Abstract
The invention provides a container structure which is simple in structure, easy to operate and capable of stably providing different mixing ratios, two containing chambers are arranged on the bottle head of a container, a pump device is arranged in each containing chamber, a pressing knob with an inclined surface at the bottom is arranged above the two pump devices, and the distance between the bottom surface of the pressing knob and each pump device is changed by rotating the pressing knob, so that liquid or paste objects with different proportions can be respectively sucked by two containing spaces arranged in the bottle body of the container through each pump device for mixing when the pressing knob is pressed.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a container structure, in particular to a container structure capable of mixing two different contents in a container according to a proportion.
Background
Many commercially available lotions, sunscreens or Sun-screening agents are sold in a well-formulated state, for example, the Sun-screening lotion can indicate how much SPF (Sun Protection Factor) is to be purchased for the convenience of users, however, because the skin quality, color and daily Sun-screening degree of each person are different, the sunscreen with a single Sun-screening Factor cannot be suitable for the needs of each user.
Thus, EP0755721a2 and DE19818434 provide a metering dispenser for mixing two sun screens having sun screen coefficients of 1 and 25, with equal ratio adjustment of the ratio of the two cream or liquid fluid components, allowing the user to adjust the sun screen coefficients by himself without having to purchase sun screens having different sun screen coefficients.
In the solutions proposed in EP0755721a2 and DE19818434, the metering dispenser used comprises two pumps, each pump having a corresponding body containing a respective type of sunscreen (e.g. sunscreen coefficient 1 or 25), which are actuated by two eccentric levers to adjust the mixing ratio of the sunscreens of different sunscreen coefficients by adjusting the stroke of the pump plungers, thereby allowing the consumer to select a sunscreen coefficient according to the degree of isolation and skin adaptation without carrying sunscreens of different sunscreen coefficients.
However, the pump still has the disadvantage of having a relatively complicated design of the adjusting mechanism for adjusting the mixing ratio, such as the pump and the plunger are subjected to a considerable tilting moment and/or torque when they are operated by pressing down an adjusting member, thereby being prone to skewing.
Disclosure of Invention
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a container structure which can effectively overcome the problems of the prior art and which is simpler in structure and easy to handle and can stably provide different mixing ratios.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a container structure, which mainly comprises a bottle head and a bottle body, wherein the bottle head is disposed on the bottle body, two accommodating chambers are disposed in the bottle head, each accommodating chamber is respectively provided with a pump device for communicating with two guide holes disposed at the bottom of the bottle head, the bottle body comprises two accommodating spaces for accommodating liquid or paste objects, each accommodating space is respectively communicated with each guide hole, a pressing knob is disposed on the bottle head, and a bottom surface of the pressing knob is an inclined surface.
Each accommodating chamber is provided with a guide channel, the bottom of the pressing knob is provided with a shaft hole for the penetration of each guide channel, and the outer surface of the pressing knob is provided with an outlet communicated with the shaft hole.
And a pressure control valve is arranged between each containing chamber and each guide channel.
Each pump device comprises a plunger and at least one brake valve, the bottom end of each plunger extends into each accommodating chamber, the top end of each plunger extends above each accommodating chamber and is arranged below the pressing knob, and each brake valve is arranged on the guide hole of each accommodating chamber.

Referring to fig. 1-2, the container structure provided by the present invention mainly comprises a bottle head 1 and a bottle body 2, the bottle head 1 comprises two receiving chambers 11, two pump structures 12 and a pressing knob 13, the bottoms of the two receiving chambers 11 are respectively communicated with two guide holes 111 formed at the bottom of the bottle head 1, each receiving chamber 11 is respectively provided with a guide channel 112, a pressure control valve 113 is arranged between each receiving chamber 11 and each guide channel 112, each pump device 2 is respectively arranged in each receiving chamber 11, each pump device 12 comprises a plunger 121 and at least one brake valve 122, the bottom end of each plunger 121 extends into each receiving chamber 11, the top end of each plunger 121 extends above each receiving chamber 11, each brake valve 122 is arranged on each guide hole 111 of each receiving chamber 11, the pressing knob 13 is axially arranged on the bottle head 1, the contact surface of the pressing knob 13 and the inner side of the bottle head 1 is provided with a corresponding section switch 14, the bottom surface of the pressing knob 13 is an inclined surface 131, the bottom of the pressing knob 13 is provided with a shaft hole 132 for the penetration of each guide channel 112, and the outer surface of the pressing knob 13 is provided with an outlet 133 communicated with the shaft hole 132.
The bottle body 2 comprises an outer tube 21, an inner tube seat 22 and two inner tubes 23, the outer tube 21 is locked on the bottle head 1 by spiral insections 24, the outer tube 21 comprises two accommodating spaces 211, each guide hole 111 extends to each accommodating space 211 and is communicated with each accommodating space 211, the inner tube seat 22 is fixed at the inner bottom of the outer tube 21 in a pivot 25 mode, so that the inner tube seat 22 can freely rotate in the outer tube 21 through the pivot 25, the top surface of the inner tube seat 22 is provided with two sleeves 221 which respectively extend into each accommodating space 211, the top ends of the inner tubes 23 are respectively sleeved on the guide holes 111, the bottom ends of the inner tubes 23 respectively extend into the sleeves 221 to fix the inner tubes 23, and the bottom ends of the inner tubes 23 are pointed.
When the invention is used, the distance between the inclined surface 13 at the bottom of the pressing knob 13 and each plunger 121 is controlled by the step switch 14 corresponding to the contact surface of the pressing knob 13 and the inner side of the bottle head 1 through rotating the pressing knob 13, so that when the pressing knob 13 is pressed, the two plungers 121 are pressed by different distances according to the distance between the inclined surface 131 at the bottom of the pressing knob 13, and further the pressure in the two accommodating chambers 11 is differentiated, so that the brake valves 122 open the guide holes 111 through different pressure changes, the inner tubes 23 respectively suck liquid or paste objects with different proportions from the accommodating spaces 211 into the accommodating chambers 11, and the liquid or paste objects sucked into the accommodating chambers 11 enter the outlet 133 through the guide channels 112 for mixing, so as to realize the purpose that consumers can select and adjust different sun protection coefficients according to the isolation degree and the skin adaptation degree.
In addition, the bottom of the inner tube 23 is pointed, so that the inner tube 23 can suck the liquid or paste objects at the bottom of each accommodating space 211, and the waste behavior caused by that the liquid or paste objects sinking at the bottom of each accommodating space 211 cannot be sucked is avoided.

The container structure according to claim 1, wherein said body comprises an outer tube, an inner tube holder and two inner tubes, said outer tube is locked on said bottle head, said outer tube comprises said two receiving spaces, said inner tube holder is fixed on the bottom of the outer tube and can rotate freely in the outer tube, and the top of each inner tube is sleeved on each guide hole.
6. The containment structure of claim 5 in which the top surface of the inner tube base has two sleeves extending into the respective receiving spaces, the bottom ends of the inner tubes extending into the sleeves.
