Description

Writing appliance
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a writing tool such as a fanciful pen.
Background
Conventionally, in a writing instrument such as a magic pen, a tip of a writing part provided at a tip thereof to guide ink is exposed. Therefore, when a line is drawn with the straight edge, the leading ends of the straight edge and the writing portion come into contact with each other, ink adheres to the portion of the straight edge in contact with the writing portion, and the straight edge is soiled. Further, the writing portion may be damaged by repeated contact with the straight edge.
On the other hand, writing instruments have been proposed which can prevent ink in the writing section from adhering to the straight edge when the straight edge is used for scribing (see, for example, patent documents 1 and 2).
The writing instrument of patent document 1 is configured such that 2 through holes and 2 grooves are provided in a holder for holding a writing part, and a part divided into 2 strands is formed in the middle of the writing part, and the part divided into 2 strands of the writing part is disposed in the 2 through holes and the 2 grooves, so that the writing part is not disposed outside the side surface of the holder. In this case, when the straight-edge marker is used, the side end portion of the holding body comes into contact with the straight edge, so that the exposed portion of the writing portion does not come into contact with the straight edge.
The writing instrument of patent document 2 is configured such that a covering member is provided on the outer surface of the writing portion, and the portion of the covering portion that is to be written on the tip is cut and exposed while the portion that is to be in contact with the straight edge remains. Since the portion provided with the covering member may contact the straight edge, the exposed portion of the writing part may not contact the straight edge.

Since the ink inducing portion 7 can be guided toward the center side in the radial direction of the cotton wool 29, ink can be stably supplied from the cotton wool 29 to the ink inducing portion 7.
The bold-faced writing core 6 is illustrated. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the bold-faced writing core 6 is attached to the bold-faced holder 3, and the bold-faced holder 3 to which the bold-faced writing core 6 is attached to the writing instrument main body 2.
The bold-faced writing core 6 has an ink-inducing portion 7 and a writing portion 8 as shown in fig. 5 and 6, and is formed in a substantially L-shape by integral formation. The thick writing core 6 has a width in the thickness direction T, and the writing portion 8 disposed on the tip side is formed to have a width in the width direction W. The width direction W of the bold-faced writing core 6 coincides with the vertical direction of the paper of fig. 4 to 6 in this embodiment. The thickness direction T of the thick writing core 6 coincides with the horizontal direction of the paper surface of fig. 4 to 6 in the present embodiment in the radial direction of the ink guiding portion 7.
As shown in fig. 4, the ink inducing portion 7 is disposed on the upper side (one side) in the radial direction of the writing instrument main body 2 and extends in the axial direction J of the writing instrument main body 2. The ink guiding portion 7 guides the ink contained in the writing instrument body 2 toward the writing portion 8. The ink guiding portion 7 is an open holding portion 42 (described later) disposed on one side surface side of the holding portion 4 of the bold-side holder 3. The ink guiding portion 7 is fitted between a pair of side ribs 482 (described later) in the side open holding portion 42 on the side of the holding portion 4 of the bold-side holder 3.
The writing section 8 is formed of a porous member, and for example, a fiber core, a sintered core, or a felt is used, but the writing section is not limited thereto as long as writing can be performed by the writing body using ink that is guided to the ink guide section.
The writing section 8 is connected to the tip side of the ink guiding section 7, and extends from the tip of the writing instrument main body 2 in one side in the axial direction J of the writing instrument main body 7 toward the lower side (the other side) in the radial direction of the writing instrument main body 2. The direction in which the writing part 8 extends is referred to as the width direction W. The writing section 8 is a distal end side open holding section 41 (described later) of the holding section 4 disposed in the bold-faced holder 3. The writing part 8 is held between the pair of distal end ribs 481 and the distal end installation surface 471 in a state in which the movement of the distal end side is restricted toward the narrow holding part 411 formed by the pair of distal end ribs 481 in the distal end side open holding part 41 of the holding part 4 of the bold-faced holding body 3. By sandwiching the writing part 8 between the pair of distal end side ribs 481 and the distal end side installation surface 471, the writing part 8 and the bold-faced holding member 3 can be held without play during writing. The writing section 8 can write on the surface to be written with a writing body such as characters and lines using the ink guided to the ink guiding section 7.
