The present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a transport device comprises at least one wheeled load carrier 1 and an adapter tray 2, the adapter tray 2 comprising a stop 21 and a locking interface, the stop 21 being adapted to prevent lateral movement of the load carrier 1, the locking interface comprising a first counterpart 221 and a second counterpart 222, the first counterpart 221 being fixed to the adapter tray 2, the second counterpart 222 being arranged on the load carrier 1, the first counterpart 221 and the second counterpart 222 being engaged with each other when the load carrier 1 is in a transport position on the adapter tray 2 for preventing relative rotational movement of the load carrier 1. Because the existing transportation equipment has defects, the structure is complex, the stability is poor, and the load is easy to rotate relative to the supporting plate, so that mechanical faults occur, and the transportation efficiency is not improved, therefore, the transportation equipment comprises an adaptive tray 2 for accommodating two wheel type load brackets 1, wherein the two wheel type load brackets 1 are a first wheel type load bracket 1 on the left side and a second wheel type load bracket 1 on the right side. The wheel loader takes the form of a roller container, but the same principle applies analogously to other wheel loaders, such as trolleys, trucks, etc., the adapter pallet 2 being designed to receive and carry two wheeled load carriers 1 in a parallel fashion. Alternatively, the adapter tray 2 may be designed to accommodate more wheeled load carriers 1 in different forms.
First, the adapter pallet 2 comprises four rails 23 arranged parallel to each other to receive the wheels of two adjacent wheeled load carriers 1 along the longitudinal dimension of the adapter pallet 2. One pair of rails 23 forms a rail 23 to receive one wheel loader and the other pair of rails 23 forms a rail 23 to receive another wheel loader, adjacent rails 23 of the two pairs of rails 23, i.e. the rails 23 at the center, may be separated. Between the rails 23 of each pair, a lifting channel is arranged for accommodating the lifting forks of a forklift. The hoistway may be a beam structure provided at a height elevated from the height of the track 23 to ensure proper ground clearance for the lifting forks. The lifting channel also serves as an assembly point for a stop 21, which stop 21 serves to prevent rolling movement of the wheeled load carrier 1. Thus, for each lifting channel a stop 21 is provided comprising two pawls 241 both arranged on the loading end 24 of the adapter tray 2, the pawls 241 being pivotably attached to the lifting channel so as to rotate between an unfolded configuration and a release configuration, the pawls 241 extending in the longitudinal direction of the adapter tray 2 along the adapter channel, wherein upwardly extending lugs of the pawls 241 form a threshold for the wheeled load carrier 1 at the loading end 24 of the adapter tray, preventing the wheeled load carrier 1 from sliding off the adapter tray, the stop 21 being in contact with the chassis 11 or the wheel of the wheeled load carrier 1 to prevent disengagement, the pawls 241 being released from a horizontal unfolded configuration to fall into the release configuration by gravity when a release button on the pawls 241 is pressed, wherein the tongues descend from the vertical position when the pawls 241 rotate around the pawls 241.
The opposite end of the loading end 24, i.e. the closed end 25, comprises a stop, in the example shown in the form of a back plate, one purpose of the stop 21 being to permanently limit the movement of the wheeled load carrier 1 in the longitudinal dimension of the adapter pallet 2, the other purpose of the stop 21 being to serve as a mounting point for a first counterpart 221 provided on the adapter pallet 2, which pallet serves to form a second fixed connection between the adapter pallet 2 and the wheel loader, as mentioned earlier, comprising the adapter pallet 2, the at least one wheeled load carrier 1 and the locking interface, two counterparts being divided between the adapter pallet 2 and the wheeled load carrier 1, the counterpart of the adapter pallet 2, i.e. the first counterpart 221, being fixed to the stand, the closed end 25 of the adapter pallet 2, more particularly the closed end 25 of the stop 21, more particularly the adapter pallet 2 comprising one first counterpart for each wheeled load carrier 1, the first counterpart 221 is in the form of a first counterpart 221 fixed to the adapter tray 2, which in the embodiment shown extends along the longitudinal dimension of the adapter from the closed end 25 towards the loading end 24, in other words the first counterpart 221 extends parallel to the rails 23, the first counterpart 221 may assume a shape such as an annulus, which has the advantage of being generally C-shaped for easy insertion and retraction from the wheeled load carrier 1, other foreseeable male counterparts include an elongated beam with or without a reverse taper shape to establish a threshold value for a snap fit.
The wheeled load carrier 1 comprises a chassis 11 and wheels attached thereto, the chassis also accommodating upwardly extending side walls, thereby making the wheeled load carrier 1 exemplified herein a reel container, the chassis 11 further being provided with a second counterpart 222, which second counterpart 222 serves as a second counterpart in a locking interface, a mating first counterpart 221 and second counterpart 222 of the locking interface formed by the adapter tray 2, the second counterpart 222 being an opening in the chassis 11 specifically designed for receiving and holding the male first counterpart 221 of the adapter tray 2, the female counterpart of the locking interface may be provided on the wheeled load carrier 1 having a different shape, for example by including a shape opposite to the inverted cone shape of the male first counterpart 221 of the adapter tray 2 to establish a threshold of snap-fit.
