The rectangular tubes 302 are the main stress members of the girder assembly 301, and the hollow rectangular tubes 302 are adopted to reduce the weight. Covering the rectangular tube 302 with the upper cover 304 and the lower cover 303 serves an aesthetic function. The second through groove of the lower cover 303 firstly covers the lower side of the rectangular pipe 302, the front side of the rotating seat 201, and the left and right sides of the rectangular pipe 302 and the rotating seat 201, and the third through groove 306 of the upper cover 304 then covers the upper side of the rectangular pipe 302, the rear side of the rotating seat 201, and the left and right sides of the lower cover 303, so that the lower side edge of the upper cover 304 is arranged at the lower side of the girder erection component 301, and the upper side of the girder erection component 301 has no seam, and is more beautiful.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the left side and the right side of the upper side of the second through groove are both provided with a limiting strip 308 towards the middle, the limiting strip 308 abuts against the upper side of the rectangular tube 302, the front side of the upper cover 304 is provided with a front cover 309, the front cover 309 is provided at the front side of the rectangular tube 302, the front end of the lower cover 303 is provided in the front cover 309, the lower side of the lower cover 303 is provided with a first through hole 310, the rectangular tube 302 is provided with a second through hole 311 opposite to the first through hole 310, the upper side of the third through groove 306 is provided with a fixing nut 312 opposite to the second through hole 311, the upper side of the third through groove 306 is provided with a plurality of second hooks 313 facing the rear side, and the upper side of the rectangular tube 302 is provided with a plurality of hooking holes 315 hooked with the plurality of second hooks 313 in one. The lower cover 303 slides backwards from the front side of the rectangular tube 302, the rectangular tube 302 is sleeved in the second through groove, and the limiting strip 308 and the second through groove limit the lower cover 303; the upper cover 304 is sleeved from the front side of the rectangular pipe 302, the front cover 309 sleeves the front side of the lower cover 303, the fixing nut 312, the second through hole 311 and the first through hole 310 are opposite, and screws penetrate through the first through hole 310, the second through hole 311 and the fixing nut 312 from the lower side of the lower cover 303 to fixedly lock the lower cover 303 and the upper cover 304, so that connection is firm. When the upper cover 304 is sleeved on the upper side of the rectangular tube 302, the second hook 313 can be inserted into the hook connection hole 315 and then moved rightwards, so that the second hook 313 can be hooked on the hook connection hole 315, and the connection reliability of the upper cover 304 and the rectangular tube 302 is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the front end of the lower cover 303 is disposed to be inclined downward, and a reinforcing member 314 is fixedly connected to a lower side of the front end of the rectangular tube 302, and the reinforcing member 314 abuts against an upper side of a lower side of the second through groove. The reinforcing member 314 abuts against the front end of the lower cover 303 and has a reinforcing function; the lower cover 303 is more securely connected under the forward and rearward limits of the reinforcing member 314 and the rotatable base 201.