As shown in fig. 4, the writing section 8 includes: a narrow writing section 81 disposed on the front end side, a rear end pedestal section 82 connected to the rear end of the narrow writing section 81, and an engaging convex section 83 formed at the front end (lower end) of the narrow writing section 81 in the width direction W.
As shown in fig. 8A and 8B, the narrow writing portion 81 is disposed on the distal end side in the axial direction J of the writing portion 8, and is formed by narrowing the width in the thickness direction T toward the distal end in the axial direction J. As shown in fig. 7A, the tip of the narrow writing portion 81 in the axial direction J is formed to be inclined toward the writing instrument main body 2 from the upper side (one side) toward the ink guiding portion 7 side toward the lower side (the other side) when viewed from the side.
As shown in fig. 4 and 7B, the rear end pedestal portion 82 is connected to the rear end of the narrow writing portion 81 in the axial direction J. The rear end pedestal portion 82 is a rear end surface in the axial direction J which is a distal end side installation surface 471 (described later) arranged on the holding portion 4 of the thick-side holder 3 when the thick-side writing core 6 is mounted on the thick-side holder 3.
As shown in fig. 5 and 7C, the engaging convex portion 83 protrudes downward in the width direction W from a portion on the rear side in the axial direction J of the distal end (lower end) in the width direction W of the narrow writing portion 81. The engagement projection 83 is engaged between the regulating projection 432 and the distal end mounting surface 471 when the thick-side writing core 6 is mounted on the thick-side holder 3. By engaging the engagement convex portion 83 with the engagement restricting portion 49 (the restricting projection 432 and the distal end side installation surface 471) (described later), the movement of the writing section 8 in the distal end side and the rear side in the axial direction J is restricted at the distal end side in the width direction W of the bold-faced writing core 6.
The bold-faced holder 3 will be described. As shown in fig. 3 to 5, a thick side writing core 6 is attached to the thick side holder 3. The bold-side holder 3 is formed in a plate shape, has a width in the thickness direction T and a width in the width direction W, and extends in the axial direction J.
The bold-faced holder 3 has a visible portion V for visually confirming the writing direction during writing in a state where the bold-faced writing core 6 is held. The "writing direction" means a direction in which writing is performed when writing. More specifically, the visible part V is a part (not shown) in which characters and lines written in the writing direction can be visually recognized in advance during writing in a state where the bold-faced writing core 6 is held by the bold-faced holder 3. The bold-faced holder 3 is made of a material capable of visually confirming characters and lines written in the writing direction. Or the writing direction may be visually confirmed and the visible portion may be formed as a through hole. In the present embodiment, the bold-faced holder 3 is formed of, for example, a transparent material or a translucent material. Since the visible part V is provided in the bold-faced holder 3, the written body such as characters and lines written in the writing direction can be confirmed, and therefore, the completion of writing and the completion of drawing can be easily understood.
The bold-faced holder 3 includes: a holding portion 4 disposed on the leading end side, and an attachment portion 5 connected to the trailing end of the holding portion 4.
The holding portion 4 holds the bold-faced writing core 6. As shown in fig. 4, the holding portion 4 includes: the distal end side open holding portion 41 (writing portion holding portion) which is formed by opening the distal end side and holds the writing portion 8, and the one side surface side open holding portion 42 which is formed by opening the one side surface side and holds the ink guiding portion 7, and the other side surface side closing portion 43 is arranged on the other side surface side.