Wherein one end of the wheeled load carrier 1 engages a stop at the closed end 25 of the adapter tray 2 and the other end of the wheeled load engages a stop 21, the carrier engages a detent 241 at the loading end 24 of the adapter tray 2, how the first counterpart 221 of the adapter tray 2, i.e. the male counterpart of the locking interface, extends through the second counterpart 222 of the wheeled load carrier 1, i.e. the female counterpart of the locking interface, the first counterpart 221 being dimensioned to extend along the entire depth of the frame beam of the chassis 11 of the wheeled load carrier 1 to ensure a sufficient contact surface between the two to be subject to acceleration during e.g. heavy braking on a forklift truck, thus preventing rotation of the wheeled load carrier 1 around the stop 21, which reduces the risk of tipping over, on the other hand, the width of the C-shaped first counterpart 221 of the adapter tray 2 provides support, this prevents the wheeled load carrier 1 from tilting about an axis parallel to the longitudinal dimension of the adapter pallet 2, i.e. from tilting out of the way, and therefore the locking interface improves the stability which is otherwise simple and lightweight.
The locking interface can be reversed, although it is possible to equip the wheel loader with male interengagement, while providing the adapter tray 2 with a female interengaging member, since it minimizes the outer dimensions of the wheel loader, according to an alternative embodiment the first counterpart 221 of the adapter tray 2 is a gripper designed to grip a cooperating first counterpart 221, such as a horizontal line, arranged at the facing end of the load carrier 1, the closed end 25 of the adapter tray 2, when the carrier occupies the transport position on the adapter tray 2, the gripper may take the form of a claw extending from the closed end 25 towards the loading end 24 of the adapter tray 2, the corresponding counterpart on the load carrier may be arranged inside the peripheral frame beams of the side walls, so that the counterpart does not increase the outer dimensions of the load carrier, the male first counterpart 221 on the adapter tray 2 may be designed as an elastically deformable member, allowing repeated engagement and disengagement with counterparts on the carrier by simply pushing and pulling the carrier on the adapter tray 2, the male first counterpart 221 may be relatively short but wide, e.g. a lip, to provide a sufficient contact surface between the counterparts.
Another option for providing a locking interface is to use two male connectors that mate with each other, e.g. two protrusions with an inverted cone shape that engage each other, e.g. two facing claws, and another option is to provide the bottom surface of the chassis 11 or the wheel disc of the load carrier with protrusions and the top surface of the adapter tray 2 with corresponding longitudinal grooves, which will allow longitudinal movement of the load carrier but prevent surrounding an axis parallel to the longitudinal dimension of the adapter tray 2.
To load the adapter tray 2, the pawl 241 is released from the deployed configuration by pressing a release button, which releases the pawl 241 to fall into an angled release position, the tabs on the pawl 241 now no longer preventing the wheeled load carrier 1 from rolling along the rails 23, the wheeled load carrier 1 loading them onto the adapter tray 2 by simply rolling along the rails 23 in the longitudinal direction until the adapter tray 2 comes into contact with the stops at the closed end 25 of the adapter tray 2, which is the transport position of the wheel loader, with further input provided by the operator.
Preferably, the adapter pallet 2 further comprises a plurality of parallel rails 23, the rails 23 being adapted to accommodate a plurality of wheeled load carriers 1.
Preferably, the track 23 is provided with a male and a female shape mutually engaging with the first and second counterpart 221, 222, respectively, the male shape extending in the direction of the track 23 of the adapter pallet 2.
Preferably, the adapter tray 2 is provided with a male counterpart which mates the first counterpart 221 and the load carrier 1 is provided with a female counterpart which mates the second counterpart 222. By adopting the male counterpart member and the female counterpart member, the disassembly and the assembly are facilitated, and the stability of the first counterpart member 221 and the second counterpart member 222 is improved, so that the service life of the transportation device is prolonged.
Preferably, the first mating member 221 is integrally formed with the adapter tray 2, and the second mating member 222 is integrally formed with the load carrier 1. By adopting the integrally molded structure, the strength of the whole assembly can be improved, which is helpful for improving the mechanical properties of the first mating member 221 and the second mating member 222.
Preferably, the adapter tray 2 is further provided with a loading end 24 and a closed end 25, the loading end 24 being used for introducing a load carrier onto the adapter tray 2, the closed end 25 and the loading end 24 being of an opposite configuration, the first and second counterpart members 221, 222 being engaged with each other when the load carrier 1 reaches the closed end 25.
Preferably, the loading end 24 is provided with a detent 241, the detent 241 being used to toggle deployment and release.
Preferably, closed end 25 is fitted with a fixed plug.
Preferably, the load carrier 1 is provided with a chassis 11, the second counterpart 222 being arranged outside the chassis 11.
Preferably, the first mating member 221 and the second mating member 222 are both made of plastic material or metal material. The first mating member 221 and the second mating member 222 may be designed as a plastic material or a metal material according to actual cost requirements.
Example 2
