the second through holes and are rotatably arranged on the corresponding first vertical plate and the corresponding second vertical plate in a penetrating manner; the second worm wheel 53 is mounted on the front end of the second rotating shaft 54, the second fixed seat 55 is fixed on the front side surface of the first vertical plate, the second worm 52 is rotatably mounted on the second fixed seat 55 and meshed with the second worm wheel 53, and the second worm wheel 51 is mounted on the part of the second worm 52 extending out of the second vertical plate; the rectangular fixing frame is horizontally and horizontally arranged between the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate and below the gluing roller 33, and the front side and the rear side of the rectangular fixing frame are respectively fixed on the second rotating shaft 54 through two second connecting rods 57. With the above-described arrangement, the inclination angle of the glue tank 32 can be directly adjusted by rotating the second worm wheel 53. The second worm wheel 53 and the second worm 52 can form self-locking, so that a limiting mechanism is not required to be arranged after adjustment, the structure is simple, quick adjustment is facilitated, electric control is not required, and electric energy is not consumed.
In the invention, the drawing film discharging and gluing device further comprises a glue scraping mechanism, the glue scraping mechanism comprises a glue scraping plate for scraping a glue block on the gluing roller 33, and the glue scraping mechanism adopts a glue scraping mechanism of the existing film material conveying mechanism and is installed in a conventional manner, so that the further description is omitted here.
In this embodiment, the right bracket 12 has a base 121, a third vertical plate and a fourth vertical plate which is located behind the third vertical plate in an aligned manner, and both the third vertical plate and the fourth vertical plate are vertically fixed on the base 121; the pressing mechanism comprises a second motor 61 (the second motor 61 adopts the existing common motor), a cooling roller 62 (the cooling roller 62 adopts the existing cooling roller), a rubber roller 66 (the rubber roller 66 adopts the existing rubber roller), and two second swing rods 63 which are respectively hinged on the opposite side walls of the third vertical plate and the fourth vertical plate and are used for mounting and up-down swinging the rubber roller 66, the cooling roller 62 horizontally lies along the front-back direction of the right bracket 12, the cooling roller 62 is provided with a central shaft, the third vertical plate and the fourth vertical plate are respectively provided with third through holes for the front end and the rear end of the central shaft of the cooling roller 62 to correspondingly pass through, and the front end and the rear end of the central shaft of the cooling roller 62 are rotatably arranged on the third vertical plate and the fourth vertical plate through the third through holes; the second motor 61 is fixedly mounted on the base 121, the base 121 is provided with a transmission shaft 64 (the transmission shaft 64 is a common shaft rod) with the rear end vertically penetrating through the front side surface and the rear side surface of the fourth vertical plate through a bearing seat, a power output shaft of the second motor 61 is in transmission connection with the rear end of the transmission shaft 64 through a belt and two belt pulleys, the rear end of the transmission shaft 64 penetrating out of the fourth vertical plate is in transmission connection with the rear end of the central shaft of the cooling roller 62 through the belt and the two belt pulleys and drives the cooling roller 62 to rotate; the cooling roller 62 and the rubber roller 66 are arranged side by side up and down, the cooling roller 62 is positioned right above the rubber roller 66, two end parts of the rubber roller 66 are rotatably mounted on the corresponding second swing rods 63, the third vertical plate and the fourth vertical plate are both fixedly mounted with second air cylinders 65 (the second air cylinders 65 are existing air cylinders) for driving the corresponding second swing rods 63 to swing upwards at the same time, and the rubberized wiredrawing films are compounded on the bag-making film material through the relative rotation of the rubber roller 66 and the cooling roller 62, and piston rods of the second air cylinders 65 are hinged with the second swing rods 63. By adopting the structure, the whole structure is arranged up and down, the compact layout is realized, the structure is simple, and the control is convenient.

It should be noted that: the invention relates to an automatic drawing film compounding machine for clothing packaging bags, wherein a frame is provided with a drawing film discharging and gluing device, a glue activating device, a compounding device for compounding a drawing film and bag-making film materials, and a plurality of guide rollers for guiding and conveying the film materials, wherein the guide rollers are arranged in the prior art and in a conventional mode. And a plurality of guide rollers for guiding and conveying the film materials are arranged on the vertical part of the movable unwinding device.