The distal end side open holding part 41 includes: a narrow holding portion 411 (restricting mechanism), and an engagement restricting portion 49 (restricting projection 432 and distal end side installation surface 471) (restricting mechanism).
As shown in fig. 4 and 7A, the holding portion 4 includes: the mounting surface 47, a pair of tip side ribs 481, and a pair of side ribs 482, 482.
As shown in fig. 4 and 7B, the installation surface 47 includes: a distal end side installation surface 471 arranged on the distal end side of the bold-faced holder 3, and a one-side surface side installation surface 472 arranged on one side surface side of the bold-faced holder 3.
The distal end installation surface 471 is a bottom surface constituting the distal end open holding portion 41, and extends in the radial direction of the writing instrument body 2 toward the distal end side in the axial direction J. The writing section 8 is provided on the distal end side installation surface 471.
The one-side-surface-side installation surface 472 is a surface that constitutes a bottom surface of the one-side-surface-side open holding portion 42 and extends in the axial direction J of the writing instrument body 2 toward one side. The ink guiding portion 7 is provided on the one-side installation surface 472.
The pair of tip ribs 481, 481 are erected from the tip installation surface 471 toward the tip and face in a direction intersecting the axial direction J of the writing instrument body 2. The pair of one- side ribs 482 and 482 is erected from the one-side installation surface 472 toward the one-side and faces in a direction intersecting the axial direction J of the writing instrument body 2.
As shown in fig. 8A, the tip rib 481 is preferably formed so as to have an inclination line K, which connects the outer surface of the tip portion of the tip rib 481 and the outer surface of the tip portion of the narrow writing section 81 of the writing section 8, within the range of the angle θ with respect to the axial direction J of the writing instrument body 2. The angle θ of the inclination line K with respect to the axial direction J of the writing instrument body 2 is, for example, preferably 45 ° or less, and more preferably 35 ° or less.
Thus, the distal rib 481 is positioned further rearward than the distal portion of the narrow writing portion 81 of the writing portion 8, and therefore the distal portion of the narrow writing portion 81 of the writing portion 8 is exposed more. Therefore, in the case where the inclined writing implement 1 is used with the tip side rib 481 tilted toward the paper surface, the tip side rib 481 does not come into contact with the paper surface until the axial direction J of the writing implement main body 2 becomes the angle θ with respect to the paper surface, with the tip side rib 481 tilted toward the paper surface and the writing implement 1 tilted. Therefore, by the angle θ of the inclination line K with respect to the axial direction J of the writing instrument body 2, writing can be easily performed in a state where the tip end side rib 481 is inclined so as to fall toward the paper surface side.
In particular, since the writing tool 1 of the present invention can visually confirm the writing direction through the visible part V during writing, the writing tool 1 is written in a state of being further tilted down. In this case, since writing is easily performed in a state where the tip rib 481 is inclined downward toward the paper surface, writing can be optimally performed while visually confirming the writing direction through the visible part V in a state where the tip rib 481 is inclined downward toward the paper surface.
As shown in fig. 4, 5, 8A and 8B, the distal end side open holding portion 41 is formed by opening the distal end side and one side surface side of the holding portion 4, and is formed in a groove shape extending in the radial direction of the writing instrument main body 2. The distal end side open holding part 41 has a narrow holding part 411. As shown in fig. 8A and 8B, the narrow holding portion 411 is formed by a pair of distal end side ribs 481, and a groove shape in which the width in the thickness direction T is narrowed toward the distal end in the axial direction J is formed in the portion of the holding portion 4 on the distal end side that is opened.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the narrow writing section 81 of the writing section 8 is disposed in the narrow holding section 411. The narrow holding portion 411 is configured as a restricting mechanism that holds the writing portion 8 and restricts the movement of the writing portion 8 toward the tip side in a state where the movement of the narrow writing portion 81 of the writing portion 8 toward the tip side is restricted by the pair of tip side ribs 481. The narrow writing section 81 of the writing section 8 is a narrow holding section 411 assembled to the distal end side open holding section 41 from one side surface side of the distal end side open holding section 41.
The one-side-surface-side open holding portion 42 is formed by opening one side surface side of the holding portion 4, and is formed in a groove shape extending in the axial direction J of the writing instrument main body 2. The one-side open holding portion 42 is formed by a pair of one-side ribs 482. The holding portion 42 is opened on one side surface, and holds the ink guiding portion 7 by inserting and fitting the ink guiding portion 7 between the pair of side ribs 482.
The other side surface locking portion 43 locks the other side surface of the holding portion 4 as shown in fig. 4 and 5. The other side closing portion 43 includes: a wall 431 and a restricting projection 432.
The wall 431 protrudes in a semicircular arc shape toward the distal end side at the distal end in the axial direction J of the other side surface locking portion 43. As shown in fig. 3 and 7B, the wall portion 431 is disposed along the other side surface of the writing section 8 on the other side surface side of the bold-faced holder 3 in a state where the tip of the writing section 8 is projected toward the tip side and writing is possible with the writing body. The wall portion 431 protrudes toward the distal end side in the axial direction J in a range where the other side surface of the writing portion 8 is exposed, and is limited to a range where the straight edge does not contact the writing portion 8 during writing.
In the present embodiment, the wall portion 431 is formed to protrude from the other side surface latching portion 43 of the holding portion 4 toward the distal end side in the axial direction J in the distal end side of the holding portion 4, and the distal end side rib 481 is positioned further rearward than the portion on the distal end side of the narrow writing portion 81 of the writing portion 8. Therefore, the distal end side of the holding portion 4 is opened, and the wall portion 431 is formed to protrude toward the distal end side in the axial direction J. As a result, the distal end of the writing section 8 is exposed in a larger amount on the distal end side of the holding section 4. Therefore, writing is easily performed in a state where the tip rib 481 is inclined downward toward the paper surface.
The writing section 8 has a width W1 (length) in the width direction W (see fig. 7A) and is formed to be larger than a width T1 (length) in the thickness direction T (see fig. 8A) (W1> T1). More specifically, in the present embodiment, the width W1 in the width direction W of the writing section 8 is, as shown in fig. 7A, a length in the width direction W in a direction inclined toward the axial direction J of the writing instrument body 2 along the tip of the writing section 8.
The width W1 (trace width, width of a portion in contact with the paper surface) of the writing portion 8 in the width direction W is formed to be thick, and is preferably a writing portion having a trace width of 2mm or more, and more preferably a writing portion having a trace width of 3mm or more.
As shown in fig. 7A, the tip of the writing section 8 is formed so that one side (lower side in fig. 7A) in the width direction W is positioned closer to the writing instrument body 2 than the other side (upper side in fig. 7A) and inclined with respect to the axial direction J of the writing instrument body 2. The wall portion 431 is disposed on one side in the width direction W of the writing portion 8.
The wall portion 431 is preferably provided on the side surface side of the tip of the inclined writing portion 8 which comes forward during writing. The wall portion 431 is disposed on one side in the width direction W of the writing portion 8, and is provided on a side surface side where the wall portion 431 is brought forward during writing, so that writing can be performed in a state where the wall portion 431 is in contact with a straight edge in a natural grasping manner.
As shown in fig. 9, the length of the wall portion 431 protruding toward the distal end side is set such that the position of the distal end 431a of the wall portion 431, for example, only the position of the distal end 8a located at the end portion on the wall portion 431 side in the width direction W of the writing portion 8, is set to a distance a shorter than the thickness of the straight edge 100 on the rear side. The "distance a shorter than the thickness of the straight edge 100" is 1.5mm or less, preferably 1.0mm or less, and more preferably 0.5mm or less from the writing surface, that is, the tip 8a of the writing part 8. Thus, when the straight edge 100 is used to draw a line, the side end of the wall portion 431 contacts the straight edge, so that the exposed portion of the writing portion 8 does not contact the straight edge. Therefore, when the line is drawn using the ruler 100, since the ink can be prevented from adhering to the ruler, the ruler 100 can be prevented from being soiled, and the writing part 8 can be prevented from being damaged by the friction between the writing part 8 and the ruler 100.
As shown in fig. 4 and 7C, the restricting projection 432 is formed to protrude radially inward from the inner surface of the distal end side of the other side surface latching portion 43 at a position separated from the distal end side installation surface 471 toward the distal end side. The restricting projection 432 extends in the thickness direction T, and is formed to be depressed in an arc shape at the center in the thickness direction T. The engagement convex portion 83 of the writing part 8 is engaged with the engagement restricting portion 49 constituted by the restricting projection 432 and the distal end side installation surface 471, and the writing part 8 is restricted from moving toward the distal end side and the rear side on the other side surface side. The restricting projection 432 and the distal end side installation surface 471 constitute an engagement restricting portion 49. The engagement restricting portion 49 is another side surface locking portion 43 formed on the other side surface side of the holding portion 4, and constitutes a restricting mechanism for restricting the movement of the writing portion 8 to the front end side and the rear side by engaging with the engaging convex portion 83 of the writing portion 8.
The mounting portion 5 is formed in a plate shape, and is mounted to the shaft-side mounting portion 28 of the writing instrument main body 2 as shown in fig. 5 and 6. The mounting portion 5 includes: a pair of mounting projections 51, a pair of 1 st step parts 52, and a pair of 2 nd step parts 53.
The pair of attachment convex portions 51 protrude outward in the thickness direction T from the outer surfaces on both sides in the thickness direction T of the attachment portion 5 on the end portion side of the writing instrument main body 2 side of the bold-side holder 3 in a plate shape. The attachment convex portion 51 includes: a fitting plate portion 511 disposed on the leading end side, and an inclined introduction plate portion 512 formed behind the fitting plate portion 511. As shown in fig. 8A and 8B, the attachment protrusion 51 is fitted into the fitting portion 281a of the pair of protruding コ -shaped portions 281, whereby the attachment portion 5 can be attached to the writing instrument body 2.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the pair of 1 st step portions 52 are formed in an L shape by cutting off the rear ends of the pair of one-side-surface-side ribs 482 at the end portions of the thick-side holder 3 on the writing instrument main body 2 side in the axial direction J. The 1 st step portion 52 has a 1 st step surface 521 (step surface). The 1 st step surface 521 is formed at the tip side of the 1 st step portion 52 and is formed toward the rear side (the writing instrument body 2 side). The 1 st step surface 521 is in contact with the 1 st contact surface 282a of the 1 st corner step portion 282 arranged on the inner side of the writing instrument main body 2 at the distal end side of the writing instrument main body 2.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the pair of 2 nd step portions 53 are formed by cutting out the corner portion of the rear end of the other side surface locking portion 43 in a rectangular parallelepiped shape on the end portion side of the writing instrument main body 2 in the axial direction J of the bold-side holder 3. The 2 nd step portion 53 has a 2 nd step surface 531 (step surface). The 2 nd step surface 531 is formed on the tip side of the 2 nd step portion 53 and is formed toward the rear side (the writing instrument main body 2 side). The 2 nd step surface 531 is in contact with the 2 nd contact surface 283a of the 2 nd corner portion 283 disposed on the inner side of the writing instrument main body 2 on the distal end side of the writing instrument main body 2.
Next, a method of assembling the writing tool 1 of the present embodiment will be described.
First, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the thick side writing core 6 is assembled to the thick side holder 3. Specifically, by assembling the bold-faced writing core 6 to the bold-faced holder 3 from one side face side, the writing part 8 is sandwiched by the pair of tip-side ribs 481 and the tip-side installation surface 471 in the tip-side open holder 41 in a state where the movement toward the tip side is restricted by the narrow holder 411 constituted by the pair of tip-side ribs 481, and the ink-inducing part 7 is fitted between the pair of side face ribs 482 in the side-face open holder 42.
Thus, the bold-faced writing core 6 having a substantially L-shape can be easily assembled to the bold-faced holder 3 by inserting the bold-faced writing core 6 from one side surface side in the width direction W of the bold-faced holder 3.
Since the bold-faced writing core 6 is formed in a substantially L-shape, the visible portion V of the bold-faced holder 3 can be made larger than when コ is formed.
Further, the movement of the writing part 81 of the writing part 8 toward the distal end side in the axial direction J of the thick writing core 6 is regulated by disposing the writing part at the distal end side holding part 411 of the holding part 41. Then, the engagement convex portion 83 of the writing section 8 is engaged with the engagement restricting portion 49 constituted by the restricting projection 432 and the distal end side installation surface 471, and the movement to the distal end side and the rear side of the writing section 8 is restricted on the other side surface side in the width direction W. This prevents the thick-side writing core 6 (writing part 8) from falling off in the axial direction J of the thick-side holder 3.
Next, as shown in fig. 6, the attachment portion 5 of the bold-faced holder 3 to which the bold-faced writing core 6 is attached to the tip of the writing instrument main body 2. Specifically, the attachment portion 5 of the thick-side holder 3 to which the thick-side writing core 6 is attached is inserted into the rectangular opening 251 of the writing instrument body 2 from the tip side. Thus, as shown in fig. 8A and 8B, the mounting portion 5 of the bold-side holder 3 can be mounted to the writing instrument body 2 by fitting the pair of mounting protrusions 51 to the fitting portions 281a of the pair of protruding コ -shaped portions 281.
Here, since the pair of attachment convex portions 51 are fitted to the pair of fitting portions 281a to attach the attachment portion 5 of the bold-side holder 3 to the writing instrument body 2, the bold-side holder 3 can be attached without coming off the writing instrument body 2.
Since the mounting portion 5 of the bold-faced retainer 3 is formed in a plate shape and the rectangular opening 251 of the writing instrument body 2 is opened in a rectangular shape, the mounting portion 5 of the bold-faced retainer 3 is not easily rotated with respect to the writing instrument body 2.
In addition, the 1 st step surface 521 of the 1 st step portion 52 of the bold-faced side holder 3 is in contact with the 1 st contact surface 282a of the writing instrument body 2 in the writing instrument body 2. In the writing instrument main body 2, the 2 nd step surface 531 of the 2 nd step part 53 of the bold-faced side holder 3 is in contact with the 2 nd contact surface 283a of the writing instrument main body 2. In the present embodiment, the 1 st contact surface 282a and the 2 nd contact surface 283a are disposed on the rear side of the distal end of the writing instrument main body 2 on the inner side in the radial direction of the writing instrument main body 2. Accordingly, since the contact portions between the stepped surfaces 521 and 531 and the contact surfaces 282a and 283a are located inside the writing instrument body 2, the gap between the mounting portion 5 of the bold-faced holder 3 and the writing instrument body 2 is not easily visible.
Further, as shown in fig. 7B, by providing the guide inclined protrusion 284 formed to be inclined so as to protrude from the leading end toward the rear side in the axial direction J of the inner surface of the cylindrical portion 24 on the side of the ink guiding portion 7 where the rectangular opening 251 of the annular surface portion 25 is disposed, the ink guiding portion 7 can be guided toward the center side in the radial direction of the cotton wool 29 by the guide inclined protrusion 284, and therefore, the ink can be stably supplied from the cotton wool 29 to the ink guiding portion 7.
According to the writing tool 1 of the present embodiment described above, the following effects can be achieved.
(1) The writing implement 1 includes: the writing instrument includes a writing instrument body 2 extending in a predetermined direction, an ink inducing portion 7, a writing portion 8, and a holding body 3 having a holding portion 4 for holding the writing portion 8 and a mounting portion 5 mounted on the writing instrument body 2, wherein the holding portion 4 is opened at a tip end side, and a wall portion 431 is formed on at least one of side surface sides so as to be disposed along a side surface of the writing portion 8 in a state where writing is possible by the writing instrument body and the tip end of the writing portion 8 is projected to the tip end side.
Thus, when the straight edge 100 is used to draw a line, the side end of the wall portion 431 contacts the straight edge, so that the exposed portion of the writing portion 8 does not contact the straight edge. Therefore, when the line is drawn with the use of the ruler 100, since the ink can be prevented from adhering to the ruler, the writing part 8 can be prevented from being stained, and the writing part 8 can be prevented from being damaged by the friction between the writing part 8 and the ruler 100.
Therefore, the writing part 8 does not contact the straight edge, and the writing instrument 1 can be easily manufactured.
Also in the present embodiment, the distal end side of the holding portion 4 is opened, and the wall portion 431 is formed to protrude toward the distal end side in the axial direction J. As a result, the distal end of the writing section 8 is exposed in a larger amount on the distal end side of the holding section 4. Therefore, writing is easily performed in a state of being inclined downward toward the paper surface side.
(2) The width W1 of the writing section 8 in the width direction W is formed to be larger than the width T1 in the thickness direction T, the tip of the writing section 8 is formed to be inclined with respect to the axial direction J of the writing instrument body 2 with one side in the width direction W positioned closer to the writing instrument body 2 than the other side, and the wall portion 431 is disposed on one side in the width direction W of the writing section 8. This makes it possible to provide the wall portion 431 on the side surface side of the writing portion 8 on the front side during writing, and to perform writing with the wall portion 431 in contact with a straight edge in a natural grasping manner.
(3) The ink guiding portion 7 and the writing portion 8 are writing cores 6 formed in a substantially L-shape.
Thus, since the bold-faced writing core 6 is formed in a substantially L-shape, the bold-faced writing core 6 can be easily assembled to the bold-faced holder 3 by inserting the bold-faced writing core 6 having a substantially L-shape from one side surface side of the bold-faced holder 3.
(4) The holding portion 4 has a groove-shaped distal end open holding portion 41 having a distal end side and a one-side surface side opened, the writing portion 8 is assembled to the distal end open holding portion 41 from the one-side surface side of the distal end open holding portion 41, and the distal end open holding portion 41 has a regulating mechanism (a narrow holding portion 411, an engagement regulating portion 49) for regulating the movement of the writing portion 8.
Thus, the lateral writing core 6 can be easily assembled to the lateral holder 3 by inserting the lateral writing core 6 from one side of the lateral holder 3.
Further, the movement of the writing part 81 of the writing part 8 toward the distal end side in the axial direction J of the thick writing core 6 is regulated by disposing the writing part at the distal end side holding part 411 of the holding part 41. Then, by engaging the engaging convex portion 83 of the writing section 8 with the restricting projection 432 and the distal end side installation surface 471 (the engagement restricting portion 49), the movement toward the distal end side and the rear side of the writing section 8 is restricted on the other side surface side in the width direction W. This prevents the thick-side writing core 6 (writing part 8) from falling off in the axial direction J of the thick-side holder 3.
(5) The restricting means is a narrow holding portion 411 having a groove shape that narrows toward the tip in the portion of the holding portion 4 that is open on the tip side. This makes it possible to restrict the movement of the thick-side writing core 6 toward the tip side in the axial direction J with a simple configuration.
(6) The holding portion 4 includes: a tip side installation surface 471 arranged on the tip side of the bold-side holder 3 and provided with a writing part 8, a side surface side installation surface 472 arranged on one side surface side of the bold-side holder 3 and provided with an ink inducing part 7, a pair of tip side ribs 481 erected from the tip side installation surface 471 toward the tip side, and a pair of side surface ribs 482 erected from the side surface side installation surface 472 toward the side surface side, the narrow holder 411 is composed of a pair of tip side ribs 481 whose width is narrowed on the tip side, the writing core 6 holds the writing part 8 by the pair of tip side ribs 481 and the tip side installation surface 471 in a state where the movement of the tip side is regulated by the narrow holder 411 in the tip side of the holder 4, the ink guiding portion 7 is fitted between the pair of one-side ribs 482 on the one-side surface of the holding portion 4, thereby being attached to the holding portion 4.
Thus, by inserting the thick-side writing core 6 from one side surface of the thick-side holder 3, the thick-side writing core 6 can be easily assembled to the thick-side holder 3, and the thick-side writing core 6 can be configured to be less likely to fall off from the thick-side holder 3.
(7) The regulating mechanism has an engagement regulating portion 49 formed on the other side surface side of the holding portion 4 and engaged with the writing portion 8. This makes it possible to restrict the movement of the thick-side writing core 6 to the front end side and the rear side in the axial direction J with a simple configuration.
(8) The bold-faced holder 3 has a visible portion V for visually confirming the writing direction during writing. Thus, since the visible part V is provided in the bold-faced holder 3, the user can confirm the writing body of characters, lines, etc. written in the writing direction, and therefore, the completion of writing and the completion of drawing can be easily understood.
(9) The mounting portion 5 has stepped surfaces 521 and 531 formed toward the writing instrument body 2, the writing instrument body 2 has contact surfaces 282a and 283a formed inside the writing instrument body 2 and formed toward the side of the bold-faced side holder 3, and the stepped surfaces 521 and 531 come into contact with each other, and the contact surfaces 282a and 283a are disposed on the rear side of the tip of the writing instrument body 2.
Thus, since the contact portions between the stepped surfaces 521 and 531 and the contact surfaces 282a and 283a are positioned inside the writing instrument body 2, the gap between the mounting portion 5 of the bold-faced holder 3 and the writing instrument body 2 is not easily visible. Therefore, the effect of the design of the appearance can be improved.
(10) The writing instrument body 2 is formed in a cylindrical shape, and has a guide inclined protrusion 284 which is formed to protrude from the inner surface of the writing instrument body 2 toward the center side in the radial direction and which guides the ink guide portion 7 toward the center side in the radial direction of the writing instrument body 2.
Thus, the ink guiding portion 7 can be guided toward the center side in the radial direction of the cotton wool 29 by the guide inclined protrusion 284, and therefore, ink can be stably supplied from the cotton wool 29 to the ink guiding portion 7.
Although the preferred embodiment of the writing tool 1 of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and can be modified as appropriate without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
For example, in the above-described embodiments, although the writing instrument of the present invention has been described as an example of a fanciful pen using cotton wool containing ink, the writing instrument is not limited thereto. For example, the writing instrument can be applied to a direct liquid type using a valve mechanism and a bellows mechanism.
In the above-described embodiment, the L-shaped thick writing core 6 is integrally formed with the ink guiding portion 7 and the writing portion 8. When the thick-side writing core 6 is integrally formed, the thick-side writing core 6 may be formed of one component, and the thick-side writing core 6 may be formed of separate components of the ink guiding portion 7 and the writing portion 8 and then connected to each other. The ink inducing portion 7 may be formed of a hole directly formed in the holder.
In the holding portion 4 of the above-described embodiment, the written portion 8 or the ink guiding portion 7 may be provided with irregularities or wrinkles on the surfaces (the distal end side installation surface 471, the one side surface side installation surface 472, the distal end side rib 481, and the one side surface side rib 482) that are in contact with each other. By providing unevenness and wrinkles on the surface of the writing section 8 or the ink-guiding section 7, the writing section 8 or the ink-guiding section 7 is less likely to come off from the holding section 4.
